Brandon had outstanding customer service, which is hard to find nowadays where even though theres a lot a worker has to do its done with a smile and calm. He was excellent at that AND was helpful with getting me in and out of his store! Just needed to print something small, and he handled it very well while by himself and a full store.

My orders are always prompt and orderly.In doing consistent business and sending this company Executive referrals for 5-years I have only had one problem (4 years ago a former staffer forgot to update the 800-number on my business cards but admitted forgetting and they immediately printed new cards and replaced the previous batch).Solid company and new Management.

Team members seriously need more training. I am embarrassed for a specific team member. He didn’t know how to use their technology. I went to pickup 2 8x10 pages and they didn’t print correctly and it literally took him 40 minutes to figure it out how to re print them correctly. Are you serious? 2 pages and 40 minutes? I am livid. Extremely frustrated. Such a waste of time. I left and looked at one of the pages and ended up throwing it away because it wasn’t centered. I will be taking my printing needs elsewhere.
Customer service was not as expected. It was already difficult trying to find parking near the entrance. I had 4 packages total and were pretty huge for me. I brought one in and asked for help and a gentlemen said fine Ill go as if he didnt want to help me. We walked outside and he asked where I parked - I pointed and said across the street I parked directly across the street from the entrance and he had the audacity to say well if I knew that I wouldve never offered to help - I swear these were his exact words.
Really, the best fedex office i have ever interacted! I needed a printout for a client that had atypical specs. i called them 30 minutes before they closed. After emailing them my documents, they completed my request to a T and had it ready for pickup by 8am the next morning. On top that, i misplaced my receipt and after emailing them, they sent me back a copy of the receipt the same day. Excellent!
There is always an ISSUE here. Whether it’s shipping a pre paid package or printing a simple document there is never an easy trip to Fedex. Will NEVER come to any FedEx location again. UPS is the best!
Good for people living uptown
Its no longer open on Sundays, just Mon-Fri 8-5. But it is located in the Westin on the second floor at the business services area and I was able to walk in and use the printer to print items I needed for business on Monday morning. Double sided, full color, loaded my own paper and had exactly what I needed. A bit pricey, but it was far better than no option at all.
Brandon is really good at his job. He makes things happen. If he isnt already running this branch, Fedex should think about that. Other guy in shirt seems like a duck, not a solution seeker.
Markus is awesome but one of the other employees was not helpful. Stopped by to pick up packages sent to my company they told me the person whos name is on the package regardless of the company name needs to pick them up despite the fact that Im the owner of the accounts and the company.

They apparently close whenever the hell they want... Hours of operations online and at store front clearly says 10pm... Yet here it is 7:30 and theyre locked up, with no answer on the phone.... Im a CLOWN and im more professional than this place!!!Give anyone else your money...Hell... if little Timmy had a copy machine at his lemonade stand hed get my repeat business over this podunk, slackjawed stupidly ran hell hole.Thank goodness theres an OFFICE DEPOT Down the street on SOUTH Blvd.Ill just give *them* my money.
Went there on 12/9/2017 to print football tickets from my cell phone. Couldn’t get it done. Embarassing ! The service person, Bre, kindly helped me while taking care of other customers. Thanks Bre for Your assistance.
I stopped by your store at 230 S Tryon in Charlotte NC pn Sept 18th, 2017 @ 8:45 and no one was there; doors locked, lights out, and no one answering the phone. There was no message letting me know they were closed. Is this a regular thing? If so, maybe you should change the store hours on the door and the phone message... now Im stuck in uptown traffic and late!
Really bad experience. Be ready to wait at least 15 min for your turn. No apologies for your waiting and the lady was rude. She did lot of mistakes while entering information in the system and again no apologies. When asked for tracking number she rudely replied its on receipt which doesnt clearly says its a tracking no

Sometimes a small gesture goes a long way. I parked a bit of a distance from the Fed-Ex center and told the gentleman working (I wish I would have gotten his name) that I would have to come back to get the second box since my car was far away. He offered to carry my second box to my car with me so I wouldnt have to make two trips. That made my day!! I would certainly pick up from/stop at this location again.

Good location for biz use, parking can be a pain but everthang downtown is... full service shipping and printing.
Wasnt helpful, but then I got follow up help from Brandon after I decided to walk back in to the store.
