Management was helpful. There was always dollies to use and easy access to storage.

Your security was the best I’ve seen. The place was amazingly spotless. I always knew what to expect when I came on site.

The reservation, check in and check out processes were all extremely easy. The facility is very secure, clean and well lit and elevators functioned well. The office staff were friendly and helpful.

Customer Service was fantastic worked with me to keep my stuff from going to auction.

It was temporary, that turned into long term, but I no longer need the storage space. I Love the staff at the location I was renting. They only contacted me regarding reminders or past due, the tone was always professional not belittling. I will turn to Cubesmart again and recommend them to family and friends when in need of storage space.

Randy was professional and showed great customer care during this difficult time for me. Prices straightforward. Discounts on line. Insurance available and packing supplies. Randy took the time to show me two different units when I needed to visualize space. The whole process easy from inquiry visit, booking on line and making payment. Facility is in good location. Secure and facility neat and organized.

Today I went over to this storage. I had made a reservation to see a 10×15 and ask some quick questions. Traffic was bad and I was running later than I would have liked and arrived 5:40. I understand this was close to closing time but it was going to be a quick visit. When I walked in I had asked what the price was of the unit and I received a rude response from the gentleman saying You know were closing? They were not doing anything and only started to help me after I mentioned I had a reservation. I asked if the online process is the same as in person he said yes. So I then asked is that military discount included he said yes right away. How can it be the same price if I never mentioned my husband was in the military? He was not taking care of me as a customer and only cared about leaving for the day. He even mentioned leaving before closing time at 6pm...He said he cant combined but another location was able to but they did not have climate control available. When my husband arrived his attitude did not change. We were able to leave at 5:55 before closing. Due to the militarys life style a lot of those families use storage and sadly I will not recommend this location to other military families or any other people.

Randy and Cheryl were wonderful and very helpful at the Cherry Hill cube smart.The facility was clean and well maintained.

The facility looks excellent. However, will not commit to a 1-year rent rate. Consider whatever rate you are quoted to be an introductory rate, a teaser that can be jacked up at any time. Based on reviews by others, it looks like everyone gets an increase. This may not technically be bait and switch, but it sure feels like it.

Nice facility in a convenient location. Halls, elevators and the lobby area was clean. Plenty of carts were available for moving belongings. Front office staff was very friendly and knowledgeable making the sign up process and box size selection a breeze.

Facility is clean and close to entrance for quick access. I like the place, but was told that my cost would be $67.50/ month for five months, and was told that was only good for one month when I signed in.

I love my self storage manager Val at store 0552 the grounds are always clean and the office too and she has helped me many times since Ive been storing thereCouldnt ask for more
