Paid for a new screen which they said they could change. When I went in to get it done they said they couldnt do it. They wanted to charge a $60 restocking fee. Absolutely dumb. They have never reimbursed me the $229. They are an absolute ripoff and should be charged with theft. They have not returned any calls.
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. I took my tablet in to get a replacement screen…4 MONTHS LATER I got my tablet back and the home button does not work correctly. This has seriously been the absolute worst customer service experience ever. The lady at the front desk would flat out lie to me telling me what she thought I wanted to hear just to get me to leave. I was promised calls when each next step was finished (because they messed up the home button), calls never came. The tech wasn’t even there working half the time. She tried to convince me that it was normal to press the home button hard 10-15 times to get the tablet to turn on. There was nothing wrong with the home button when I brought it in… I asked to speak with the owner and never got a call. Please save yourself time and money and do not use this company. I really wish I could give zero stars, worthless company.
Please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to take your electronics. From my personal experience it was honestly the worst you could imagine.I had taken my MacBook Pro in to get a new battery and hard drive.After it being there a month, I decided to call and check up on it and always kept getting the same responses.“The tech hasn’t given us an update on that yet”“I’ll try and get ahold of the tech”“The tech ordered parts should be about two weeks”“New parts didn’t work, can’t get an update form the tech.”Then eventually that all turned into, “well our tech just up and disappeared, went MIA and no one has heard from him.” Exact words. (This all led on for about 2 months and grew to be very annoying.)So after two months and almost $400 dollars later I decided to call it quits. The constant giving me the run around and no one knowing anything about what is going on seemed like a poor way to run a company and handle your clients.Not to mention my laptop had a nice new dent in it when I got it back! OH YEAH AND A LITTLE OVER A WEEK LATER I STILL HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY REFUND AND THEY WONT ANSWER MY PHONE CALLS ANYMORE! ISNT THAT GREAT 😂!!AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU ARE WELCOME.
My wife and I helped my 14-year-old daughter purchase a iPhone XR from CPR Cell Phone repair. We discovered an issue with the volume button and contacted CPR Cell Phone repair about the issue. We brought the phone in and waited for the diagnoses. A little while later the informed us that they would need to keep the phone for a full 8-hour shift to make repairs and that we should bring it back on a later date. Before we were able to bring it back for the initial repair we had to bring it to get the screen fixed. We paid CPR Cell Phone repair to fix the screen and they said they would fix the volume button also when they looked inside the phone they discovered other problems. They said the screen problem may have led to a board problem. But its no way for them to know this. They said it would not be covered under the warranty. We have not had the phone for 30 days. The newest employee in the building is talk to us about a problem he knows nothing about. The owner will not talk to us and the young lady who sold us the phone does not seem to want to help either. I have no confidence in CPR Cell Phone repair. They have a very catchy song on the voicemail thats the best thing about the company right now.
Absolutely the best experience. Fixed my daughters iPad screen and did their very best to ensure it was done before we left for vacation. Went above and beyond to ensure we had it in time. Highly highly recommend. Great customer service !
Extremely professional and responsive. I brought my Google Pixel in for a screen repair. The staff was friendly and helpful, even helping me find a better deal on the screen I had previously ordered from Amazon! Couldnt be more pleased, highly recommend!

The customer service here is AMAZING! Very curtious and helpful. Best of all, they dont require you to wear a mask! Whenever I see someone wearing a mask I try to stay away from them because I dont want whatever sickness it is that they have. Best advice, stay home until you are well, no longer contagious and dont have to wear a mask to keep from giving other people whatever sickness youve got!!!

Best Phone repair store of all time, owner is the three time 2008-2010 cell phone repair world champion. Their chargers charge 17% faster. After having my phone repaired here I dropped my phone off of a 9 floor building, no damage. Im convinced after a repair here it will make your phone stronger than before. 10/10 service. Owner also helped my change my tire while I was waiting.
Vary helpful you just have to know that there are other people in the world and its not like a movie that you can turn on someone has an order they come and go in so call head( if you can and then go they will be more then happy to help)
BEWARE!! This place sucks! The owner guaranteed they would have my daughters iPad fixed within 2 days tops. After a week of excuse after excuse why it hasn’t been fixed they finally gave me back an iPad with a fixed screen but the home button didn’t work anymore. Therefore, it wasn’t fixed! They have terrible communication and refused to give me back my money after getting terrible service and an iPad that was NOT fixed! I have messages and receipts to prove all wrong doing on their part and how they don’t back up their own guarantees and standards. I would advise everyone to read all the negative reviews because there is a VERY strong common denominator. It also looks like the owner has responded below by LYING and convenient for them it won’t let me reply directly. We NEVER once used foul language and to this day(months later by now) have NEVER received a refund. They run an absolute terrible business and will even use Covid as an excuse to not stand by their word! You’ve been warned!!
Really disappointed. My husband took my sons tablet in because he changed the password and couldnt remember it (he is 8). They helped him do the factory reset and then charged him $49.95! I couldnt believe they charged him that much for 8 minutes of their time.
Theres not enough room on here to tell you everything. I dropped of a console almost a month ago, and they told me I sould have it back in 14 days, and have the diagnosis in 3 days. I called 5 times and never once got a diagnosis, and its been well over 14 days. The lady on the phone is so rude that I took to their corporate website to complain, and was met with Were sorry but all shops are independently owned and we cannot help you further. Honestly, if tthe lady on the phone wasnt so rude I wouldnt mind, but their entire company is complacent and ignorant. She even told me the reason it was delayed was a singular guy got sick and called out and she was short staffed, but 14 days over the original agreed upon time is ridiculous. They have COVID-19 safety procedures posted, but they don’t follow any of them. The staff does not wear a mask. I paid for over night service on Thursday for Friday pick up and it wasn’t done. They didn’t tell me they were closed on Saturday or Sunday. They finally call backed and said their product didn’t work and would have to order a new part. I was given a refund, however don’t recommend this business!

Went to CPR to repair a defunct part from a replacement performed in Feb 2020. Part wasnt under warranty due to being outside 30 days. After completion of replacement, the fingerprint reader that previous worked - no longer. After having the phone for an additional 2 weeks failed to fix the fingerprint reader. When I finally received it from the store - both the screen protector and the fingerprint reader broken. Thanks CPR????
I would give no stars but I was told to bring my phone in on a Saturday for repair paid a deposit. No one was there and no phone answer had my wife go while I had to work the neighbors said this business was plagued with issues. Will not be going back at all.For an update they did reach out to me today the lady on the phone was very pleasant. However this order was made back in mid December I wish the service provided was as good as the people I have spoken with in the phone. To make and to conclude my ticket. I hope they can get everything sorted out.

Horrible experience! I specifically told the owner/seller of the phones that I was NOT sure just yet if I wanted to get a phone from them. I asked him multiple times would any money come from my card, because I had to go through a lot to sign up and see if I qualified for the phone lease. Money was taken from my card anyway, twice! A total of $75!! I had already got a phone from somewhere else, a brand new one! It was $250-$300 cheaper! I was lied to and played! I would never return here and would not recommend! That is of course if you don’t wanna be lied to and manipulated!! Better get my money back, it’s not fair! Again I haven’t even got the phone in my hand or went in the store to say “yes I’m for sure getting this phone”!! 😡😡

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. Service was prompt, professional, and absolutely AMAZING. If you need to get your phone fixed, CHOOSE CPR. I thought I ruined my phone for good but these wonderful men saved my life (and my phone’s). It only took them 30 minutes, too. ON LABOR DAY.
I stopped in today after being referred by Verizon to have a Zagg screen protector applied to my Galaxy 20+. The customer service that I received was outstanding and time efficient. I wasnt charged for the service and was reassured that they would take care of any Zagg replacement if ever needed. I wish Verizon on Gunbarrel cared as much for customers that have been with them for over 10 years as CPR Cell did with a first time customer. I highly recommend!!

Service was excellent, but communication could be improved. I didnt hear anything for two business days and had to call for an update to find out that they were waiting on a reply from me. But I never received any communication that they needed anything from me. I could have gotten my laptop back sooner had I received a quick phone call. My computer works much better now, though!
Great customer service, great turn around time for repairs. Went in to get my cracked home button replaced. I was made aware that the home button would function normally except the TouchID would no longer work for finger printing. After repair everything looked clean but the button is insanely slow to respond than normal, Siri randomly gets activated, and it’s just insanely annoying to use. THAT, I was not made aware of but aesthetically it looks better than having a crack on the button(which wasn’t quite worth $75) you get what you pay for. I get it, if I wanted it to work properly, go to Apple and pay a fortune but I wish I would have known the button wouldn’t respond normally.

Do not go here. They had my phone for 4 weeks and didn’t even call. The number they have listed is incorrect and they will not give the real number. I went back during their normal business hours on a Monday and they were closed. And after that 4 week wait, my phone was still broken. I would give 0 stars. Extremely unprofessional, this place is a scam. Also none of the workers wear a mask!!!
I went to get a screen replaced. Was told they couldn’t repair it since it was after 2, so I made an appointment for a couple of days later at 11. When I got there, I was told that they couldn’t fix it until after 3 and that I never had an appointment at 11 anyway. She was the one who suggested I come at 11 because it would take 2 to 3 hours to replace the screen. Very rude.
Phenomenal service! The owner himself went above and beyond to fix my phone the same day! He even stayed late and came back to the store and met me to get my phone after hours because he knew I was a small business owner and needed it ASAP! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone!
I came in to have my note 10 plus fixed for a charging issue the lady that took care of me was super helpful an they got me fixed up in under an hour very clean an well kept place will definitely come to them next time Im this way an having an issue.
I just got in from Afghanistan. I ceacked the LCD on my Note 5 in Afghanistan. I sent it home and my Bro tried to get it fixed in VA. I finally moved back home. Once I got here came in the shop. They informed me if fedex delivered on time itwould be fixed by 12. Came in around 1230 and fedex had just delivered and they were fixing it as we spoke. Came back in around 3 and my phone was good to go. Plus they gace me a Screen Protector as a welcome home gift. I will be bringing my phone here in the future for Repairs. Thanks

UPDATE: I did finally get my iPad back. The front desk staff was always very friendly. It was just issue after issue, though, with no clear communication on what was happening or when I’d get my tablet back.Initial Review: I paid to have the cracked screen on my iPad replaced nearly four weeks ago. I dropped it off and was told it would be fixed and ready for pickup in less than a week. I’ve called time after time and left voicemails. I have yet to be called back. I’ve stopped by in-person each week (sometimes twice), and I still haven’t gotten a straight answer on when I will get my iPad back. I was told a few weeks ago the owner decided to take my iPad home so he could supposedly fix it there. Someone takes down my name and number each time and promises to call. They never do. I just want my iPad back.
Over priced and hours that arent convenient. No wonder the other two CPRs closed down. They couldnt pay bills in Fort Oglethorpe.

I started my adventure with CPR via their website. I filled out the free estimate form with all the information required. NO RESPONSE! I tried to call and their phone didnt work. I emailed them with NO RESPONSE! The only thing that did work on their site was the appointment scheduled. So I fill out all the information needed for my repair and the information needed to make the repair! So I made my first one hundred mile trip for my appointment and arrived on time. Guess what? They had not read the information that would have saved me this trip by trying to contact me and tell me that they would have to order the parts and it would be the next day before they could replace the screen. So we made another appointment for the next day. I again arrived on time and guess what? They had not checked to see if the parts had arrived! So he told me that it shouldnt be a problem and to come back at 1 or 1:30. I arrived back at 1:30 and he told me it was in the warmer and would be ready in a few minutes. His wife told me if I wanted to wait in my car she would bring it out to me when it was ready. After waiting in my car until 3:00 I went back in the store. She came to me and said this cant be good because you have your arms crossed? I said I have been here since 11:00, where is my phone? She said I WAS SUPPOSED TO BRING IT TO YOU, WASNT I. She went to the back and brought out my phone which was still in clamps. She had forgotten to bring it to me! She took the clamps off and you couldnt see through the screen it was so dirty. I payed her and left. Sitting in my car I realized the screen was coming off already! They had not CLEANED or INSPECTED the phone! I went back in and she looked at the phone, gave it to her husband and he took it and shrink wrapped it to hold it down. He wrote instructions on the bag to keep in for 8 to 24 hrs. I left there around 4:15. When I arrived home (my second 100 mile trip) the phone was moving around in the bag. I put my on clamps on the phone and left them all night. The next day I cleaned the screen the excess glue and tried the phone. The phone volume is low and my finger print doesnt work! The main reason I went to CPR is that they are an authorized Motorola store. Motorola beware!
Guy was faster than he first said with changing my wife iphone screen plus cheapest quote in town I found not to mention I didnt have to make a appointment all n all whole thing took hour n half thats look a place up call 5-6 places drive there give him the phone wait pay for screen drive home done hour n half flat. Wow yea if I ever need cell phone repair im going to this guy

Worst experience ever. Took my surface pro with broken screen (but it was still working from touch standpoint as I put a new protective screen on the top of it). They promised to get back to me in a week. Never did. I called them - they told me they are waiting on parts --second week gone - no phone call - went there personally on the third week- Promised to give me an update the following week - No call - I called them and they told me they could not fix it--They removed the broken screen - put a new one and it did not work- very incapable to find the root cause--They put the broken screen back-- now the original broken screen lost it touch ability ---now it is useless ---They charged me $65 dollars for their useless labor --Monopoly is at its best when you have no competitors around you.
My buddy went here who isnt very tech inclined, they took his phone for a SIMPLE REPAIR. All he needed was a new screen put on his iPhone 7 if he would have sent it to me I could have done it for him in less than a hour after I received the part. They told him it would be done in Just a few days after a week with no call he went in to be told that the part was slow to arrive. Now I can believe this I mean current events and everything I get it but just keep reading.. They said the package had been delayed so he waited for when they said it would be in by and return to the store, this was roughly a little over ANOTHER WEEK.So at this point hes without a phone for OVER TWO WEEKS NOW! If I was repairing his device I would feel guilty and prioritize his device NOT THIS PLACE!! He was told he would need to wait ANOTHER WEEK to get his device fixed!! So now they are asking him to wait AN ENTIRE MONTH FOR A LIKE 30 MINUTE REPAIR!!! BUT WAIT IT GETS WORSE!!!! Once he came back a week and a half later, still 0 calls to tell him it was fixed! So he asks if his device was done yet and HE IS TOLD THAT HIS DEVICE HAS NOW BEEN taken to a off storage facility!!! ITS ONLY BEEN FIXED FOR A WEEK MAX!!! THEY STOLE HIS PHONE GUYS THEY ARE LEGIT CROOKS!!! They tried to play it off, saying Well its our policy to move phones away after a month Even if it is their policy its got to account for only having a phone FIXED AND SITTING THERE for a month... NOT A DEVICE THEY TOOK A MONTH TO FIX! HE ATTEMPTED TO PICK IT UP WITHIN A WEEK OF THEIR REPAIR DATE THIS IS DIRECT STEALING!!! Hes went back a few other times after NEVER BEING CALLED asking if his phone has came back from storage they always say no. Chattanooga isnt THAT big guys!! Straight crooksI told him he should get the cops involved but he said he has talked to people on Facebook WHO HAVE ALL HAD THIS HAPPEN AT THIS SAME STORE!!! (UNBELIEVABLE!!!) So I decided to at LEAST do this. DONT GO HERE GUYS GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!TL;DR: Asked for simple repair they stalled my friend for a month so they could tell him that they dont have his device anymore. They straight stole it and weve found others on Facebook who all have had this problem with this place. Absolutely absurd! DONT GO HERE!
So much wrong with this company its difficult to begin. Poor customer service. The owner attacked me the minute I mentioned I had a warranty and wanted to see if I was covered. Bratty kids were manning the cash register. No mask were worn. Do yourself a favor and skip this dysfunctional joke for a company.
CPR was freaking excellent!!!! They are extremely nice, efficient and fast at getting great results !!!If you have any issues with your phone I would hands down come here .If you go anywhere else, your missing out !

I have been to this CPR on many occasions and have been treated with respect and the highest quality one could ask for.The customer service is par-excellent and the staff is very professional and people oriented. The prices are very reasonable while not sparing a quality product. I have never walked away disappointed.

I dropped off an iPad on December 30, 2018 at Cell Phone Repair Chattanooga. It had a cracked screen that started in the corner and had spread. Nothing else was wrong with the iPad, and I had assumed that a chain would be good as they advertise doing business right. Also, I noticed the owner and I have mutual friends and thought... this will be good. I can get it fixed.I was told it would be ready in about a week and they would have to order the screen because they had none in stock. I said ok. They told me I would have to pay up front. Roughly $113.00. There was a lot of fine print on the receipt. I scanned it and saw I would be out $45 if it couldnt be fixed, etc... I was give an online receipt where I saw I could check on the stage of repair.After 8 or 9 days, I logged in and checked. It had been over a week. It still said RECEIVED. I was concerned and called.1. I was told that they hadnt worked on it because they had trouble getting a technician to work to do it but that they would work on it and it would be ready.2. I called two days later. I was told that the screen they had ordered initially was defective and they had to order another one.3. I checked again a couple of days later and was told that it wasnt ready but that it would be ready on the 14th of January. This is day 16.4. My husband went to the story on the 15th and said hes at the point of just taking it back... Can he just get a refund? My husband was told that he would be out $65. The female manager came out and told him that she would have it ready tomorrow and that I could come get it at noon the next day on the 16th.5. The next morning I was called by the manager (first call in 18 days of this fiasco) who told me that there was now another problem. The cord of the home button needed to be replaced and that I could come today 1/18 at noon and it would be ready.6. Today is the 18th. I arrived at 3:30pm. Guess what? It wasnt ready. I waited 20 minutes and finally came out with it. There are bubbles under the glass now. I pointed it out immediately and the manager acted surprised, Oh yeah, those, yeah we noticed those back there when you dropped it off and its not the glass but below it. Must have been when you cracked it. Ok, so I think well I can deal with that I guess but when I pressed the home button it moves and floats around. I pointed it out and he was surprised and said for me to come back at 7pm (3 hours later) and that they would make it a priority to fix.I ended up giving up. I told him I wanted it back and would take it somewhere else, but he told me that they would have to take the screen off (even though its wrong) and to come back in an hour. I would get the iPad back with no screen at all... mine was mailed back and that I would lose $65. I pointed out that on the receipt fine print it said $45 for iPads and $65 for iPad Pros. The manager asked to see the fine print and spent a few minutes reading it and said hed have to call the owner.He returned a little later stating that the owner said hed honor the $45 even though hes updated the fee now and just failed to change the online receipts.Do your homework because not only did we waste $45 for nothing and a good chance its destroyed after going through all that... but we wasted a ton of time calling, waiting in the store, and being frustrated for no real reason but not doing my homework.The picture shows what they gave me back and the difference between $113 and $45.If it had been my business, I would have left the screen they put on and apologized. I can tell you I would have still taken it somewhere else and wasnt going to use it as is. The home button was now broken. But, they took their screen off *that was put on wrong* and gave me what you see in the picture.Not a single apology for all of the excuses and wasted time.Quality and customer service mean everything today. It is better to under promise and over delivery than to continue to over promise and under deliver... thats how you keep good customers and referrals.
Im not one to leave a bad review, but at this point the situation is beyond frustrating. 1. No one ever answers the phone. 2. My phone needed a new charging port (the only issue). They fixed that after I had to go back multiple times to see if it was ready because #1. Upon exiting the shop my phone shut down and restarted repeatedly. I took it right back in. They basically stated I would need to leave it with them. I ensured them this was never an issue before. I verified they opened at 10am the next day. 3. Showed up the next day after my phone has now restarted 50+ times since the previous day and they arent open. I knocked on the door. No answer. I called no answer. I waited for an hour.....nothing. I texted multiple people one who finally replied they were out sick and still havent gotten a response from the second person who I think was suppose to be working. 4 other people showed up to the shop while I was waiting all of which had similar experiences.
Absolute lack of service. Lied repeatedly about a part on order and wouldnt answer the phone or questions. Avoid them at all costs. Plenty of other repair places in town.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! I know that this is a cell phone repair store, but they advertise that they can work on game systems too. I have a PlayStation 4 that started to lag badly and shut itself off. We called them to ask about it and they said we would have to leave it for two weeks and pay $60.00 for them to run a diagnostic. So we dropped it off there. It has been 4 weeks now and I just got it back earlier today. Over those 4 weeks we heard nothing about it. Every time we called we would wait 30 minutes and give up, or their phone lines were down. Every time we would go by (which was sometimes several times a week, during business hours) they weren’t open. Finally we went by and they were open and we asked for it back. They told us it was fixed, but when I brought it home and plugged it in, it would turn on but just be a blank screen. WHAT A RIP OFF! 60 dollars and weeks of waiting, just to get it back in worse condition then when I took it. They have terrible customer service and did a poor repair job. PLEASE, save yourself some time and money. TAKE YOUR DECICE SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Im completely upset for the fact I had taken my phone in for a battery replacement the phone had damage to it and a part is missing off my phone where the camera and flash was then said oh damage is what happened when fixing it also that I had to pay for a part and shipping and handling for it to be done. Which should been done correctly the first time. Never will I go back and I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to use you.

My phone was severely damaged- flew off the top of my car going 50 mph. I have a Google pixel, they were able to order the part and get it in rather quickly. I am honestly shocked that the phone still works. Levi is a miracle worker (and so so nice). My phone was practically beyond repair, and they did everything they could to make it work. I am beyond grateful. Best service Ive ever had dealing with phone repairs. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again for any future repairs. Thank you Levi!!!

Quick friendly service. Was able to have replacement screen protectors put on my IPhone and Apple Watch in a matter of minutes. The staff was very knowledgeable about my products and gave me technical info for future reference. I certainly will go to CPR for future repair services.
This place is an unmitigated disaster. I took a Microsoft Surface Pro in for a battery replacement on 12.2.2019 and was told it would be ready that following Friday. I called on Monday 12.9.2019 to find out it wasnt ready. I was told that the battery they ordered was bad. Ok, so things happen, no big deal. I was told it would be ready the following day. I had to call only to find out it would be ready that Friday, 12.13.2019. Again, no call. I called Monday, 12.16.2019 and was told, again, it would be ready that Friday. It wasnt. I called 12.23.2019 and 12.24.2019. I was told it was being repaired on 12.24.2019 and that I could pick it up that evening. I got pick it up and now the touch portion of the screen doesnt work. So, they had to order a new screen. I was called on 12.31.2019 and told it would be ready that evening or on Thursday, 1.2.2020. I opted to wait until 1.2.2020 to get the device. Except that, it wasnt ready. As a matter of fact, it wasnt ready until 1.3.2020. I got excuses for why the device wasnt repaired in the time promised, and no one to take ownership of the issue. I was promised that Id get a call from The Manager and The Owner but neither of those calls ever came.If I could have chosen zero stars, I would have. Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere if you have something that critical in nature in need of repair.
They are awesome! Great price! Fast and very reliable! Did great work on my iPad that the screen was shattered! Got it back same day within a few hours of taking it in! I have sent several people here because of how friendly and fast they are!
They said they close 7pm.We drove 27 minutes got there was 6:06, they was closed 🤨.Was there 2 more costumer frustrated Knocking on the door, we asked for the store next door and they said that they used to do that all the time.I think if you dont have the responsibility with your job, you should at least be respectful with the other peoples time and if you want to you business to be close at 5pm, dont make fool of people saying that you close 7pm.If you do need one or other day to close early its understandable, but leave a little note explaining your situation.But no, the open sign was on but the door was locked.

Had great experience in the past getting phones fixed, but I have called the location several times and not got an answer, and showed up at opening time with no one there multiple times. Very disappointed.
I had my cell phone battery replaced. The first time the battery was defective but they replaced it with no questions asked. Fast and efficient. Great customer service
This may be one of the few times I have ever written a review and if I could give ZERO stars I would. I dropped off an Xbox one to have the HDMI repaired on July 6, 2020. They told me 10 days and I paid $160 at that time. I have yet to receive the xbox back and its July 28, 2020. I called about 12 days after and they said it was here, but the tech guy was out sick so he had to wait. I called a couple of days later and they said it was not here. I called back a week later and still not there. I called on Friday, July 24, 2020 and they said it would be in Monday or Tuesday. I call Tuesday and he said the tech guy would be in at 2 to put final touches on everything and they would call. NOTHING, NO CALL. I call back today and he still has to wait for the tech guy. I am going and picking it up today, end of story. I will never use this company again nor will I ever recommend them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.UPDATED REVIEWI showed up today to get my xbox only to be told it cannot be repaired. TWENTY-TWO DAYS....thats how long it took them to tell me that. I get the xbox and show it to my boss, we do commercial HVAC & refrigeration. He said right away that it couldnt not be repaired because of how its soldered to a circuit board. The whole has to be replaced. I paid CPR to take 22 days to tell me that. They saw dollar signs. They should have known right away instead of taking my money. I will never use this company and will never recommend anyone to use to this company.
The port in my husband’s iPhone 8 wasn’t working so it was almost impossible to charge it. T-Mobile confirmed the problem and said we could upgrade by buying a new phone for $552 or we could try next door to see what it would cost to repair it. We walked into CPR, he took a look at it and promptly came back and said, “it’s fixed.” Turns out there was just a bunch of lint inside the port. He removed it for NO CHARGE. What great service! We will be back when we need another repair!

How on Earth can you trust a company that is so insolvent that they cant afford to pay their own phone bill to repair your device? Just save yourself a trip, and go to another repair shop.
Have used CPR several times between me and my wife for broken screens, swelling batteries and first one thing and another. They have come through for us every time getting us reconnected and saving us the expense of new phones. A great resource and glad to have them standing by.
Took them 12 days & $75 to tell me I need a new power cord. I wanted to apply the $75 diagnostic fee towards the purchase of a new power cord but was told they had no idea how long it would to get it.
Went in for a repair and the staff was friendly, service was quick, and the pricing was reasonable
Worst experience I have ever had! In November of 2019 they took my phone to fix it and it’s now June 25th 2020 they haven’t gave me my phone back nor have responded to me, they have blocked me and I cannot reach anyone to receive my phone! Most non professional cell phone repair store I’ve ever been to! I would call every month and wait on hold for hours just so someone could answer and tell me my phone should almost be done “This week” and now I can’t get ahold of a single person! Don’t trust this store!

Came in to repair an old phone last week and they charged me 160 compared to the normal 100 and the screen they ordered would take 5 days to get here. It took 8 days to get here (including non-business days) and when I went in to pick it up he tells me that he will call his supplier and find out whats going on. He spent maybe thirty seconds in the back and I hear him chat with a coworker and share a quick laugh and he walks to the front to speak with me and tell me the supplier was moving their warehouse and didnt notify him. Okay, whatever. CPR messed up my power button. It worked perfectly despite the cracked screen and now I cant even use a phone case because it jams the power button into the side of my phone. Tried calling and the woman I spoke to told me there was nothing they could do about it. I also looked at the receipt and they had charged my card an extra 8 dollars. The woman told me the total was 153 after tax and lo and behold when I look at my cards transaction history it says 161.69. Heres a breakdown. Subtotal-148. Total Tax-5.70. Total. 153.70. That all checks out. I look further down on the receipt and I see I made a payment to them through my card totaling 161.69. SO where exactly did the extra 8 dollars you charged me come from? Why does it say you owe me 8 dollars in change? Also why was my phone dead when I received it? I doubt myself or anyone else I know will ever be coming to this company again, and we do (did) all of our repairs there. This is seriously lackluster and honestly terrible service and this company should be ashamed.

I took my tablet June 9.would call every week no response.i even showed up to the store once a week. They couldnt do anything for my tablet.didnt even call me to let me know the progress of the tablet.i showed up todayand my tablet missing a part.how am I not going to get mad.
The owner was really nice but we had several problems getting out phone back. I wish them the best but we wont be back
My son’s phone was dropped and stepped on, causing it to stop working. We took it to CPR and they tested it, said the battery was fine and that the screen needed to be replaced. They ordered the screen and said it would be there, in 2 days, so the phone should be ready by Wednesday. That didn’t happen. We called several times and they told us that the screen hadn’t arrived yet. Finally, on the following Monday, his phone was ready. We arrived to pick it up and were told that the phone was not charged, but the technician was able to power it on, after replacing the screen, so it was working. We plugged it into the car and couldn’t get it to turn on. We decided to allow it to charge longer, thinking maybe the battery needed more time to charge. It never turned on, even after charging it all night. My husband brought it back in, the following day, around lunch time and was told that they would have an answer for him, in a couple of hours. They told my husband that we would get a partial refund, for the screen, if they couldn’t fix the problem. I called a few hours later and was told that they haven’t figured anything out, but that their lead technician would be opening the store in the morning and would take it apart and clean it to see if he could spot the problem. They instructed me to call around lunch time the following day (today). Again, he ensured me that they would “make things right” by giving us a partial refund, if they couldn’t fix the issue. I called today, close to 2 pm and the clerk said they still didn’t know what was wrong. I told him I was giving them one more hour to figure it out, then I would be coming to get the phone. I expressed my frustration and dissatisfaction with the way this situation was handled. He told me that his general manager would be calling me, in a bit, to discuss our situation. I waited another 1.5 hours, then drove to the store and asked for my phone. They had to put it back together, so we had to wait 10 min or so. Once I had the phone in my hand, I asked about the refund that was promised to us. The clerk stated that his general manager said no refund, as of now. He wants to speak with me. According to the notes left by the technician, there are discrepancies in the condition of the phone. Now, here we are 2 more hours later, and have I heard from this general manager yet? Nope. I have a feeling this fight isn’t over. Terrible business.
Just took my broken phone in (my son broke the screen, again) to CPR in Chattanooga. Jamar gave me EXCELLENT customer service, and a perfect, fast repair- as always!This is about the 10th time I have used CPR (both Gunbarrel and Fort Oglethorpe locations) and they always exceed my expectations! With a large family and so many devices, it’s like we constantly need repairs! So glad to know I will always be treated well and pay a fair price at CPR!I’ve also bought several used devices from them and have zero complaints!This company is awesome!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
I brought my phone in when they opened at 10am for a broken screen. I was told that it would be around an hour and a half. I gave them two hours. Returned and my Touch ID didn’t work (which worked when I brought it in). I was then told they needed around another hour. Waited an hour and returned. When I returned they advised me they needed another hour. I left again and returned in an hour. This time I was told the owner was there and he had the experience to fix it. After 15 minutes the cashier came out and told me they needed about 30 more minutes. I waited in the store for the remaining 30 minutes. Finally a worker brought out my phone and told me that they tried everything but they couldn’t get the Touch ID to work. He told me that the owner has a guy in Cleveland and that he would contact me at a later date to bring my phone back to the store. They would then drive my phone to Cleveland and return the same day to be picked up. Fortunately for me it will only cost me 5 trips around 7 hrs total time and $160 dollars for a cracked screen. The best part is that the owner was on scene, but stayed in the back for the duration that I was at the store.
I’ve had nothing but excellent service and repairs! My husband has a habit of dropping his phones (in water, on concrete, driven off with it on the top of the car), and every time, they’ve fixed it perfectly, and even recommended a less expensive phone that he couldn’t destroy! All the repairs were more than reasonable, and we always received a phone call if they needed to order a part or if the repairs would be more costly than what was quoted. Friendly, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and solid repair service- I won’t go anywhere else, and recommend them to everyone I know!
I dropped my phone on a Monday, there was no obvious damage but the phone wouldnt turn on. I took it into the shop on Tuesday they ran diagnostics for $35 and I left the phone with them. Wednesday they contacted me about the phone needing a board level repair, I responded to them Thursday morning at opening time. The person on the phone assured me that the phone would be ready by closing that night. So Thursday night I drove the 20min it takes me to get there only to be told that the phone would for sure be ready on Friday by closing. I returned on Friday shortly before closing and was told that the phone would be ready by closing on Saturday. I called Saturday afternoon and was informed that my phone would be ready by Monday or Tuesday. Monday I got an email that my device was ready for pick up. I once again drove the 20min to the shop, received my phone in a plastic baggie and was told that the phone cannot be fixed. They wasted a truly incredible amount of my time and energy to tell me that my phone cant be fixed. I asked for my $35 dollars back as recompense for them taking me for a ride. They informed that that they could not give that money back. They offered a refund on one of their used phones but in the end even with the refund I found a better deal on a phone elsewhere. Truly terrible costumer service and I feel cheated.
Drew and Gerson were great they went out their way to get my phone repair and did it in record time. Their customer service attitude was pleasant and they went extra lengths to explain the process and procedures of the repair. I will be going back. Thank you guys for your amazing help.
