Love this store huge selection and great prices, I live in the western suburbs and it was worth the trip.Andy sold me some pedicure spa chairs and it was a great experience they deliver and have an installer.I wish they were closer but will be making the trip again.

Make sure that you buy not expired nail polish, because everything is very cheap and low quality. I bought nail primer and it smells like vinegar and irritates skin, finally got the allergy.Is better to buy qualitative polish from other stores even if it is a little more expensive.Also be aware that they don’t give you receipts and don’t allow refunds .

Yesterday I went shopping, today I unpacked and found that there were two missing. I called the staff and said, why didnt I call yesterday when I bought yesterday? Its been 24 hours. Our things are all packed, and we cant help it. this kind of business is really not worth buying. Customers who buy things from this place must unpack all the packages on site and make sure there are a lot of them Things are checking out. Otherwise, if you go back and find something less, they wont admit it

Be careful when you are being checked out they will over charge you. A lot of there items have no price so you have to ask for a price. This store has a wonderful selection of just about anything however you can’t return anything these people who work here are rude & watch you as if your gonna steal if you are black shopping here following you around very rude this staff makes you feel very uncomfortable shopping here being a black customer. This Nail store is horrible, I tried to be very high class about things and go to the nail store but u cannot support them I brought a nail file for a hundred and something dollars and yesterday was my third time using it and it stopped working . They won’t refund me or even give me a replacement which is a damn shame . I will be going on my YouTube platform as well as my Facebook and letting people know don’t shop with them because they just quick to make a sale !

Love this place!! Brought my business license and the process was easy for check out and they had everything I needed to get my small nail business started.

I dont have a nail tech licences so I am not sure if this has anything to do with it BUT this store tend to change prices at check out. I went into the store to get the Daisy DND duo gel polish (the one w/ reg. polish and gel). The price is listed as $5 for each box. I got 4 boxes therefore the total price should have been $20 something. The cashier tried to charge me $32.05. Due to me using a debit card, I needed to put in my pin code which required me to come around the desk. I seen the price as $22.05 but he cashier kept saying $32.05. I noticed different cashier will charge different prices although the prices are listed though out the store. If you go, just pay close attention to how much they charge you.

They have great helpful staff! They show you where everything is or get it for you! Many diffrent brands and supplies!

I am not a licensed manicure tech, but I have my own no-chip manicure equipment and all the tools at home. I live in the suburbs and drove by this place a couple of times when I was for work in Chicago. This morning I decided to stop by to check this store out since it looked huge and nice from the outside. Its located inside the strip mall with a lot of other stores nearby. I parked my vehicle, but I had a health emergency and needed to find a nearby retail pharmacy to come back to this place to make purchases. I literally left for 10-15 minutes to come back and find out that my vehicle was towed by Lincoln Towing Service. I got my vehicle back, in less than an hour, came back here, walked inside. Asked the staff if they were the ones to report me to the towing guys, they denied it, of course.Not very approachable staff from the beginning. I picked a few items, went to the register. The cashier said that since I did not have the license I needed to pay extra. I was all right with that, but my total was a little over $9 (the minimum with a credit card is $15). I also asked if they had bathroom and said that I would go back to the floor to pick up more items to make it $15 minimum to complete the transaction. The cashier rudely said to leave all the items at the register before continuing (suggesting that I was a thief). I walked out right away. They screwed me over big time! These people are literally Chinese fascists and complete jerks, discriminating against white people and other ethnicities. STAY AWAY if you are not Asian!!!

Seriously every time I left this store, I’m thinking man I’ve spent so much for very little things! Now today I actually looked at prices I took my time and realized it’s the cashier who over charges you if you are clueless! Once I got my total started asked questions about the difference in procing the cashier looked I pleased! Once I paid my total was $40 less than she had originally told me! Also they fail to organize their acrylics and hardly ever stock up on items!🙄

I bought a $15 bottle of nail polish from Lee Nail Supply in November 2019. They charged me $15 for shipping (via UPS), and then sent me the wrong item. I called Lee Nail Supply to ask if they had the item Id originally ordered, but never really got a straight answer. There may be a language barrier here.At any rate, they asked me to send the item Id received back, and were going to charge me an additional $15 to ship it, even though they sent me the wrong product to begin with! Needless to say, I do not recommend doing business with Lee Nail Supply.

Very spacy store. Offer almost all you need for nails at home and nailshop. Helpful and friendly staff. Parking lot is huge. Just remember to take you car with you when you leave this store. At least, tell them, so they wont toll your car away. I saw many cars tolled away already.

I was looking for a product (Pedi Spa Tablets) to use at my nail salon. I was searching all over Chicago and Lee Nail Supply is the only one that carries this product. I think they have everything available and fantastic customer services. Will be my only go to shop and highly recommended to all nail professionals.

Just bought a galon bottle of alcohol and the bottle isn’t sealed correctly. I put the alcohol in the trunk of my car, when I arrived at home, all is gone because of the bottle broken!!!!They’re selling a fake bottle of alcohol. Be careful when you buy an alcohol over there. Because they don’t care and can’t do anything about it when i was complain!!! Just being cheap store and take advantage of people!!!

Beautiful place with alot of nail supplies but I dont like that you have to be a nail business owner or a licensed nail tech and there no sign up stating there not open to the public. There was one worker that was not Chinese and he was nice and he helped me out alot because am new to all this.

The polishes are a good price. The shelves were pretty bare the 2 times I visited the store. I visited the store a week apart. Both visits, none of the staff assisted me. I heard them ask 3 other patrons if they needed assistance. No one asked me. 1st visit, I asked if there were any mood polishes. On my 2nd visit, I was there for about 20 minutes looking for a glitter polish. When I finally inquired about the items, the sales associate said, We have a lot of those, and continued to do what he was doing. He didnt assist me with finding what I needed. I will only go back if Im in dire need of products.

This morning January 09 2019 @ 11:30AM central time, I would like to order 2 Mini joy kid Spa by online, I called customer service of Lee Nails Supply for more detail products. A sale man, his name Ẩn, got my phone. After i asked him about product i would like to purchase them, i request him could i order by phone - Mr Ẩn so quick got all credit card information. Then he told me Shipping fee $35.00/ each Mini Joy Kid spa, total $70 ? I was so confused, because its online display Free shipping, but Mr. Ẩn said nothing free shipping ? - Not all, Ẩn got my credit card information but he did not ask me about my email to send me receipt or confirmation #, order # ...as usually online shopping, he said hell text me pictures for my order ?1-Charge me Shipping fee and say web was wrong - not be update ?2- Got credit card information then text picture for confirm order instead send me email ?3- I called him immediate but another man, Name Sơn, said Ẩn has been doing busy ?Be careful when you order by phone with Lee nails Supply employees .

Wanted to buy a $14.99 bottle of shellac nail polish. Was excited to find the color UNTIL I went to check out and it said $15.00 to ship it! Not sure how this company manages to stay in business, because I KNOW FOR A FACT that it doesnt cost that much to mail a small bottle of nail polish. Taking my business elsewhere for sure!

This business has terrible customer service ethic. I have been calling for over a months regarding a purchase refund that they promised to take care. Horrible company to do business with. I received partially wrong product, ok mistakes happen. I contacted them regarding the error and was told to return the product and I would get sent the correct items. It has now been over a month, never received the correct product and when I said just refund me for the incorrect items, they have refused. So now they have my money and I have no product.Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere where they dont steal from you!!

Really really bad service. Have a guy names An; he is very rude and unrespect people. The owner should fire him. The reason is When I wanted to return a file that didnt work well, he tried to refuse and force me to keep silence. Even i told that i just bought it 5 hrs ago. He laugh in at me, and told me this file one was bought 3 days ago. But another staff said corrected that, it was just bought today. I m very disgusted and disappointed at that guy and customer services as well. It is very terrible. Oh my genies. Im so upset when i just think about that situation.

Wow this store is heaven!, I am sorry for those who have had bad experiences. Some of the staff was very helpful I was looking at the nail polish racks and a gentleman automatically showed me what sizes they had and what their prices were. Another guy showed me all the nail art they had and answered all my questions he was very nice. I drove 3 hours to just shop here and the staff was great, they have so much from kiara sky,ezflow,gelish,dnd,opi,glam and glitz, some acrylic powder range from 5-20$ and gel varies from 2-12$ prices are so great! they also have many salon accessories like nail tips,buffers,files . Lastly you do need a licence to shop but if you dont have one you can still buy they just dont give your a receipt, hope this post is helpful. :) Will deff be going back for my nail needs :)

There is a lady I don’t know if she is a boss or manager. Whenever i go she is always there. She treats like i am her guest that comes without an invitation. She is so rude as if i am asking products for free. So arrogant!

Free parking. BUT...This place looks like you could be in Nail supply heaven. But the service you get here is far from that. There are no prices listed on 99% of the store so they can pretty much charge you whatever they feel like charging you....literally.I purchased 3 tools where the prices were listed for them. My total was $10. There was no line. Only one other customer in the store at the time. I went to check out and she assumed I was vietnamese by speaking to me in her native language. I assumed she said $10 because I already knew how much my items were ahead of time. I handed her my credit card and she shook her head and said no. I told her I had paid with a credit card before. Then, get this... she said $15. So 5 bucks more to pay with a card. Okkkkk. So I gave her a 10 dollar bill. She took it and walked away. No thank you. No nothing. And no receipt! But she rolled her eyes at me?! Wth did I do to her to get such an attitude?! I will never come back here.Sunlight was closed and Lynamy was out of the tool I needed. Both of which have much friendlier, less shady workers and business practices. They will no longer have my business nor anyone else that Ill be referring.

Went there and ask them right off if they sell to the public. Yes, they do. They are a whole Sale company that sells to salons but do sell to the public. It is why there is no price on anything. Even if there was, I believe it is for the shop owners. I went in to get some OPI but did not see any colors that I havent had already.I do admit they are cleaner then LynAmy who is close by them that sells China Glazes for 2.70 but that price depends of who checks you out. I paid 5.00 for Essie at LynAmy.
