Was a large Auto suction lot! Friendly employers too.

We went expecting to get a good deal on a decent car. I bought a Blazer here years ago. They started the bidding high and the cars ended up going for much more than Kelly blue book value. So disappointed. We wont go back.

Staff was nice but the dealer fees were crazy! We bought a van at the TVA auction that cost $3,000. After all their hidden fees it ended up costing $3,850. They also charged a 4% fee to use my credit card and gave literal hell and refused to take a check despite talking to the bank on the phone.

This establishment is only for people who want to buy high end expensive vehicles. If you go and dont buy a lot of expensive vehicles from them they look down on you and dont want to work with you well. They turn it around on you and make every situation look like its your fault. They also will tell you something and not keep there word on it and when you try to bring it up they then wanna say it was never said and not honor their word. So when you leave a review on there facebook page about your bad experience they then ban you from there auction because they cant handle the truth.

You havent had a chance to visit maybe you should take the time its worth the drive. Awesome place, clean and easy to get in and out.

Went to a public auction hoping to get a cheaper car for low income family. Trying to avoid dirty car dealers. Hah guess again. Might as well have been a dealer auction. About a handful of dealers buying absolutely everything in sight way way above value. About 15 public buyers showed up. Every one of them walked off disgusted. The dealers were obviously having a fun bidding war. Since they made enough off the closed auction. They had to take ours. Screw this place.

Havent been there yet but thats where my repossessed truck is and Ive been waiting for 3hrs for someone to talk to me so I can get my personal property, so customer service sucks in my opinion. I had a 2000 ford expedition I would not recommend anyone purchase it unless you are to buy coil packs, control arms, ball bearings and more also the heat nor air works and 2 windows dont work . Still waiting to speak to someone about getting my stuff for the 2nd day now, if this place reads these reviews then FYI I need to get my diabetic meds out of that truck along with everything else

I have attempted to attend the general public sales or gsa sales on several occasions and for some reason there is an excuse. they only care for the dealers.

My wife’s belongings were supposed to be available to obtain from her car. Every single day this week Lori (who we were told is the only person we can talk to) has been actively looking for my wife’s stuff. The lady upfront is useless. She lies and just says “I’m sorry” when you explain how your sons infant car seat is what is needed most. She tried to say, “well your car has been here for over 100 days”, even when you have the letter stating the day the car was obtained, less than 2 months ago. Today my wife went to get her belongings because she was told it would be today, just to have the terrible front desk lady say, “I’m sorry. Lori told me to tell you we still can’t find them.” And when asked to speak to Lori or anyone in management, be told, “I’m sorry. No one is available”. We are taking up legal precedings.

This auction is about the buyer, & seller. Not just taking care of sellers. We switch up DAA, with manheim Atlanta a couple times a month. Great customer service.

They treated me like we were not wanted there and thay refused to take my check for 700 dollars and Ive never rote a bad check and paid them about 69000 last month .so I took them 700 in cash tthat will fill the lost of about 2800 a month there are other car sales you might wont to try red top or CALHON AUTO AUCTION thay wont you there.

Horrible service, Bad Management, and will never go back. I am dealer who has used plenty of auctions and Ive never seen one that runs as bad as this one. I will never use this auction again and would never recommend anyone to use them.

This place is awful bought a car that didnt make it out of the parking lot ended up paying 1500 for it. then when the tittle came in they tell me I owe another 159 dollars because they forgot to charge me the day of the sell biggest pain ever bout to file a lawsuit .NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE BADBADBADBADBAD. nothing but bad stories across the board from both dealer and buyer
