Very poor communication system. You get lots of automated messages but cant get through on the phone to respond with questions.
I was there today and the male manager was walking around with his mask off his nose. Then he sneezes, and continues to wear mask off nose while cashiering.
Good 👍
I’ve tried giving the benefit of the doubt to this pharmacy. The first run in was to pick up a topical cream. I received a text that it was ready, arrived and was told no prescription was ever submitted and that there wasn’t a prescription version of the topical cream. Returned to the doctor confused, had to pick up the prescription from a different pharmacy. The lanolin that the pharmacist had directed me to was absolutely not what had been prescribed. The second was to pick up a prescription for my wife. I was told they needed to update her insurance and that there wasn’t time to do it because the line was too long. No other questions. After a half hour I asked how to transfer the prescription to the prospect CVS.One phone call later I gathered everything I needed, and was taken care of at the service desk in under a minute. Turns out since we have Caremark, that only my wife’s name and date of birth was needed. Which the Cheshire CVS could have done if they’d asked any questions before brushing me aside.Save yourself the hassle and go to Prospect.
Prices way to high. Pharmacy tries, but I dont think they even understand what theyre doing. Its definitely not a place I frequent.
Pharmacy is below par. Its obvious they cant handle the volume. Switched to Rite Aid across the street, doctor accidentally sent the prescription to CVS and they pretty much refused to release it until its been filled... wth? The robo calls are annoying. And they dont always have Rxs in stock, they bs you and tell you it will be there tuesday, thursday no response, finally almost a week later they get it. The minute clinic had staffing issues at one point too.
Pharmacists ALL are very professional Very helpful
