Literally the only phone guy I go to. He fixes everything for me when I break it, I bought a ton of different phones off him and bring my friends to him. 10/10

Don’t ever make reviews. This is one of the worst cell phone businesses i been to. Nothing he “grown adults” messing around inside the store and outside running around like children. African American asking for money outside the store. Very unprofessional. Will not be returning. If I could put 0 stars I would.Update:Not to mention everybody smoke cigarettes inside the place and ashes everywhere.Place needs to be shut down.

I purchased a phone from his company if you months ago. The guys are nice. The phone has never worked properly. I went to have it fixed and they were not there. I went back several times and still they were not there. The neighboring shop owners said that they had gone to Jordan. So it was closed for several months. They opened up recently for a few weeks. Now, they are closed again. There neighbor told me they have not been in for two weeks . I would love to give them five stars but this is ridiculous. You cannot run a business like this.

After my wifes phone was stolen from the L, it was taken to this location the same day. Do you have any connection with helping thieves wipe phones and then resell them? Ethics and integrity should be the cornerstone of any business. I have filed a police report and intend on following up.

My Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge was in bad shape, and I needed a new phone. I heard about Prime Mobile that opened up, so I checked it out.Paul was behind the counter, and greeted me as soon as I walked in, and was 100% about providing the best customer service and shopping experience from the first minute.The service was amazing and fast, I was set up with a new phone within 15 minutes. Paul also made sure to give me a great price for the phone. He was even helpful after I left the store, and couldnt figure out some things on my phone...thats grade A customer service.Great service, Great price, Friendly and Welcoming Atmosphere. He did not fix my phone that he sold me and didnt even offer me a full or partial refund for the bogus purchase. He sold me a phone that was blocked/blacklisted and said it was my fault. I will be filing a police report and calling the better business bureau today. I repeat DO NOT GO TO PRIME MOBILE. This company and the owner Paul Abbasi will SCAM you!!!!!

Best phone place ever, bought a phone and had the best offers.

Bought a 6s that was guaranteed to be under original warrantee and their warrantee. Phone software wasnt working right so i took it in their shop and they said they would not give me another 6s, or try to fix it. They would only give me a downgrade for same price. I went to apple and they said phone was opened by unauthorized tech and warranty was voided.

I highly recommend this store the guy is cool and has really good costumer service really good deals on phones I wouldnt go to any other phone store to buy or fix my phones besides prime mobile! Thanks for service paul!
