Best service from a phone provider I have ever had. The employees made changing my plan and adding and removing devices a simple fast process and answered all my questions clearly and in depth. You cant ask for anything else great experience.

As someone recently switching phones along with phone plans, Moe was a great associate to speak with! He informed me of all the pros and cons of different devices and all the plans they offered. He was very patient and kind with me, and got me such an amazing deal. I would definitely recommend this store as well as his service, will return for future needs. :)

Mosma and Nestor were both amazing and so helpful. After having a horrible experience at the indirect store 415 I walked over to this store and had a great experience. Mosma was so understanding and patient with me and my father. They even took the time to help my dad look for the specific case he wanted and they went above and beyond for us.

Worst experience ever! I walked into the store and was not greeted but looked at by the employees. Some employees were busy but once finished with a customer, they just looked at me. Didn’t ask if I needed help or anything. Another gentleman walked in after me and was immediately serviced. I will never go to this branch again! Absolutely horrible! If i could give it no stars I would!

I’ve been in customer service for 25+ years in the call center environment and I have to say on a whole I was very surprised as well as pleased with my entire experience at the T-Mobile store inside the mall close to the food court from the time I was greeted from the time I I was handed my T-Mobile bag. The young lady by the name of Nina was one of the most friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient I can not leave out patient individuals that I’ve ever encountered. She dealt with three different generations with very different personalities and went through detail by detail of the different prices upfront and amount that will be due monthly while doing it with with such poise and made the transition of porting new lines in and adding to the account to make it work for the promotion to fit the budget that was needed to work with assistance of the managers approval to get the job done. This store is how all retail experience should go. If I was able to give the Google rating 10 star rating that’s what I would give but for the individual Nina would obtain an OUTSTANDING for going above and beyond. When you visit the T-Mobile ask for Nina she will definitely make your experience a most pleasurable one. THANK YOU Nina

So, today I went to T-mobile at the Chicago ridge location, when I say Mohammad was an outstanding representative if I could give him a 10 I would . He is patient, very kind, and friendly . If you need anything done I would definitely recommend you go to MOHAMMAD at the Chicago ridge location, you won’t be disappointed. He’s great!!!

Memo is the best ever!! When My husband Ron and I came to get service with t mobile he is very knowledgeable and professional. He made sure we understood everything we were going to pay upfront and monthly for our service. Also we told him what we wanted to get and he made sure that we can get an iPhone with no issues. I recommend if you come here please stop by and ask for Memo you could never go wrong with him.

Empty store, just me a solo customer, 2 gentlemen at the counter, neither acknowlege me. When I finally stood directly in front of them, waiting for them to finish whatever it is they were doing, they asked me wanted. I quickly answered with, I just want to buy a new phone. They seem really irritated with me, so I offered to come back later- no answer, so I just left the store, I wont be back. So sorry for the interruption guys.

Hello!I came to this location under the impression the sales reps would be awesome given how many people left stellar reviews. However, when I went, the sales rep was completely uninterested in selling me anything. She would not look at me, lied to me about the phones being unavailable and pushed the sale for other things that I did not want. I tried doing her a favor by coming in and stating exactly what I want. She said, Ive never heard of that phone and we do not have any two-for-one deals going on right now. This was completely BS. I pulled it up in front of her. She was dumbfounded. She tried brushing me off and kept my ID from me. Please do not waste your time.Thank you.

100% would NOT recommend. Customer service was unacceptable. I walked in ready to buy the iPhone X, only one customer was in store during the time and about 4 to 5 workers. I stood over by the display phones for about ten minutes before being greeted. When one occupied employee told the other workers to assist me, she rudely replied and giggled, “No, I’m on lunch” why are you taking your lunch break while on the floor? When I finally was assisted by a gentleman he was very rude and I seemed rushed through my purchase, mid transaction, I walked out. I refuse to give my money towards an unprofessional “expert” . Someone else can take the commission.

The manager Shadi and his team were very kind to me . If one person didn’t know the answer they all pitched in to resolve several of my issues . I came in a little overwhelmed about my bill being higher than it should and they fixed the problem . Not only did they fix the problem they did with hospitality. Thank you very much

I had some concerns abt the prices of my bill and the Rep Alonzo and Store Manager Fernando really went the extra mile to help me. I am thankful for their help! The worst customer service I have experienced at a T-MOBILE store. Only a select associates are trained in selling phones at this location. Went in to buy an iPhone XR. We waited for 20 minutes and were asked to come back in another 20 since the person responsible for dealing with phone transactions was working with another customer. We were assured we would not loose our place in line. We came back after 20 minutes to find the person still tied up with the phone sale then out of nowhere started helping out another couple. He told us it would be a couple of minutes but it went on for 10 minutes so decided to call it a day after wasting a precious hour. If you value your time avoid this location.

By far the best Tmobile experience I’ve had in a long time. It was my first time coming to this location, and working with sal made it super easy for me to walk out with a new charger and case for my phone. Sal was very friendly and made sure I got the accessories that fit me best. Was in and out in no time. Will definitely be coming in to this location and working with sal again.

I wont to buy Apple Tablet the price alittil bit more than any other store but the payment is good to pay for two years. It to pay foe internet $20 a month WiFi witch I dont need is too much I will buy it on credit card or cash better . but the service is very good I Ben with T-Mobile for 10 years they are very kind specially the profisional s who work on the tel and make discussion they are nice people and make me satisfied .

I went here the other day to buy a phone. The website said $0 down and $20/month for 34 months. The man who was originally helping me went back to grab what I thought was the phone I was interested in buying. He said he would be right back. About 10 minutes of waiting he comes back with his coat on and tells me hes leaving and that someone else is ahead of me and that another person will take care of me. Thanks Guillermo.After about 30 minutes of waiting Dominique assisted me. It took about 1 hour for me to finally see the phone I wanted to buy. It was busy. I get it. You cant help things like that, but what you can help is how you treat your customers. Im trying out this new phone and asking a question, I look up to see that shes texting on her phone!!! She obviously wasnt THAT busy. Once im about to check out I get slapped with a $90 upgrade fee... for what!? To transfer contacts, pictures, music, etc. onto my new phone? You mean for something that I can do myself?Dont waste your time and money going to this location... or to any T-mobile store for that matter. I called customer service for help and got the phone I wanted w/o any additional (upgrade or sim-card) fees in under 7 minutes. Going in person for customer service is nice for face-face interaction, but after being milked for my money and the terrible service this place ruined that for me.

Good cell service. Never have deals. I paid off my phones and asked for them to be unlocked after 5 trips here and still wasn’t unlocked. I was stuck paying more money tht needed of this carrier because they did not unclock it after saying they have multiple times. I used it from iTunes MULTIPLE times and did not lock until manny days and phone calls later they found out the device was the issue of the unlocking and all. Took way to long after so many issues.
