I called different locations to see if they have a promotion for the light master bleach and they said they have a buy one get second one for half off . I told them I want to make an order for 6 they said they can only give me 2. I drove 30 minutes to get there and they said they don’t have the promotion and have to pay the full price for both. So mad

The employees at this location are always very friendly and kind whenever I enter this store. They are always willing to help me find a product, and if they are out of something that I had came for, they offer to order that product for me. The employees also alert me to new products and current sales to ensure I dont over look a great bargain! Also, I often hear the employees asking stylists feedback on the products that they are purchasing; as they seem to try to keep up with what us professionals are saying about the products we choose to use... Which always comes in handy if someone needs advice on what certain products are like, or which products are popular... Or unpopular, in that case. Of course the employees here are well informed on everything they sell; but it is great to have extra feedback on new (new to me) products that I am trying for the first time! Its great to have an extra heads up, rather than learning the hard way by having something unexpected occur to my client. The advice and feedback is always welcomed and does come in handy. I come to this location often, and they know me by name now. This is by far, one of my very favorite Salon Centeric locations!

I like shopping at this location. All the employees are friendly and they are very helpful. I always find what I need. I love the section with the deals as well :)I dont understand why people write bad reviews. Most probably this are the people with attitude problems and forever unhappy.It doesnt bother me when they are telling about store policy ...... Yes is only for professionals and they have to tell everyone who is coming through the door. The employees is not supposed to remember everyone who does have a license.Could you imagine a client without license spending 1 hour in the store choosing products And....only at the register to find out they can not purchase it because they are not licensed ???This will be unfair! ....right??Now it does make sense why they have to tell about store policy to everyone.

Incredibly rude cashier. I was immediately accosted and told repeatedly that they did not sell to the public- perfect, I am licensed. I understand the company policy but this person could at least try be courteous and respectful while maintaining protocol. I waited for her to create an account that would allow me to shop there, during which time a gentleman entered. Her eyes lit up with excitement when he asked about a product and she said, Sorry these are for professionals only, they are different than what you or I would use. He then informed her he is also licensed and she calmed down for a minute, until the next person came in. Even after confirming the second customer was licensed, she had to preface every answer to his questions with the bit about these clippers are different, only professionals know how to use them. I was annoyed for him! I finally completed my fingerprinting and background check just to be able to buy the one bottle of toner I needed, then find out they dont even carry Wella. So Professional!!! Limited product selections and overly anxious staff, will never return.

Come here for the convenient of the location when it comes to take classes..but the managers and assistant manager need to be re train on costumer service.Also N Rosa from corporate needs to be re train on costumer service.

This store sucks ASS!! Came to do a return & I stay all the way back on Cicero & Diversy.....to come ALLL the way north to be told that their system is offline so I cant to do the return?? With your limited city locations & inconvenient hours, you need to have your $&!% together!!!
