With the euphoria of having obtained my motorcycle license, I began the arduous process of picking the right bike for my skillset and price. range. Cameron and the team at MoC made the first buying experience pleasurable and I purchased my first bike with confidence.

“I live 2 1/2 hrs away from Motorcycles of Charlotte but use them due to their outstanding customer service and willingness to help. Yesterdays service is a prime example. I called for a 48K service appointment and explained to Darin I would be riding 2 1/2 hrs to get to his shop. Darin stated the shop was very busy but set me an appointment that would work with my calendar and riding time. I emailed several BMW riding friends to invite them to ride with me. Two friends called Darin and he worked them appointments that would coordinate with mine so we could all arrive at the same time. One had a confirmed appointment and the other was worked in so we all were serviced at the same time. A third friend decided to ride along for the day and asked Darin and the service dept about a key fob issue he was having and Daring was able to work him in unannounced, as well, for a diagnostic. While the issue was not resolved the Service Dept has taken the action to contact BMW of Germany for a remedy. Darin and Eric of the Service Dept bent over backwards to provide the four of us outstanding customer service/support. This is the type of service/customer support that has us by passing a closer BMW shop for Motorcycles of Charlotte. I must also give a BIG ATTA BOY to Techs John and Glen for their expertise and service. I have been using this shop now for about two years and Im always impressed with everyone there. We came to agreement over the phone regarding my trade (sight unseen) and they stood by it. The Motorcycle was in the exact condition they described, and there were no oh, by the way fees or any other issues that popped up on the final paperwork upon my arrival to close the deal. It was a four hour ride on a cold day to swap bikes, but it was completely worth it.

Spoke with Romney over the phone and had a horrible experience. He used pushy and aggressive sales tactics that you would expect from a shady used car salesman. I have called almost all the Ducati dealerships in North Carolina and the surrounding states and this was by far the worst to talk to let alone work with. They’ve lost my business going forward. I’d definitely recommend going with another dealership or at least another salesman.

Both Michael & Paul have always been extremely professional, courteous and helpful. We are very fortunate to have a dealership and service department of this exceptional nature in Charlotte. It has been my primary service department for six years. There is none better in the region. I have found that the pricing is very fair and extremely reasonable. The service department can be trusted 100% to check your bike thoroughly over and insure that you get back on the pavement as expediently and as safely as humanly possible. I trust no other dealership with this degree of total trust.

I picked up a few things recently. I speak to John most of the time, but this particular day, he was out to lunch. I didnt ask the young man behind the counter his name. I wish I had for this review. He was very courteous, offered suggestions on an item I hadnt considered. We spoke for a few minutes about the Shoei Neotec II and if a comm other than the SRL would work with it. He was sure my Sena SMH-10 would, but that it just wouldnt fit in the place I was accustomed to having it. He thought the SRL would connect with no issues to the SMH-10 my wife uses. I sure appreciated the information on the Neotec II.

Called and ordered engine oil and a filter for 2014 R1200RT. Service and parts addressed my questions and concerns in a most time effective way during this time in our country. Greg makes things right. Despite the fact that a few things did not go perfectly in the purchase of my first BMW motorcycle, Greg was able to do the necessary things to make the experience work for me. I now own a First Edition BMW R18 which is very special indeed.

Nice bikes! But horrible staff, salesmen and customer service. I highly recommend trying a different bike shop in the area. When I first walked in I browsed for almost a half hour with out being greeted or approached while there were multiple people sitting at their desk on computers or cell phones. Then I finally asked one of the salesmen if he was available to help because I was interested in a bike. He was very short and stern with his answers. Didn’t seem like he was interested in selling a bike at all. While he went to go get some paper work I looked at previous reviews about this bike shop and seen many similar reviews and some much worse. I got in my vehicle amd left!!
