My purchase was a last minute emergency because another large mattress provider was unable to fulfill my order after 4 weeks of waiting. I came across this mattress company on Google and I am glad I did. They had a great selection, a large in-stock inventory to review and the pricing was right in line with their advertised cost reductions. If i could give a 0 for resolving customer service issues I would. Dan was my salesperson my purchase was affordable and at the time of purchase I was satisfied with the service. Per mine and Dans conversation he was suppose to deliver and setup the bed but failed to setup bed and when I called him the same day he said he dropped a check in the mail for $100 but has never done that and refuses to handle this issue. So I feel like he is taking advantage of his customers I wouldnt buy anything from him at all ever again.

Such a great and easy process! SameWas great and very helpful when it came to what type of mattress to get. He was even helpful when it came to the financing part, he was able to brake down how the payments would work and how long it would take to pay off the mattress. He was even great when it came to setting up the delivery process as well. If I ever need a second mattress or know someone that needs one I will definitely recommend here.

Working with Dan was a pleasure. Easy process. Very knowledgeable. I would have given the business a 5 star if the delivery guy, Gonzie Mackey, wasnt so horrible with his attitude and bad day he had. It wasnt my fault he read the order wrong and pretty much treated me like I was a nobody since I did not live in the Ballentyne area as he continued to mention.I think the worse part of it is to learn the delivery driver is actually a City Councilman for the City of Lancaster.I would buy from this company again, but Ill be sure to have my own delivery guy.

Easy place to get to and to make an appointment for. Had good products. However at least two other appointments showed up at the same time as I did so the single sales person got overwhelmed quickly with trying to help everyone simultaneous. Especially with COVID warnings Id have liked more spacing. But the young salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. The pricing was the best I had found. This would have been where I bought my mattress if it wasnt for the place I actually went with.

This is awesome service. I found out about them on Facebook marketplace and got a brand new mattress at a affordable rate. They contacted quickly believe it was Susan then Samuel was at the shop and helped us pick it out and delivered same day. I went the lease route and it will help with my credit. We bought a mattress and paid for it. Dan promised us he will refund the money within a given time frame if we change our mind. Shortly after, we contacted him for a refund and he just disappeared. No mattress and no money!Scammer!!

Walked in expecting to spend a certain dollar amount. Ended up spending more but to he fair, the price comparisons that the guy showed us kind of justified the purchase. I guess? Cant really complain but the 3 stars is because I was trying to discuss the budget with my wife and there was this pressure the guy kept putting on us to make a purchase. BUT! I will give him props for assisting [and proving the equipment] in securing the mattress to the car for no additional charge. So. Forget I said 3 stars. I give it a 4.

Horrible business! Spent just under $2,500 to have multiple mistakes made on my order, including the wrong nattress delivered. No attempt made by Dan whatsoever to correct the issue and all follow up has been made by me to him. I made him aware of this when the delivery people were pulling it off the truck. He did nothing! I was told the he he was hoing on vacation and would get in touch with me when he returned. Which he did not!He then attemps to claim i have buyers remorse when not once have i have demanded anything other than wanting the correct mattress delivered. I do not want a refund....I want what I selected and paid for.
