Great games for my switch great everything here. We always come here before we always leave from the mall on every weekend afternoon. And I get to decide which games can pick for my switch.

Everyone will have an opinion on GameStop. I mean they are really not hard to figure out. This is where I buy my games, accessories, add-ons, etc. I dont trade games because just like books, they wont be much after using them. You can sell stuff to them, but thats up to you. They are a company and companies are there to profit no matter where you shop. If you want to profit, you can sell your own stuff on ebay or something.GameStop is okay in my book.

Unfortunately GameStop is a dying breed. Knowledgeable, nice staff.

Good salesman will upsell you on membership, game insurance and round-up-to-next-dollar donations as he chats and rings your purchase. Used game supply needs restocking since running short. Very crowded today due to PS5 pre-sale event.

I love GameStop because they give you more for your games literally. GameStop always has the games I’m looking for. I’m an avid PS4 gamer and when it comes to finding deals or anything that’s on sale this GameStop usually has what I’m looking for.

There is long lines for the store and only allow 5 people at a time.

I had a horrible time inside of this GameStop location. I purchased a used game 5 days ago and it stopped working for my Xbox one x, so I decided to go swap it out and grab a different copy. I had my receipt with me as well. To only find out the worker wouldn’t exchange it for me at all. The receipt and policy state 7 days refund and 30 days exchange for all used games. So I wanted to speak with the manager about it and she quotes to one of her employees “ I got more important things to do at the moment”. So I just went to another location and was taken care of perfect on 87th and Ridgeland. I wouldn’t recommend Chicago ridge mall location.

Great games for kids and adults. They need to work on lowering their premiums prices more.

This store is a joke. Called multiple times to inquire on availability - each time automated response said All store associates are busy. Please call back later. Then it hangs up instead of placing customer on hold.
