Of course the garage door breaks at the start of the holiday weekend, Called another company first, they quoted me a price and time; then after waiting two days showed up and tired to invoice me for DOUBLE the quote WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT THE DOOR! Called Automatic, and Pat (Owner) called me right back; and took time out of his weekend to fixed my door. Quoted a very fair price and stood by it! Defiantly earned any future business! Thanks Pat!

During a transitional time, the end result was worth the repair adjustment wait. In the past, their great team installed three roll up doors. Two are installed in very tight spaces. Love the smooth and quiet installations!

My first name is James but I go by Eric. Saying this so Automatic Garage Door knows who this is. It is a great bummer to wake up to a broken garage door. I needed someone out fast. First off, I was very happy to call and have someone in their office to answer. Kaylee was very professional and assisted me quickly to get someone out to repair my broken spring. They sent Mark out to replace my garage door springs. He was prompt and also very professional. I will definitely be using this company in the future and recommending them to my friends. So happy! 1. They Showed up too early for the appointment, so I wasn’t there for the estimate.2. My mother in law (old) was home so there was a bunch of blah blah that she did not know anything about.3. I spoke to the technician on phone after they had just left (when I got home for the supposedly appointment time)4. I confirmed that they can’t fix it due to the personnel who installed the garage door was not professionals and I need them to re do the installation cause they are the pros. ( the garage door came with the house so....)5. They did not even tell me what I know for a fact what was broken and it’s what’s causing the issue on the garage door. So that being said I don’t know if they wanted to get more out of this repair or if it was a legit troubleshooting on their part. I hope this review helps out.6. This is just my own personal review based upon my experience, I do not discredit this company.7. The owner personally called me and offered to come over himself and do the estimates (a good thing). I did not accept his offer due to that I have made an appointment with another company. I have change this ratings to a two star.

We made an appointment 2 days ago to get our door fixed and 40 minutes after the scheduled time, they still didnt show up. We call and they tell us that they are still at their last appointment. If they would have called and told us they would be late, theyd get a better review.

Called yesterday because we woke up to find our garage door spring broken. Made an appointment for 2:30 yesterday afternoon. They never showed up, nor have they returned our call to see what happened.
