I have backed into my halfway closed garage door 3 times in the last year and a half.Lucky I found 307 Garage Door. They are awesome. Every time I have called they have been able to come out and fix the door including the bents I put in it the same day. I cant thank them enough and my door still looks great. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a replacement or just fixing them. I find there prices to be very fair.

James is the man. He was priced very well beating the other three bids I received. I am building my own place and until James every contractor has been a nightmare. He worked with me even when I pushed him back several times due to delays on my end. He came on time, with everything he needed and with his own tools. He needed nothing from me to do his job. I know that seems little but it hasnt been my experience so far on this project. The doors are a great quality and look amazing. I will refer him to anyone I know and personally I wont use anybody else.

I am very happy with my new garage door from 307Garage Door. James came by, and gave me a bid, and had the door installed 2 days later. When he was going to be late for the appointment, he gave me the courtesy of a call to say the prior appointment had gone longer than he anticipated. I very much appreciate that he respected my time. I got a new garage door. Took a long time but that could be due to Covid. Work that was done was excellent and the workers were great. The process between getting the door was rough around the edges. They said they would send me a quote on a heavier insulation door and battery backup but I just got the one for the normal door. They said they would send an invoice for half upfront but it never showed up, probably because I was never informed that was supposed to happen. And that left me wondering if that’s what took so long because they already didn’t have half payment. But it seems like the work and care for customers is there!

James and team where great to work with. I was sick and in the hospital when they were scheduled to install. They took care of everything, including moving stuff around so I didn’t t have to worry about it. All four doors look fantastic!! Thank you!

We tried to install our residential garage door ourselves and didnt quite get it right. I called 307 Garage Door and they came out an hour after I called and fixed it! The quality of the work is of the highest! The staff was super friendly and the service was very reasonable priced. A+ work. To be honest, I’m baffled by all the 5 star reviews, as our experience was subpar at best. They initially replaced a broken spring but that repair lasted less than a week. While they claim to have 24/7 emergency service, I called at 4pm on a Sunday when our garage door completely stopped working and never received a call back. When I eventually called again, they agreed to come the following day but never showed up. No call, no show is not acceptable customer service.

307 came out late on a Friday, got the info they needed for the repair, came back early on a Saturday installed new torsion springs and made other repairs to rollers, bracing, etc. for a very reasonable price, and they were very easy to work with. A++ True professionals that are very good at what they do.

He came on a cold Sunday so that we could shut our garage door overnight. The fee was very reasonable, and the worker was polite and professional. I am very pleased.
