I called to attempt to source a part, the man on the phone (didn’t catch his name) was rude and condescending. Made no attempt to try to help me other than wish me luck at finding the part at Shields Electronics. Shields didn’t have the exact part but was very helpful. I won’t be calling Horizon back any time soon.

I didnt get her name, but the woman working the counter was very kind and helpful. Significantly more so than Ive experienced elsewhere. I would recommend this place, if for nothing else, their hospitality.

I wanted to find a locking coupler for a crane truck and was sent to Horizon Electronic. I have to say the customer service was amazing. I didnt really know what I needed and he guided me to the correct part, showed me how to build it. The entire process was very enjoying rather than being intimidated.

I travel to Chattanooga for my job occasionally. I work on copy finishing equipment which all require a fuse to function properly. Today I needed a certain uncommon fuse for one of those machines and spent a nice chunk of my day driving around to ten different stores to find a replacement. Horizon was the last place I checked, and even though they didnt have what I needed, I was pleasantly surprised by the knowledge and helpfulness of owner, David. He told me exactly what fuse I needed, showed me the product in a catalog and then proceeded to call two other nearby electronics stores to see if they had the fuse. I highly recommend going to Horizon Electronics with their excellent customer service and vast knowledge.

I have built several controllers largely from parts sources at Horizon. Great customer service! Friendly atmosphere, I highly recommend this business.
