I was thinking in taking my car to another company but wanted to have a third opinion and estimate for the repairs. I ended making an appointment with them and doing all repairs though their company. They went one step forward from the other two companies. Frank explained to me the process and gave me the best of all estimates too. During the repairs, he kept me informed. They return your calls una timely manner and are available to answer all your questions.

I had a dent in my hood from something coming off a tractor trailer. I hate going to people I dont know because my friends and I have been taken advantage of. They worked very well with USAA got everything submitted and when I finally was able to schedule I luckily did not have to do a rental. Unfortunately I lost my dog that morning and so happened to hit me while I was at the dealership! Since I am not fond of crying in public I used the shuttle service. It was a blessing to go home as I was 10 minutes from there. It allowed me to pull it together and when they picked me up they called to inform they had not forgotten but their driver helped an elderly lady with something in her garage. I had to laugh and could not be mad at that! The dent was gone and the service was great! Very happy and would use them again for repairs.

The staff in the collision center are rockstars! I initially was sent to them for an estimate by USAA but opted for them to also complete my repair after speaking with them and seeing the level of service and communication they provided. After getting my car back its incredible how the repaired area looks just as good as new! I would never be able to tell that there was work done to it! Thanks again! I hope I never HAVE to see you again, but if I do I know that Im in good hands!
