I can honestly see why Inspired Closets has the name it does. After they designed my custom media center for my family room, I am now INSPIRED by their work and want them to do every closet, room in my home. I felt like I had a personal relationship with the designer, scheduler and installer. Inspired Closets accommodated my busy work schedule, made my vision of a media center come to fruition and worked with my budget. Words cannot express how delighted and SUPER ecstatic I am about their work. Their professionalism, quality of materials, and level of knowledge far exceeds any closet design company in Chicago. I felt like I was receiving A-Lister treatment from the moment I called. The owner makes it his personal business to make sure every design is meticulously carried out and you receive highest level of quality materials without a nick, scratch, ding or any slight imperfection. This company and their work is PERFECTION.

We could not be happier with our new walk-in closet! There is no comparison to what we replaced! Our consultant, Mary Chiaro, created a beautiful design within budget, and maximum space utilization (important for our city condo). It was nice to have so many smart accessories to select from. Mary even shared ideas about the paint color (so glad we painted prior to installation). Our installer, Ken, made sure the fit was just as we wanted. Mary, Mike, and Bobbi followed up to make sure we were completely happy with every detail - and we are! We highly recommend this very professional team.

When we moved into our new house, Mike Carson from Inspired Closets was one of the first phone calls we made. He designed and installed the closets in our last house, and those closets were durable, thoughtfully designed, and really nice looking. Our new walk-in coat closet was a great collaboration, he took all of our feedback about our storage needs and translated it into a thoughtful and incredibly functional closet(and he did it pretty quickly). We really appreciate his patience and his positivity. I have no doubt that we’ll work with Inspired Closets again.

Im a former customer of another wall bed company whos no longer in the Chicagoland area. While I havent had opportunity/need (at least not yet) to work with Inspired Closets on product purchase and design, they stepped up in a tremendous way to assist me with a breakdown/setup need. Mike Carson tirelessly helped find an experienced resource to make sure the job got done right, even though the product wasnt sold by them. A company that makes this much effort at customer service is someone you (and I) should definitely want to do business with!
