10/18 - Let’s also add in almost two weeks ago they told me my refund would be processed and today I call and they just said they processed it today…THEY ATE THE WORST DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!I had an issue with All My Sons moving a couple weeks ago (Sept 21). It began with them not being transparent during the booking in which I was not told that there would be an additional $188 travel fee. Then I was told they would be able to Mount and unmount my tv by the salesperson.The day of service after booking an afternoon appointment they called me in the morning and i was forced to switch until the morning. I was told that people were cancelling appointments and that they didn’t want crews to be sitting around and if i could move it up to earlier. I told them that I would prefer an afternoon appointment because i was not fully ready. They called me twice after i refused the first time and I relented to a 10:30 appointment.Three men showed up to my apartment to which they entered with no masks. One of the salesmen unsolicited told me “Shit, if you give me a good tip I’ll look out on the traveling fee”. Completely unprofessional and he felt because I was an African-American with tattoos that this type of service and language was acceptable. Strike 1I told my mother to ask them to put on masks and she told them that they needed to because she had not been feeling well and that it was irresponsible to enter someone’s home with no masks. We waited about 15 minutes after they transported about 5 boxes. We wondered where they were and I got a call from the headquarters. These men told their supervisor that my mom told them she had covid. They proceeded to cancel my booking and i was stuck trying to find a mover last minute. My mom does not have covid and has the results to prove as much.I confronted the men and asked who said this and I was told “When she said she didn’t feel good I ain’t know what it was”. I told them to bring my things back and please leave. I called to tell the manager that they were lying and after going back and forth the phone was hung up in my face.After they bought back my boxes to which they had dropped one all that was left was my sons light foam mattress. We waited for 10 minutes only to discover they had left without being the mattress. I spoke with the manager again to tell them to bring it back only to discover they left my sons mattress in the first floor stairwell to spite me and it got dirty and wet because it was a rainy day.I called back to speak to the manager and he said he would “speak to them” to which I informed them they would not cared and I was just floored at the lack of customer service for such a hefty price. They have also yet to refund my $100 deposit and it has been weeks.I ended up getting a moving service (Best Price Movers) that was half the price and did an excellent job. Thank you for your time and I hope to hear from you soon.

I am extremely pleased with ALL MY SONS moving company. This was a difficult move for me but they made it as smooth as possible. We had to stop multiple places and the were quick and did very quality work! I had three young men assigned to my move- Cameron, Brandon and & Aiden. Each one was respectful and kind- working very steady and making sure I was consulted for questions and they did everything I requested without hesitation. I have used plenty of other moving companies in Charlotte- this was the very best experience I have ever had by far!! I was impressed with the level of professional work at every turn.

Ovidio Lopez and his crew were amazing! They got to work right away and never took a break except to grab some lunch! Our 3200 sq ft house was literally empty after 8 hours of tireless, efficient work! I highly recommend All My Sons Moving company and this crew. They were very easy to work with and did every thing we asked and more!! They should always be your first call if you need to move! They definitely exceed expectations!

Showed up 2 hours late to start with. Took 45 minutes to load first item. I had two 10x12 storage units and they told me they couldn’t fit it all on the truck to pick out what was most important to me. I asked the driver did that mean he was not coming back to finish the job. He said we could work something out if I didn’t call the office. I took that as him wanting me to pay extra without the company knowing about it. I called the guy that was in charge of making sure everything went well several times. He never answered the phone. They damaged 90 percent of my furniture. Found a box of broken plates. They were very careless. Tried calling customer care the next day. The only thing the guy said was I’ll send you a claims report. Didn’t even care that the movers they sent was trying to do a back door deal to get money. Look at pictures and they will tell the story of how bad these movers were. By the way, the picture of the truck is what they consider as being full. I should have read reviews first.

This was my first time hiring a moving company. The fellas arrived on time and got straight to work! They were very professional and took good care of our belongings - nothing was damaged in transit. I really appreciated that they put together everything that was taken apart in order to move it. My only qualm was the total price - sticker shock for sure and well above the price that I estimated. But overall I would say that the experience was well worth it since they literally did all the heavy lifting. I would recommend this company! 😊

Jose and his team were extremely professional and kind. The first crew we had made the company look bad. But the second crew!! I can’t rave enough 5 person wrecking came in and made it happen. They literally turned the whole day around. I always see All My Sons moving trucks so thought they would be the best option to call for my move from a 2 story home to my storage unit. From initial call to locking up my large storage unit, this was exactly the experience I needed and hoped for. Edward Benjamin and his associate arrived in a timely manner and took great care to wrap up and load my items. They unloaded at my storage unit in a quick and careful manner. Everything went according to plan and have a great reassuring tone to all of my crazy questions. 100% recommend!

The service we received was great. Devin as the lead and team members worked well! They were on time and nothing was broken during this house move. Our experience was as expected and we will use and/or refer this company in the future!

Jose, Jae and Mari did a great job moving our 3 bedroom home! They made sure everything was wrapped with furniture pads and well protected. They also helped us label and tape up some boxes that we had missed while we were packing. They also moved our piano (700+ pounds) and our safe (450 pounds) with ease (which was amazing considering how much of a hassle it was for us to move them ourselves when we bought them) and they were very careful with the piano and with our walls when moving everything. We did end up paying around $300 more than what we were quoted as the job ran over and they used some of their own materials, but it was worth the money! The whole crew was very professional and kind and they were very patient with us as we tried to figure out where things were going in the new house.

Very very pleased with the moving experience that All My Sons provided earlier this week. They gave a courtesy heads-up to when they would arrive, were extremely efficient, and still so helpful through the whole process. They are very responsive and do not leave any details out when working with them. Will definitely use them again for moving!

Slowest movers you can hire, makes you think they are government employees or heavily subsidized by the government. Find a different company and save yourself the hassle. Can not be trusted or left unsupervised. Left alone at property for a few hours and they left trash, spilled soda on the floor, clogged bathroom. Will take full advantage of situation if left unsupervised. They did not pack and move what they claimed. Will try to collect payment before they unpack you at new location/finish the work.

What a great experience this move was for us! From the very first contact, to dealing with the estimator Lisa, and finally the awesome Jose Ortiz Real! They made everything so easy for what could have otherwise been a very stressful move! I highly recommend reaching out to them if you are moving!

After a nearly four hour drive we had two stops for delivery and they completed the unloading phase with care. We were pleasantly surprised to have the move completed well before dusk. The absolute worst company locally and nationally to do business with. Destroyed my stairs before they ever finished loading the truck. They dropped a 400 lb piece of furniture and gouged my hardwood stairs. Then knocked a chair off the truck into my driveway before they finished loading. Upon arrival at our new home which took them 6 hours to load 3 bedrooms and a living room from a 2100 sq foot home. So slow and unorganized. When they arrived at our new home the mover proceeded to walk through my new screen door and destroyed it. I filed a claim for my floors. They tried fo give me $350. We had an estimate for $3800 to repair the 9 steps they gouged. They then had a repairman give a quote only from pictures and did not physically come to the home and presented $1200 to repair. I asked the customer service rep Jessica Garza for clarification on what if any recourse we might have if the repair was not satisfactory. CRICKETS! Never heard back. Sent an email 6 months later to her.. said claim was closed and basically SOL. I tried calling her. Always got the run around from other people. She would never take my calls. Icing on the cake… the Head Mover in charge that day from the Charlotte office has the gall to call and ask for a 5 star review for he and his team and to not hold it against them because one of the guys damaged everything!!! RUN RUN RUN away from the company. They swear they hire professional movers but that is not true. Never an apology either from the local owner on the despicable job their team gave.

Zero stars, as it was easily the worst moving experience of my life and I have moved many times for work (NYC, Philly, SC, NC, Chicago, the UK, NJ). All my sons did almost $7k in damage to our family heirloom furniture. Most of which is beyond repair. The moving team was not prepared and ran out of packing material very early on in the packing process, and then it all downward spiraled from there. The truck was over weight and they had to drive back roads for the almost 800 miles through the Appalachian Mountains. When they arrived a day late to our new home and started unpacking they were sloppy, careless, and clearly in a rush. Our belongings inside of the truck looked like they had been simply thrown in.....wood on wood, marble on marble, glass on glass, etc. It was a mess. Many scratches, dents, cracks, breaks, chips, etc. Then the claims team tried to low ball us to the tune of a couple hundred dollars for the initial claims settlement. We were able to get them up to just above $5k for the damages over 6+ months of negotiations, which is still almost $2k shy of our actual repair costs. We moved in March, and if we actually accept the offer we will likely not get paid until late Oct (and that is if we are lucky).

DO NOT USE! The Operations Manager canceled my move 2 hours into it. I simply called the office, in the middle of my move, to inquire about the company’s procedures for protecting the customers’ carpet during the move and this man went totally berserk. I am still shaking my head at his total lack of professionalism and rude behavior. He repeatedly cut me off, raised his voice and when I asked him to let me talk, told me that he didn’t like my attitude and that he was pulling out of the move. He then had his movers unload all of the boxes that they had just spent 2 hours loading! Who would do that to their own employees much less a customer? I rarely leave reviews, when I have a bad experience, since I know that companies can’t get it right every time, but this was extraordinarily low of a company and a “manager”. Buyer beware!

This was a great crew. Very knowledgeable, punctual, and caring. They took care of all my items, professionally handled and moved everything, disassembled the beds and reassembled at delivery. They were quick and efficient I could not have asked got a better group of professionals to handle my move. I would highly recommend All My Sons and these gentlemen led by Austin. I cannot say enough of the excellent work they performed.

Dakota Watkins and his crew did a great job. They showed up early which was nice for us. They also very quickly moved all our belongings and put all our furniture back together at the new place. It wasn’t cheap but worth it! Highly recommend this crew.

Please allow me to start by saying the crew was pleasant and enjoyable to work with, so we are disappointed as we realized things were handled with dishonesty and I’ll lack of respect. We hired from AMS because they said they were full time employees and were insured. We’ve moved a couple times and have never had issues.We had the movers pack up one day and the first things we were disappointed is that they were not able to pack all the items onto the truck. We had to leave items behind. You would think after spending $2000 you would have everything packed on the truck. Many of the boxes were stacked two high so the dolly damaged the front porch. We had to repair before the new owner arrived.When they brought the items back the next day they didn’t want to bring the items into the house even though the boxes were labeled with the room location. They wanted to just leave everything in the garage. Even though we told them to move them inside. They ended up leaving the boxes in the kitchen which I couldn’t even reach.On both days they took smoke breaks inside the truck with the belongings and some of the items ended up smelling like smoke. Then some of the boxes were badly damaged because of everything being jammed into the truck. A lamp was broken, but they chose not to say anything and we realized we didn’t have the item. Later we found glass on the driveway. We also noticed a large pack of TP stolen.We do much damage to our items that it didn’t fit on the claim form: torn nursery sofa rocker, leather recliner scratched, lamp missing, stole a large pack of toilet paper, damaged porch, scratched Adirondack chair, damaged vacuum, scratched shelving unit, damaged the peloton wheel.Everything they had wrapped, but they packed the truck poorly. So frustrating. Waiting to hear about the claim.Edit: put in a claim haven’t heard back. Found out they sent one DOCUSIGN And don’t say anything. So don’t look for an email from AMS.

Jerry and his team helped me move in January of 2021 I am so late in writing this review, because of obvious reasons and things going on in the world. The only reason I took away one star is because the cost was really high. It wasnt really a good value but the team was professional, their quality of work was excellent, they were extremely responsive and overall my move went smoothly. I also have to add they moved me from a third-floor apartment into a home so I greatly appreciate the toll that must have taken on Jerry and his team. Would definitely use them again in a pinch, but as they say you get what you pay for. While the move was a little expensive I did have an amazing experience! Thank you very much!

RUN FAR AWAY from this company if you value your goods. Words can not describe the horrific experience I had with this company. They ruined, dented, scratched all my stuff. One of the movers was drunk. They held my stuff for ransom because the move took 2x longer than they quoted me and wouldnt do a thing until I paid then more money. They are the ABSOLUTE WORST moving company EVER. Slow as molasses. Unprofessional. Most of the crew could barely lift a box. They even got stuck in my driveway and had to be towed out even while taking out some trees. If you hire them after reading my review I feel bad for you. This company should be SHUT DOWN.

I am as pleased with my moving experience as I could be (moving is the worst!) Amari, Manny, and Q make a great team and function like a well oiled machine. Not only were they professional and friendly, but they worked well together to problem solve. I had a complicated 4 house shuffle that they managed beautifully. Not only will I be using All My Sons for my next move, but I will be requesting this team. Thank you for making a dreaded task a pleasant experience.

Devin and his crew did an amazing job! I was very nervous before the move after reading some not great reviews but Devin called when they were on their way and were there exactly when they said they would be. They wrapped up all of the furniture in blankets and shrink wrap and handled everything with care. Devin also fully communicated what they were doing each step of the way and was sure to ask for directions when going to the second location. A great crew, will definitely be recommending to people.

The moving team did their job. However, no Covid-19 protocols were followed and they have very unprofessional customer service when it comes to their management team. Would absolutely never recommend this company. Really need to get aligned operationally with scheduling and be more customer experience focused if they plan to retain business or even stay in business. My wife and I moved across North Carolina and were provided excellent service through All My Sons. Our movers, Sterling Cash and Brian, went above and beyond! Despite working a very long day, they were professional, careful with our furniture, and even had a treat for our dog! I highly recommend this company and will be sure to use them again for future moves.

Damaged dresser with deep scratches paint chipped, back supports broken off and barley standing on its own. Ottoman has a torn hole in the fabric. Headboard paint chipped off all over. Walls in apartment scratched, and railing in new place scratched so bad paint has come off. That’s just my damaged things. $200 in materials is ridiculous on top of the damage. Crew was unprofessional, arguing, cursing, doing petty actions that delayed things causing me to have to step in and move things along. I was called before to be upgraded to a 4 man crew instead of a 3 man crew, well it definitely wasn’t worth the extra $11/hr when I have to step in. I already got the claims form and will submit once I have everything checked for damages. Sadly I’ll be waiting for the arguments of damages costs. Won’t be doing business with All my son’s again.

Basically stole my toolbox. Talked to the company and the main mover from our move day.....said they would return it. A week later still no tool box. Per the contract, they charge 30 minutes to and from their location to account for drive time. Charge that upfront, but movers left at 245. Got charged a full day up to 515pm. I would recommend Gentle Giant 1000 times before All My Sons.

This was the best moving experience I have ever had. The company was communicating with me at every stage of the move. Jose and Vernon, the gentlemen who actually moved me, were the best. They were treated my furniture like it was million dollar things. They were so nice and mannerly, too. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything like I needed it before they left my home. I would recommend All My Sons and Jose and Vernon to anyone!

Cameron and his team (Bruce and Barron) were great to work with. They arrived right when we were told to expect them and packed up our house efficiently. They took extra care to package our furniture to protect from the rain and any damage. Everything was delivered to our new home in perfect condition and they kept our floors clean despite the rain by laying down tarp throughout. All three movers were extremely helpful and polite and made sure everything was in the exact spot we wanted it in before they left. We would absolutely use All My Sons again!

Pierre, Sam, James and J were the best moving crew we could have asked for. They were super efficient while also taking great care of our stuff. The whole crew was friendly and I professional. M’Lisa the coordinator was also fantastic. We were able to get a very in depth quote and she was incredibly responsive. Definitely use this company if you are moving.

Hands down the worst moving company I have ever worked with. Extremely slow and lazy. Local manager of the Charlotte branch leaves a lot to be desired. He has absolutely no clue what customer service means and has no business being a manager. All My Sons charge by the hour and rest assured they will milk every minute they can. I move with work, I moved 1 years ago, all the same stuff. My last move took 3 hours to load, 3 hours to unload using the same 3 man crew but with a different moving company. This move took 6 hours just to load with All My Sons. When I expressed I was not happy, all of a sudden they actually woke up and unloaded the truck in 3 hours....... No one could explain that one although the reasons are obvious. With all this, they still managed to damage multiple pieces of furniture, put stuff in multiple wrong rooms even though items were clearly marked, fussed when asked to move it where it belonged, and dont even get me started on trying to file a claim for damages. All in all, they deserve 0 stars. Do yourself a favor, do not use these people.To further prove this companys extreme lack of customer service and care, read the reviews. Take notice when the company follows up and when they dont. They follow up to all positive reviews but never to a negative review because they simply dont care. Absolute failure in all aspects.

I spent 2 summers working for a moving company in my youth. I know what a professional move looks like. I have seen bad movers too. Your crew was not in the latter category at all. Marcus, Matt and Amory were all a pleasure to have working with us on Good FridayWith less than 10 days notice All My Sons booked and moved my Half Sisters 88 year old adopted fathers belongings to her new home. They were extremely professional in how they executed this delicate move. Marcus, Amory, and Matt showed an exemplary amount of delicate care in wrapping antique furniture and his belongings.At the new house they took a few extra minutes to protect the walls even. When I worked as a mover I never saw that.The quote we received was accurate and fair.The pricing was accurate and fair.Would 100% recommend anyone looking for professional movers to handle it for you to book this branch.Thank you for making a stressful situation a pleasant surprise instead.

This job is so Unprofessional ! The most unorganized job I ever worked for in my life. I wouldnt wish this on my worst enemy. They don’t give a care about your belongings! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY-I moved in July and I talked with their customer service to get a quote and do a virtual tour of my place prior and it was very professional. They also talked about the bad reviews and said it was because it is not their elite crew. I paid more and get the certified crew and felt good about the move before. When the day came the crew showed up on time and worked fast but they broke my 65 year old record player (I do believe this was an accident). The issue came when we got to my new house and the first thing the movers were going to unload was my bike... the worker decided to ride it down the ramp from the truck but instead fell off the top. He flew over the handle bars and was laying on my driveway for a few minutes. When I looked at the bike the tire had popped, handlebar is all messed up and the whole side was scratched!! The was just being reckless because he could have just walked it down.The biggest issue came when I tried to file a claim for the bike- I was told because I did not purchase insurance they would not cover it! This issue did not have to deal with an accident and more recklessness! No one at the company or HQ could help and they never paid for all the damages that would have been so easy to avoid.They are a really poor company if anything goes wrong and do not train their employees properly- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Dalin Lee and his crew came to help me move. I expected everything to be completed in 4-5 hours but they were able to complete everything in about 3.5 hours. They were polite and hard working. I did have some heavy pieces of furniture and they were quick and careful with my stuff. I would definitely hire these three men by name again and would recommend them to help with your moving needs.

I talked to a gentleman and received a quote. Which was also emailed to me. I called back to put the deposit down which I did and the new guy I was talking to quoted me something different. I explained to him that I understood, however that he needed to talk with his employee to fix the problem. The mans only response was do you want your deposit back to anything I said. I told him I thought it rude to not acknowledge what I was saying bit no I would keep my deposit he said no need I reversed it and hung up. I do not recommend this company at all I have never been treated this way ever

The team that was sent to help us (lead by Adrian) were amazing. They were courteous, professional, very responsive, ready to help and answer questions. I was very pleased.

I definitely reccomend these guys for sure. If I could give more stars I would across the board. My move from a third floor 3 bedroom apartment to a 2 bedroom townhouse took less than two hours. I am completely impressed by Adrian templer and the rest of the guys

Absolute scam of a company. They show up 15 minutes after they said they would in flip flops. They send over two of the most unprofessional movers I have ever seen. They smoked on my time, moved as slow as possible and had no regard of my belongings. I purposely only wanted them to move two beds, two desks, one couch, and two TVs stands. Thats is it. it took them over 5 hours to load because they took 5 breaks. They held my stuff hostage until i paid them 1000$. When unloading my stuff, they estimated it for 3 hours, they rushed and id it in 30 minutes. Scraped every door in my house, jammed my desk through the doors breaking both of them, and forgot the screws to my bed at the old address so they didnt reassemble. They knocked off a window molding. The ripped my couch. Forgot there dolly at my house. This company is the worst company in history .Absolute joke rip off scam artist company.

I just completed a local move with All My Sons Moving and Storage (South Charlote location) and had a stellar experience. The team arrived just when I hoped and request since I still needed to pack a few more boxes amongst other things to be ready. They were all positive and professional and ready to work. Moving from a 4k square foot house to a 3 bedroom townhome is an experience. These guys know their stuff and just kept focused all the way til night time when they wrapped up. Johnson Pierre the driver and Team Lead was such a gentleman and created an atmosphere of support and optimism. I just fed off this team energy and it made the experience one ill value for sometime. Thank you Johnson and the rest of the crew for such a great hardworking move! You guys are all an asset to the company.

Excellent service right from the start! We had a great crew of 4 guys that took amazing care with all of our stuff. Always kept informed of the steps in the process and did a fantastic job of moving us! The movers I had were excellent. However my movers were supposed to get to me 12-3 and didn’t get there till 6:30. Not the movers fault at all but the company’s. I was the third move for them instead of the second. I’m still glad that once the crew I was initially assigned had an issue that they were able to assign me a new crew.

Canceled on moving day after running late. My friend and I were relying on this company to move her furniture and boxes from one apartment to another. Once the scheduled arrival time had come and gone, we called All My Sons who said they were running over from another move and would be there in 1 hour. Then they just flat-out canceled after the hour passed. My friend and I scrambled by calling 53 moving companies (yeah I counted) before being able to find a replacement on such short notice. This isnt meant to be a sob story but rather a warning of what you could expect from this company. I recommend doing business elsewhere.

Brandon Watford and his crew was absolutely amazing. 10/10 would recommend and use again. They made it easy and effortless.

They cancelled our moving job one day before scheduled to help me move when I booked them 6 weeks in advance and hung up on me. Then they said good luck finding a moving company right now and hung up again. We found someone with no problem. We’re good people and understand things happen but to be rude on top of canceling was unnecessary.

Im so glad I went with All My Sons for our move. Our team was so pofessional, and a joy to work with. Not only did all our items make it in pristine condition, but Adrian actualy FIXED one of my items. Between the attention to detail and the cheerful nature in which they worked Adrian, Duran and Cam left our home BETTER than they found it. 11/10 will use again!

This was the worst customer experience I have ever had - I booked them for 4:30pm tomorrow and had confirmation with no issues.. today I get a call confirming for the morning to which I explained they booked my movers for 4:30pm as I am closing on my house at 3:00pm so I quite literally cannot move prior to that. The manager was extremely rude and said it didn’t matter what they confirmed but they couldn’t do it so they will cancel on me. I tried to explain they were putting me in an impossible situation and now I am left with no movers or truck for my move tomorrow and he got angry with me and hung up. I WOULD NEVER recommend the Charlotte location to anyone. Now I am off to find a new solution.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin with this post, and it has taken me this long to write one because I decided I didn’t want someone else to deal with and experience what I did. I used them back in April and talk about running the clock up, wasting time and money that I didn’t have to waste. I shouldn’t have had to pay for hours wasted. When they first arrived, the truck had to be cleaned, before things even got started being moved out of my house. Then as moving things progressed, we just dilly dallied. There was no urgency to it. Then when we needed to move on to point B, we just “travelled” around. They went past my turn and then I didn’t see the movers for almost an hour. Still on my time card. The bill was outrageous, and I may have justified it, if I were actually legit, but in my opinion, it was not, considering the time wasted. Let’s add insult to injury to this experience, as they were moving things out of the truck, my belongings became the leaning tower of Pisa, and fell down in the truck. I cringed, they laughed. As that furniture came out, one of them was smashed in the back, and the guy just said “eh, it’s just that back board”. I don’t even know what else could even possibly be damaged at this time because its all in the walk space/storage. Also, they just shoved my belongings into the storage with no rhyme or reason. They just unloaded it, to be done. I had to go back down there for a few hours, to make sense of things so we could walk in there and such. I took time to write this because maybe I was just stressed or whatnot, but time has passed and I am still upset and angry. Moving is stressful enough especially going through a divorce and job loss from COVID, my experience didn’t have to be this way and make times harder.

I strongly recommend that you do NOT use this company. They packed our home in Charlotte for a move to NJ. After completing the move to our new home in NJ late on a Friday night, we noticed several items (noted on the inventory), were missing. The movers told us that someone from the office would call us the next day. That was the story for a month -- someone would say theyd call us, they were working on a solution to get us our stuff, etc. They then told us that another truck coming up from the South would deliver the items to us (but, of course, they never confirmed exactly which items they located in their warehouse). That delivery date came and went. When you call, you get the run around, sending you to different departments, etc. Very, very disappointing and well be pursuing all available remedies. Steer clear!

Chris Miles and Allen, did a great move. Easy to work with. Very professional and consciousness about every item they cared for on our behalf. Excellent at what they do in very efficient time. Would absolutely recommend and use them anytime. Thank you guys!

Beware this company is very unprofessional and even arrogant to make things worse. We booked them for a local move a month and a half prior to our move and thought everything was all set up. They called the day before our move to confirm and said I would need to unload the contents of my shed onto the yard because the movers won’t do that. Ok whatever, no big deal. Well the day of our move they didn’t show up. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but after they missed their 8-10am window I got nervous and called them. The guy working on Saturdays literally told me and I quote, “We had to cancel that job”. That job was our move. They offered no solution to help us out and the arrogant cocky guy on the other end of the phone just said “have a great day buddy”. Great day it was not. I had everything on my front lawn to make it easier for these people and had a crying pregnant wife next to me trying to figure out how to solve the mess they left us in. We had to move that weekend as our lease was up. Anyway, I can’t not warn you enough to stay away from this company. They have no regard for the importance of a smooth move and will laugh at you when you try to understand why your job got cancelled on the day of the move. Be warned is all I can say, they are not a professional or reliable outfit and the people answering the phones are extremely arrogant.

BUYER BEWARE!!! They cancelled at 8:00am today- Friday - our moving day! They were supposed to be here between 8:00am-10:00am. They said they couldnt move us until Tuesday!!!We have to be out today. Now we are scrambling to find movers and no one is available.They didnt even try to find other movers for us. They said it wasnt their job.Completely unprofessional and they do not care about their customers. Do not book with them!

What started out as a disastrous upgrade sales pitch from a representative who had no business pitching me without information when questioned, actually ended up with a highly professional and super qualified moving crew. Austin and his team went way beyond the call of duty to satisfy my wife and I, apartment move AND move 2 units of stuff from storage. Everything they did was methodical and to the point. Their attention to detail and what my wife and I needed them to do was met with nothing short of perfection.I wasnt going to hold back on a review that would have been scathing from that one person this morning, but Austin and his crew, sure calmed that savage beast down with a professional outing.AllMySons should be thankful they have staff such as Austin and his team and I will be sure to recommend them if the opportunity arises.

So so happy with my experience. Hiring movers is pricey, but the quality of their work is well worth it. Very good at communicating, very hard working, very respectful and professional. Substantial damage to our furniture and property - holes in drywall, front door was smashed in, scratches to dining room table after being assured it would be padded and protected, scratched chairs, scratched armoire, and missing furniture (mirror and dresser)... They charge by the hour, which is fine, but they spent time playing with our dog on the back porch. Appreciate them being friendly to our dog, but not while on the clock.

Ive waited awhile to post this review so that I could be more objective. I want to give you the pros and cons, so you can make an informed decision.PROS: staff members in the office and at my house were generally friendly, helpful and responsive. Most of the actual movers were hardworking. Someone came to my house to do a free estimate of charges and also returned the week before our move to re-assess how many boxes I had packed on my own, theoretically to adjust my price.CONS: (1) They sent someone to pack my belongings who apparently had NO IDEA what he was doing and was, quite possibly high or hung over, which I did not realize until it was much too late. I had to direct him to wrap bathroom trays so that things did not spill out of them into boxes because he was simply dropping trays of jewelry, toothbrushing supplies, hair accessories etc... down into a box. (2) The people who packed my belongings on the first day did not finish the job. When a different crew (except for the supervisor) came to actually move us the next day, many things were packed haphazardly in a rush to get the truck loaded. What we paid for packing was ridiculous for the quality we received. (3) The estimator assured me that I had packed enough boxes to drop our total by at least $1000. When it came time to pay, I had to argue on the phone with someone in the office to receive that adjustment because the estimator never responded to my requests for his reassessment in writing. (4) We unpacked boxes that were smashed, thrown together with random items, crushed during loading of the truck. (5) Several pieces of furniture had major gouges. (6)A desk had been wrapped with plastic wrap to hold items on its shelves instead of them being packed in a box. When they set the box down and unwrapped it, the books and notepads went everywhere. (7) My husbands shoes had been dropped in a box with toothpaste and other loose items. (8) Our TVs, which had been carefully packed by AV guys were turned around and around during the moving process with no regard for the this end up directions written on them.After such a positive initial impression, I was deeply disappointed with the actual results of our move. Moving is hard. The guys who loaded and unloaded our belongings were friendly and they worked hard. I just wish they had worked a little more carefully with our belongings. I also recommend that you pay close attention to the folks who pack your belongings. The 4 packers separated into different rooms, and I was there alone. It was next to impossible to keep up with what was going on everywhere, but I believe that should also fall under the responsibility of the team supervisor. I cant say that I would use All My Sons again. And I only started taking photos after I realized the extent of problems. There were many other boxes packed poorly and other furniture with damage. Of course none that would be covered adequately under the insurance...

CHRIS WILLIAMS LED AN EXCELLENT TEAM OF THREE. THEY WERE PROMPT GENTLE AND EXPERIENCED. TOOK GREAT CARE OF MY THINGS AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. DEFINATELY WILL USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

We moved from Charlotte NC to Nashville TN. We looked at several companies and read the reviews on BBB and on multiple sites. These reviews are only the negative ones. In our experience none of them applied. From the beginning with Tommy doing a virtual walk through and quote to Jose and his crew (sorry dont remember all the guys names) it was stress free professional and top notch! They wrapped all the furniture and delicate items like it was a baby. They protected the floors from damage, cleaned up all tape, plastic and cardboard. We had a 5+ bedroom home with a piano and everything went flawlessly. They are worth every penny and we didnt have any hidden fees. We highly recommend for any move you may have.

Devin and Chris moved me from one apartment to another today . They went above and beyond with everything they did! They both were very professional, worked extremely hard, they were amazing. From my first call to All My Sons - to the end of the move: this company was incredible!!I was fully prepped on everything that they would do, and the anticipated charges up front.I was so impressed with how they protected my house during the move out process.They wrapped, transported, and cared for my belongings as if they belonged to their own family.Dasheem, Pierre, and Blake were so kind, professional, and efficient.I would recommend this company and these specific movers to anyone, and will absolutely use them again. They made this, hands down, the easiest move of my life.

A team of three really really nice and funny guys showed up to load up my house onto their truck and store it for two nights. They were extremely professional and had me cracking up within the first five minutes of their arrival! They really hustled and were very careful and gentle with all of my items. I would highly highly recommend this company and I know that Johnson Pierre was I think the team leader (as he went over all the paperwork with me) and I dont know the name of the other two guys that were with him but they were all awesome! If I ever do move again I would totally use All My Sons again! And I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to move whether in town or across the country!

All My Sons booked me at the last moment, after another company bailed on me. Very professional workers, who were very careful with my possessions.

I used all my sons moving to move into my first home. The staff and crew were very friendly upon arrival and throughout the scheduling process. However, I do not think they are very well trained in moving. They broke one of my mirrors, damaged walls in my parents home and took 40 minutes longer than me to get to my home when we left at the same time. They nickel and dime you for use of tape and shrink wrap and try to shrink wrap everything you have with an excessive amount of shrink wrap, to the point where it took me hours to get it off all of my items. They quoted me $750 for the move but it ended up being $1200 in the end. Ridiculous! I moved with the same amount of furniture a few months ago and used hornet moving and it was $700 and they did a fantastic job. Would not recommend all my sons moving to anyone in the future.

I’ve used All My Sons several times for local moves, mostly recently in July 2021. Cameron and his team were great! They were very efficient - it was one of the quickest moves I’ve ever had!

Using this company was the worse decision I could have made. The movers got lazy unloading the items. The movers put a hole in a wall and didn’t mention anything about it. Brand new section was damaged, lost crews to my expensive ice hockey table, lost screws to our bed frame which led to our bed collapsing. They left saying everything has been assembled correctly which was a complete lie. I’m lucky the bed did not collapse with my toddler laying with us. I am highly upset and the head guy made inappropriate comments. I also feel I was overcharged for the quality I received.
