Charged my HSA account $40 for the free Covid vaccination, AND now it turns out my health insurance company also, that was [supposed to be already] paid for by Tax Payers money...so I paid TWICE!!
Walgreens was once the only drug store that I would go to. This store does not open until 9am and close at 9pm and most Walgreens are open 24 hours. Products are scarce, this Walgreens leaves a bad taste, sending medications back to CVS waits are long and have to wait too long to get medications.

Always friendly service! They carry a pretty decent selection of foods, healthcare products and pretty much everything you could think of. Also has two red boxes outside.
Walgreens needs more employees, as does everyone right now. The pharmacy is very busy.
I’ve been here a couple of times without any complaints. However, I went there today and experienced the worst customer service. The cashier was rude and yelled at me so that I could go back to get an item to put it back on the shelf since “I was going back there anyway”.
I love this Walgreens! They have some of the most friendly staff there is around. The cashiers for the large majority are fast and courteous! I am greeted each and every time I walk through the door, which usually I shy from but have found it welcoming. Havent had many dealings with the Pharmacy side ;however, the very few that I have were just as smooth and easy as could be. I have even been able to wait less than ten minutes in store for a prescription to be filled.
I went to pick up my mothers prescription and the pharmacy tech was very rude, while I was verifying our address he puts the wrong phone down while I was talking, just horrible customer service
I have NEVER been up there and had anyone NOT be just as helpful and kind to me. They know who I am, theyre always very pleasant. I should be using a different pharmacy but Walgreens is always much more polite than the other

This is, by far, the worst Walgreens in the Tri-city area!!! They used to have a GREAT pharmacist named Cindy, but they up and moved her. I miss her, she was WONDERFUL; NEVER too busy to answer a question! Now this place is horrible!!! ALL, but one, of the staff is rude. When you go for a Rx pick-up, they only give you the one they find first, and dont bother to look and make sure they have given you all that are ready for pick-up! Therefore, one waste time and gas having to go back to get what they failed to give you on the first visit! I used to love this store, but I HATE it now!!! I could write more, but there is too much to mention... too mad to spend my free time with this. Just go to the 24hr. Colonial Heights store....

It is a Walgreens drug store. I was living in Chester when the old Post Office was demolished; the Walgreens was built shortly thereafter. I do not like the customer service skills by the associates, one in particular at the front counter by the front door. She is quite selective as to whom she extends her professional courtesy. The next time it happens to me, I am going to write the store manager and send a letter to the Corporate Office; for whatever good that will do.

They have altered my medications a few times. I’m just saying.... “who the heck are you to alter anyone’s meds?” You’re not my doctor, you don’t know my situation nor my diagnosis thus, making your opinion and your actions irrelevant when it comes to my medications and what is best for me. p.s. you also don’t know me so, please just do your job and fill that re-fill prescription. If you’re really concerned for my best interest.... call my Doctor, it’s truly embarrassing not only for me but, for you as well as a “pharmacist.” Seriously, I’m PTCB eligible and I know you’re not supposed to that and if you have any concerns, you should contact the patients doctor. I can only imagine how you guys treat the elderly who’s confused and have no idea what you guys are doing to their meds. Untrustworthy.
This is the absolute worst Walgreens I have ever dealt with. They constantly screw up my medications by either not filling them on time or filling the wrong ones. The final straw came when I called to refill a prescription (the website said it was unavailable for refill) and I was told by the technician and the pharmacist that my doctor cancelled my prescription! I told them that was absolutely not true and the pharmacist insisted it was. She said she would fax the doctor in the morning since the doctors office was already closed. The next morning I called the doctor and was told that they did NOT cancel my prescription and in fact their records show that it was filled the night before! The pharmacist never called me back and I went there and picked up my meds that had not been cancelled. Walgreens made a mistake and refused to admit it, follow up with me or offer an apology. I am transferring all of mine and my husbands prescriptions out of this Walgreens. The Walgreens at Ellwood and Thompson in Richmond is much better and I will make the 50 mile round trip to get my meds there again.
Supposed to open at 7:00am, yet all the poor employees are standing outside at 7:23 with no manager to open store???? Sounds like a great manager. Wont be going back there again.
Employees are super nice and the service is excellent.They keep the store stocked very good.
29 minutes and Counting waiting in line behind one single vehicle. They clearly need a new methodology for dispensing medication to those with more customer service oriented needs Once I got to the window they prompty took care of me and I was done in 2 minutes.
This is about the worse pharmacy Ive ever been to. Prescriptions are never ready. Today I went and have them ample time to have it ready (three hours) and it still wasnt ready!

Jesus, just look at the picture, Its a Walgreens. Ive already mentioned this twice. Obviously no one at google does anything reguarding authenticity. So, enjoy visiting this Post Office that was demolished OVER A DECADE AGO.
Went to pick up my prescription at 7pm that was supposed to be done by 6pm, was told at the drive-thru that I was mistaken and my prescription was set to be refilled tomorrow, I had the confirmation email with me so I told them that it was definitely for today. They then changed their story and said that my prescription could not be refilled at this time and I had to wait 28 days (not true).I went inside to try to sort it out and was told it would be 5 minutes before it was ready to be picked up. One hour later I was still waiting. It was at this point that I realized my first interaction at the drive-thru was them trying to give me the run around to cover up a mistake, as they had obviously not even tried to fill my prescription yet. After the hour mark I asked a technician if there was an issue and she told me she would check, I watched as she clearly walked back and began talking with another technician about her day.Honestly, I wouldnt have even been mad had they told me the error and asked me to come back tomorrow, it was that they lied several times and made me wait over an hour with no clue what was going on.

Went in tonight and the guy at the counter was very rude. They didnt acknowledge my existence and then when he finally came to the counter, acted like it was a bother that I was there...
I had my daughters prescription sent here and not only was I not contacted about it being out of stock but they didnt check other locations after telling me they would nor did they ever call me back. I had to call the Pediatrician to resend the prescription elsewhere. I will not use Walgreens anymore for anything. CVS you just got a new customer!
