We rented a 10 x 20 conditioned storage unit for nine months and were very pleased with the unit. We were afraid that with the high heat and humidity, our belongings would be damp and musty, but they were in excellent condition. I just rented a unit. Checkin was super fast and Matt was very friendly and helpful through the process. The unit was clean as was the building. Multiple carts are in the building to use along with automatic lighting. Between signing up, getting a tour, and then making a trip in to my unit to store my first load of stuff, I was in and out in under 20 minutes. I picked this place over the others because of all the great reviews and they did not disappoint.

I was in the process of moving that i realized i need a storage last minute i booked online found midnight extra space storage and booked it right away. the day after shawn called me from extraspace and guided me about everything .when i got there he was waiting to help me because i was kind of lost ! He was so kind so welcoming and supportive and showed everything to me and i really got an excellent customer service . He was so polite and so supportive . I really got exceptional customer care and service . The price was good and it was very clean indoor climate controlled little storage 5x10 that everything fit in very well . Absolute amazing experience. Booked an online reservation around 12:00, called in to see next steps. Spoke with Travis, awesome guy, he ran me through what I needed to bring (drivers license & CC) and to come by and he would give me a tour of the unit and complete all the paperwork. I went right over and I was leaving the facility by 12:45. Travis was very educational, answered all my questions and such a pleasure to do business with. I hope you have employees like him at every location.

The manager was very nice and helpful. The facility is located conveniently off of Rt. 70. Leaving and trying to turn onto 70E is a bit of a task during high traffic times, though. Overall, I would highly recommend this storage facility.

From finding out rates to securing storage unit it was less than 45 min. Britt, at the associate at the facility was amazing!!! He was patient and gave me a lot of information and answered all of my questions. But overall I had an amazing experience! I would recommend them to anyone for your storage needs!!!

Had a great experience here working with Justin. It was quite a relief after the awful experience I just had at the Public Storage. I left there & immediately went to Easy Storage. The same space was not only $60 less, but it was a lot more convenient. FYI Public Storage advertises $1 for the 1st mo. In reality it was $100. When I asked why, I was told theres a little star next to it that takes you to a link with the real prices. To me that is false advertising. Easy Storage is axactly that & with better hours too!

My husband and I recently moved to NJ from out-of-state. We had to downsize our housing and needed extra storage space. This is our first time using a storage facility and have been nothing but impressed with Extra Space Storage. Before we moved out stuff in, a staff member called to make sure we had everything we needed and even called again to double check that we had directions. On top of the great service, the storage unit is clean and well maintained.
