Good service, but unfair in their business dealings. Tried to sell me a trike with mechanical issues at basically full price and wouldnt give me anything trade in value for my 99 trike.

No lock on the bathroom door really deters use. I certainly could not shop while needing to use facilities terribly.

I like this shop. The owner treats the staff well and it shows. Everyone is happy to be in the job and feel fortunate to be there. The Harley side locates great deals in the marketplace and shares them with the customer. I bought an 07 Street Glide there with approximately 5k miles for $8995 and feel like I got a great deal. The team here went above and beyond to make sure my bike was right. They spent hours diagnosing the back of my bike to find out it was a bad tire. They have my business as long as their doors are open.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. LIARS LIARS. THIS PLACE RUNS A GIMMICK WITH THEIR CHEAP PRICES. Cheap prices they have, but honesty they don’t. My salesman Jeff completely fooled me into thinking I was getting a 9% finance rate and $232 a month payment. I was coming down from Raleigh and wanted to get these details before I came so that was what he told me. When everything was agree upon he took me straight into the finance room without even a sales agreement with the price of the new bike. The finance manager never even made an attempt to show me the sales agreement, I had to ask for it. Then he came out with a 12.99% finance rate. That’s ridiculous when I have over 715 credit score. So Jeff was called over and he said he never told me what my finance rates were not what my payment was. He completely lied in front everyone. Where would I come up with such a finance rate and payment amount if he never told me? They were trying to recouped the low price with a high finance rate. Management didn’t seem to care that he lied either since they didn’t do a single damn thing to compensate me on the high rate and deception from Jeff.

Loved the experience I had here. Kyle Pulley was great! He showed me all of the bikes that met my criteria and answered all of my questions.. Love the fact that he was not a pushy salesman. I got the perfect bike at the best cost. Much cheaper than the others I had priced in the area. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants a good deal with excellent service!

Amazing customer service! Ive been to just about every motorcycle shop in Charlotte and none compare to freedom cycles. Not only were they super eager to help with finding the parts I need and helping me with a deal. But they helped me fill my gas tank when i ran out of gas in theyre parking lot and made sure I had plenty of refreshments. And hooked us up with an amazing tow truck guy that charged me almost nothing. Thanks guys for everything!

Thanks to Johnny, Carlos and crew at Freedom.. Bought a new bike at Harley and had them install 16s on it . Long story short Harley did the job 1/2 way right. We just moved out from the West Coast and a friend recommended we check out Freedom Cycles. So grateful for the recommendation. They have an awesome variety of bikes, with great prices. They boys are so nice and make you feel really welcome, they offered us complimentary water, coffee and soda and took the time to go over each question I had about each bike. Purchased a bike cash. Bike has a oil leak that they claim they werent aware of (right)To this day which is over 30 days still have not recieved the title. Seems that they all practice lying as a group.

Just having moved from another state and my Master HD mechanic buddies out of reach, just found my service home. I even bought some merchandise from showroom. I went in today to order a part for my dyna went to talk to the man standing there ask him where do I order parts. He said here I said ok said I have a part number from parts unlimited he said I will look it up I said this is the number. He said i will check where else I can get it I said no this what I want he was rude and said I am parts manager. I said not being rude I have been a Harley parts manager for 10 years i just moved here i know what i want he said i know my job i said thank you for your time and walk out went to cox Harley at rock hill. Lets start off to say this entire review could have been avoided with decent customer service. I was in the market for a bike I saw at Team Charlotte Motorsports. I called and was given Kyles name and phone number and told to wait for his call. Told Kyle exactly what bike I was looking at, what trade I was going to use, etc. We worked out the possible trade value and planned for me to come up last Friday. Had a couple of texts go back and forth in the morning, then received a call at 12:30PM (30 mins before I was supposed to leave to go up there 2 HOUR DRIVE) of Kyle informing me if I was ready to buy a completely different bike. I told him no I did not want that bike and told him I was buying the other that we spoke of. Kyle informed me that he sold the bike yesterday morning. What kind of person waits till 30 minutes before you drive 2 hours to tell you that he sold the bike you wanted and spoke of, especially when he had all day yesterday to tell me. Now this wouldnt be a huge deal, but I even asked Kyle if I could put a deposit on the bike so it would be held for me and was told they dont do deposits and its first come first serve. Ive been speaking with him since Tuesday, 3 days prior to this, about this particular bike and that I was ABSOLUTELY coming to get it. Emailed his manager about the situation, no response, and he refuses to acknowledge the fact that he double crossed a customer. Then I get some BS text about Motorcycles are easily replaceable and customers are something I cant replace. Well guess what? You lost a customer and plenty of other people I know who were in the market for bikes. Seems that nobody at this dealership seems to give 0 S**ts about what is going on. Theyre only out to make money and obviously do not know how customer service works. Im a firm believe is the customer is NOT always right, but in this situation management needs to sit down and speak with their sales people on decency and how to provide customer service. BUYER BEWARE, save your time and money and go somewhere that sales people actually care about you and willing to hold your money for a bike. Hope you guys learn a valuable lesson from someone who is in the motorcycle industry. Dont cross your boundary, as it will hurt your business.
