Our mattress experience was amazing. John was extremely helpful and informed. He found out our specific sleep needs and recommended based off that.The only feedback I would give is being careful of over explaining the features of the mattress.

Jon, at Mattress Firm provided my family and I with a wonderful experience. He is extremely knowledgeable and polite - you can tell he really enjoys what he does. He took the time we needed when we were deciding on a new King Size mattress and frame. We ultimately decided to go with the Purple 4. Jon made sure we got delivery as soon as possible and the team was excellent at setting everything up for us. They even removed the old mattress.We ran in to some issues with the frame and it started to bend after 2 months but Jon was able to take care of it over the phone w/ no cost to me and I didn’t even have to leave my house. Purchasing a new mattress can be challenging because you want to make sure it’s just right! John was extremely helpful! I spent two hours trying out mattresses and felt very comfortable deciding which one would be beat for me! John was the sales associate who helped us. He was very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and willing to help. He asked questions from the beginning of what we wanted and was able to find a mattress that fit our wants/needs and budget. I felt bad asking for different mattresses to cater to what we wanted but he didn’t seem to mind at all. The store had a good selection of different brands and types. The whole process from walking in the door to walking out was very quick due to John’s capability.

After another retailer let me down by delaying my mattress delivery twice due to vendor inventory issues, I reached out to Mattress Firm. I went into Mattress Firm for a queen size bed. My budget was tight. Edmond greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. He asked what I needed and started showing me my options. We walked in and a friendly salesman named Pepijn helped us immediately. We discussed our needs and preferences and he showed us a variety of mattresses. He was very patient as we went back and forth to many kinds. We settled on a couple and carefully weighed our options. Happy to realize for a reasonable fee they can take your old mattress away and install your new one. You get to test it out for 120 days and make an exchange if you want. He helped us with the finance option and luckily we are getting the mattress in 2 days. Very excited and the process was easy and pleasant.We would highly recommend this store.
