Put down my items because the lady was following my made me very uncomfortable!!! I left won’t ever go back!!!

This is a neighborhood staple! This is the only beauty supply store I shop at. I’ve been shopping here for the last twenty years or more. I love this store. They have everything you need with great prices.. they are always so friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help.

I have shopped at this store for years, and I’m never disappointed!!! The staff members are very compassionate and humble! Sue is the SWEETEST woman you could ever meet🥰 If you can’t find what you’re looking for, she will do her best to get the item! The men working here always have a smile on their face and their customer service is impeccable 🙌🏽 This has been my family store for a very long time and I refer my clients here because I know satisfaction is guaranteed 😍💯 This store has everything and more🙌🏽💪🏽

Im not a fan either...the security guard at the front door is very rude and will stare you down like you are a criminal! They must have a lot of thefts at this store because they watch you like a hawk. I feel very uncomfortable shopping and the two Asian Male at the register talk about the customers in their native language! Its funny how we make them rich only to be treated with disrespect. I stop going to this location a long time ago.

The security guard and staff seem like they don’t want to be there. One of the Asian workers spoke to me as if I couldn’t understand English. The Asian male cashier attitude isn’t the best. I’m not a fan! Do better!

Im trying to shop some wigs and the moment i find one, the worker literally stands there bc she was told too while i search for another wig as a part of their bogo deal. Can i shop in peace! Put my stuff down and left.

This place is like a mega beauty supply store, it has everything from wigs, cosmetics, hair care products, jewelry and even clothes and shoes. If you go, I suggest you go Friday- Sunday from 9-11am to receive the 20% off discount.

Have good hair and its buy one and get one free...thats a deal besides paying 2 to 3 hundred for 4 bundles. Got 18in/ 4 bundles for 140 thats because I had add the bleach and the bottle to put it in.
