I scheduled an appointment at the boutique and worked with Lexi, a very talented stylist who helped me every step of the way finding the perfect wedding dress. Before going to the boutique, I had tried on 30 gowns (sigh) and felt the dress shopping experience had become a bit discouraging. Lexi took time to walk me through a variety of different dresses on the racks, shedding insight on the designer styles, helping me figure out the type of gown I would feel most comfortable in. She was patient, considerate and kind guiding me through the decision making process. I never felt like a ‘sale’ and appreciated the personable relationship she created while dress shopping. This was huge for me, especially coming into the boutique with no idea on the type of gown I was shopping for. I highly recommend shopping at Alice In Ivory and can confidently say, you will find the dress of your dreams and truly love this wonderful experience as part of wedding planning!

This bridal studio is a MUST for brides looking for a range of designers and styles! I had a great experience finding my dress here: the stylists are knowledgeable, and the studio space is classic and beautiful. Their communication after my purchase was also great, the studio was responsive to my questions and kept me updated on the shipping timeline to be sure I had my dress and veil in time!

Tera was so helpful in guiding me towards the specific look Im searching for. She was very transparent with what the boutique has available in my size and budget. Also, Tera was very friendly and a good listener which scores big with me.

Alive and Ivory is the best! I had been to ~10 boutiques prior, but no one seemed to have a classic dress with the hint of minimalist bling I was searching for. When I finally found the silhouette I had been searching for, the woman assisting me suggested adding a beautiful art-deco belt to the straps and open back for the subtle shine I was searching for!! LOOK NO FURTHER!

I had a marathon day of wedding dress shopping with 4 appointments all over the city, and my experience at Alice In Ivory just blew the rest out the the water. I cannot say enough good things! Based on the initial outreach to learn my preferences, I arrived to a full rack of dresses for me to try which kept the process from feeling overwhelming, and every step of the way they asked for my feedback, subbing dresses in and out based on my preferences and fit. Grace was absolutely amazing in offering guidance and bringing so much good energy! Because Grace understood my vision, the dress I ended up choosing was one that I had never seen before arriving, and I am SO grateful for that! I was worried that Id have a hard time knowing which dress was the one, but Grace and Lexi made the process so stress-free, so fun, and so thoughtful. The whole experience felt truly catered to me, which is how it should be! There was no uncomfortable pressure to make a decision on the spot, and shortly after I left I had an email with all the details on my top choices.Generally speaking, I found the range of dresses to be totally diverse with lots of designers, styles and options (belts, lace toppers, etc.) The studio is also gorgeous and just makes you feel special from the moment you arrive.Not to mention, this was all during the pandemic and we felt totally comfortable, social-distanced and well taken care of with the precautions in place.If youre a bride-to-be, you NEED to include Alice In Ivory in your wedding dress shopping journey!

I had the best experience with Lexi at Alice in Ivory! She was attentive and methodical about the dresses she had me try on. Their store is so gorgeous, which just adds to the entire experience. I was nervous that a lot of their dresses would be out of my price range and was surprised at how many they had to choose from within my budget! They are also taking covid protocols seriously, which I appreciated. Highly recommend!!

A stunning bridal shop with gorgeous, unique gowns and the sweetest staff! Allie made me feel so confident and comfortable in everything I tried on. She was immensely helpful through the entire process. I would definitely recommend this shop and their gown collection to any bride looking to feel like a stylish goddess on their wedding day! Beautiful selection of dresses! I found my dress here. I couldn’t decide on the first appointment so I came back to try it on again after visiting few other stores. Everyone was so welcoming and no one put pressure on me to pick the dress. Rachel was wonderful to work with, she answered all my questions and I ask a lot of questions! Alexis was also amazing when the time came to pick the dress up. The space here is beautiful and you will get undivided attention during your appointment. I visited 5+ bridal shops and even if I didn’t find my dress here it would still be one of my favorites.

I photographed my BFFs wedding in Yosemite National Park last year and she found her gorgeous Hayley Paige dress at Alice in Ivory. The store itself is so unique, the experience they provide is amazing, and they offer a great variety of designers compared to your regular bridal shop. If youre in the area, I seriously recommend checking them out!

I truly cannot say convey how amazing my experience at Alice in Ivory with Rachel was. Her sweet spirit & assistance on a tough day for me (physical health wise) made my shopping experience perfect. She listened to my feedback and pulled excellent dress choices! I ended up selecting a dress from a different store but her genuine excitement shows how committed this business is to the people, not the sale. Amazing people! I couldnt find a dress I saw online in any stores. And they special ordered it so that I could try it on in person. I was so grateful they were able to accommodate my request. And the dress ended up being the one! I couldnt recommend them enough.

The dresses here are stunning - if you are looking for a romantic or boho feel, this is a must visit! I love that they have 2 extremely large private fitting rooms with tons of natural light (dont worry, theres a curtain to change behind). I didnt encounter the other bride (or any other guests) both times I went because of the size of the rooms so it truly feels like a private experience for you and your guests. They make an effort to listen and understand your style ahead of time. This was the only place where I walked in, looked at the full rack of dresses they had pre-pulled, and immediately said I love everything! They were also super accommodating when I came back a week later with my mom for a second try on and when I wanted to video chat my MOH once I found the dress. Everyone wears masks and are super careful and respectful of personal space (they even provide masks and sanitizer outside their front door for guests). Both Grace and Tara were so incredibly sweet, knowledgable, and amazing to work with. I should note that they do not provide alterations themselves, but recommend and partner with 2 places in the city. I havent quite gotten to that stage yet, but I dont imagine thatll be an issue at all.

Anyone who has shopped for dresses for themselves or as part of the moral support group knows that one can have a variety of experiences while shopping for the big day. Alice in Ivory was our last stop of the day, and I was feeling a bit discouraged after an experience at a different shop in the city. The selection was great and the rooms were spacious enough for your small group with plenty of room to see each dress at every angle. We worked with Rachel Hunger who was beyond wonderful. I went in wanting to try on a specific designer I knew they carried, and I liked that I was given space to select several dresses on my own that I thought had potential. I felt she really understood what I was after and brought in a few others I had overlooked. She knew the dresses and materials well and was able to run through all my options as we talked about the likes/dislikes of each. The entire experience was so fun and comfortable, it felt like we were old friends by the end of it. I left that day not having made a purchase but knowing Id be back. I was torn between two dresses by the same designer and Rachel went out of her way to be there again for a re-try appointment. Within minutes, I knew I had the one, but I couldnt have done it without her. I would hands down recommend Alice in Ivory, and like others have said, maybe dont make it your first one so you can end on the best!

The boutique is beautiful and the dresses are gorgeous. But what really impressed was the staff. Grace was so knowledgeable! She took the time to understand me and my style and actually found THE dress for me. It was like working with a friend who really was looking out for you. Loved Grace and loved their products including accessories!

This is THE only bridal shop with modern romantic wedding gowns that are affordable. I found my dress here after looking at a few other stores. I absolutely love my gown and had a pleasurable experience. I also love that this shop gives you that one on one time with your consultant. The shop has plenty of room to walk around and look at your dress from every angle, as well as tons and tons of natural light. They also have beautiful accessories from Twig and Honey.

I cannot say enough good things about Alice in Ivory. If you are a bride-to-be, stop what you are doing and book an appointment here!! The boutique is incredibly cute, the dress selection is amazing, but most importantly -- the bridal consultants at Alice in Ivory are second-to-none!! They are experts at helping you find your dream dress, are extremely accommodating, and make the appointment so fun you will not want to leave! I worked with Grace (who was a dream) -- her bubbly and positive personality makes for a fabulous dress shopping experience. She helps identify what you like/dislike about dresses to find the perfect gown for you. The boutique is super cute itself (v instagrammable) and everyone makes you feel beyond welcomed.

I have had the best experience with Alice in Ivory! I love that their stock list offers designs that are more unique and modern than what you can find in most bridal boutiques. The atmosphere and decorations are beautiful! I was treated with so much kindness at my appointment and I NEVER felt rushed, unimportant, or pressured to make a decision. They even helped me to order my veil and earrings even though they didn’t carry them in their store.

I could not be more excited to write this review of Alice in Ivory!! I had the BEST appointment, with no pressure at all just truly getting to know what I like and not feeling rushed and just enjoying my day. Grace was so so helpful and her excitement got me excited. I was by myself so she even offered to take photos for me, and looked through accessories with me. Could not recommend more!

Grace is fantastic. I made two visits to Alice in Ivory, and she was accommodating and lovely. She took pictures of me in each gown and offered feedback. Alice in Ivory is a beautiful atmosphere with vintage touches and gilded mirrors paired with staff that make you feel at ease, like youre old friends, from the moment you walk in the door. I highly recommend this boutique.

Let me first start out by saying I was SO nervous before my appointment. It was my first time trying on dresses anywhere and the whole idea of trying on dresses in front of my friends and mom just made me anxious. However, the second I walked in I immediately felt 100x better. The space is BEAUTIFUL and we were offered water and champagne on arrival. Grace was the bridal consultant who helped me and she was THE BEST! She made me feel sooo comfortable, as if we had been friends for years. She let me walk around and look at all of the dresses first which was a really nice touch since I wanted to try on a few different pieces. I ended up being stuck between two and couldnt make a decision by the end of the appointment. While that was stressful for me, there was absolutely NO pressure from Grace or any of the other staff to buy anything that day. This made me feel a lot better about being so indecisive and that showed me they truly wanted me to be happy with my decision by taking more time to decide. Grace was sweet enough to take my measurements and email me a follow-up with a breakdown of the two I was stuck between and their prices which was also a very thoughtful touch. I almost dont want to buy either of them so I have an excuse to come back here!! Seriously it was the best experience and it went by wayyyy too fast! My mom and friends couldnt stop commenting on how great it was, too. Thank you Grace & Alice in Ivory for such an amazing experience!

Loved this place! If you’re a person who gets overwhelmed in a lot of bridal shops, this is the place for you. They don’t let anyone else in the store during your appointment, so all the attention is on you the entire time. I personally worked with Grace and she was kind, professional, and honest. As a wedding planner myself, I had very high expectations when I began the search for my own wedding gown. Let me just tell y’all right off the bat — the team from Alice in Ivory exceeded all of them. I contacted the shop and immediately started communicating with Kaylee, who was sweet as pie and incredibly accommodating. She went above and beyond, providing local recommendations for places to eat, drink, and shop in the area to create a memorable experience for the ladies accompanying me to the appointment. After only a few emails with Kaylee, I knew this was likely going to be the shop I would find my dress.On the day of, I worked with Alice in Ivory stylist, Lindsey. Before 8am, I had an email waiting for me in my inbox from Lindsey letting me know she had a cancellation that day and wanted to offer me an earlier appointment. This worked out perfectly for our group and I was able to move my appointment up three hours! One of my bridesmaids brought champagne ahead of time and Lindsey was so sweet to help make that a surprise for me. She walked my entire group through all the racks of dresses, sharing her detailed knowledge of each designer along the way. She made everyone feel so welcome and comfortable and then took me back to start trying dresses on. I’m a quick shopper and decision maker and Lindsey picked up on that right away. Also, it’s not every day you strip nearly naked in front of complete stranger, but Lindsey was so professional and sweet, I wasn’t uncomfortable at all.After narrowing it down to one final dress, Lindsey added a hairpiece and we talked about ways a seamstress would be able to customize the dress to make it exactly what I envisioned. That’s all it took – I was sold! That very same night, Lindsey already had information and pricing from the designer about customizing the dress. The next day she had details, pricing, and a mock-up from the seamstress of what the dress would look like with my changes. We emailed back and forth throughout the day working out the details and by the afternoon, everything was done.I seriously cannot thank Kaylee, Lindsey, and their seamstress contact, Giselle, enough for all of their professionalism, attention to detail, and just plain ol’ great customer service. I felt so special, incredibly taken care of, and respected throughout the whole process. I can’t wait to continue working with the Alice in Ivory team on my DREAM dress.

So impressed with this place!! I made an appointment here for my long weekend trip to Chicago with half of my bridal party. I originally made the appointment here because they were the only ones near Ohio who carried Rue De Seine dresses. Upon making the appointment on their website I saw this Rime Arodaky dress that I fell in love with! I wasnt able to fully try on the dress due to my large butt! (Im very small on top with larger legs and butt). Absolutely loved the dress. At Alice in Ivory, youre the only one in the store and you dont feel rushed at all! Lindsey took my measurements and we ordered the dress! I received the dress about 4 months later and when I went to try it on it did not fit AT ALL! I was horrified, mostly because you sign a contract with them stating that there are no returns or exchanges no matter what the circumstance and it was 5 months until my wedding day. Basically had a meltdown for about 12 hours until I got ahold of Alice in Ivory. I sent them pictures of me in the dress and sent them my measurements again. There was no arguing or pleading with them for a new dress. They instantly sent me a return label and called the designer and got a new dress rushed to me! I received it the other day and it fits wonderfully!! So grateful to Alice in Ivory and their customer service! Great place!

Horrible experience. My daughter left in tears. The sales associate was extremely rushed, rude and very condescending. No way to run a business, especially not a bridal shop!!!
