I needed more storage. I went to tmobil and April was so great. She took good care of my phone. Now Im all set. Great experience.
The man helping us Elmer was very patient and helped us with every last detail with our phone set up and the issues that came with it and it was excellent service even with all of the issues the employees especially Elmer were always at the ready
Amazing customer service! I go out of my way to go to this specific store because they never seem like youre bothering them (unlike the one at the mall). We ran into a few snags trying to disable an old phone and transfer info to the new one, but April handled it like a champ and kept a smile on her face the entire time.

This t mobile is always busy. I highly recommend making an appointment online before you walk in. It will save you a lot of time waiting. I always receive great customer service here, thats why I always come back to this location.
I have visit the Audubon T-Mobile. Then I went to Cherry Hill I must say what huge difference. In how they keep the Customer from catching Covid 9. The Staff is on the ball when it comes to safety. I appreciate that very much. Customer Service is professional. I wish the Audubon T-Mobile should be trained. I live closer to the Audubon. Im happy to have given my business to Cherry Office.
I had the pleasure of working with Denzel and Gabe at this location. They were both very knowledgeable. I upgraded to an LG V60. Denzel set everything up for me and transferred all of my info to the new phone. I was very pleased with the service I received. Thanks so much!!
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They also went out if their way making sure the store was clean and safe and limited the amount of people in at one time!
The service started out friendly until I paid off my new phone with cash. Denzel and another Rep criticized my chosen form of payment as if I was not there. They then mentioned that they didnt want to be there but HAD to be there. They were unprofessional and rude. I felt targeted and unwelcomed there and will be going to a different location with more professionalism in the future. T-Mobile needs to hire employees with better interpersonal skills and make sure they dont GOSSIP about customers during working hours.
I am very unhappy with how customers are kept waiting unnecessarily at this location . I had visited the store earlier in the day and was about to complete the transaction when could not because the T-mobile system timed out. I was told to return after an hour when the system becomes available for my account again. When I returned all that was needed was 2 minutes of the representative’s time to ring me up. And that particular rep was busy with another customer for 45 minutes. There were other available reps, but was told no one else but Gabe who was busy with that customer could help. What is the point in having multiple reps if service is single threaded? Definitely a bad experience for me.

Sales associate seem to lack proper and adequate training as they seemed to be insufficient in knowledge of standard operating procedure.

This is the best T-Mobile store in the area. Staff is great and they carry the most amount of inventory - phone wise. So the phone you want may be in stock at this location.
When I get 5 star customer service like I did from Daniela R. at the Cherry Hill store, it is worthy of praise. She is smart,friendly and dedicated to customer service. Go see Brian who surely lives up to his name tag on his shirt as a Tmobile expert. After talking and visiting four other representatives in other stores he was only one who could correct the problem I had on my phone. If a Mobile manager is reading this please give this guy a raise as he surely deserves it!
They were very helpful with my new phone setup. However I would suggest that the person helping me does need to work on her interpersonal skills a little.
