My wife and I had breakfast here for the first time today and it wont be our last. We ended up ordering the same thing which is always a bummer to not get to sample a second dish, but had we not, I fear one of us would have had to concede over their breakfast sandwich. Truly One of the best Ive ever had. The staff was very kind and the service was stellar, from the host to the coffee porter. The environment is also very inviting and clean (inside and out). Highly recommend.

Their biscuits are buttery, decadent, super moist. I ordered the gravy with the eggs and sausage. My wife ordered the sausage. Heres the thing about these sausages; they tasted very Armenian. If you like spicy food these are for you. If you dont heres your they have a bit of a kick warning. Now onto the pie. It was a bit on the smaller side. Thats a good thing. Any bigger and it would have been too much. It is decadent to say the least. Staff was friendly. Place was very clean. All in all had a very good meal.

You just have to go, anything I say wont do it justice. Sausage with egg is my recommendation though.Back again... Just as awesome as the first time. Did you know you can have ham on ham or sausage on sausage? Just ask and theyre really accommodating.Third times the charm, Farmer with sausage and bottomless cup of coffee makes the morning right!

This place was fantastic! A cozy cafe with a great vibe. Presentation of the food was pristine and the taste was even better. Avocado biscuit is a definite favorite of mine. The employees were so kind that when we told them we were splitting our dish between two people they went ahead and brought us two separate plates with the food already decided. No better place for biscuits & pies.

Nice little place with strong hipster vibes (alternative sitting, fire place and a shandalire) good food and helpful service. Ordering done from the register but food is waiter to your table. They have great varaity of biscuit and pie (as the name suggest) but I order the soup which was ok (and a pie that was very tasty).

Great food. Sometimes the people who work here can be somewhat aloof. UPDATE: 11/19/17....people who work here do not seem friendly. I come in here frequently since i live a block away and as of late, they dont seem thrilled that youre here, unless youre a GQ model. Their glass jars for water are filthy with film and food as well as their plates being chipped. Very loud, ventilation is bad, you walk out smelling like food. Decent curb appeal but its probably the last time Ill be in. Wont recommend either. Plenty of better places to hit up in Andersonville.

Lovely food, decent prices, and great staff. They live up to their name quite thoroughly. Although it can be busy, they require you to order before you sit down, so tables turn over quicker than you might expect. They also have tables out front and on the back patio. Pretty easy to get to via public transit, and free parking can be found within a block or so. Biscuits are pretty big/filling, so consider getting your pie to go 👍

Yes biscuits! The outside sign says PIE & BISCUITS. THESE FOLKS REALLY LIVE UP TO THAT SIGN! The biscuits were fluffy, yet dense enough to fill me until dinner. This place is AMAZING! The biscuits are SO good. SO good. It is a cozy place to meet a friend or do some homework. I was meeting someone who accidentally went to the other location, and when she finally got to Ravenswood they gave us a free slice of pie!!! This little touch was very much appreciated. They went above and beyond (and the pie was so tasty!). Ill definitely be back, and will recommend to everyone I know.

Apple pie was good. sausage biscuit was decent, but the sausage was too thick which threw the texture off and was eating more like a hamburger. the fork and knife were terrible, being both uncomfortable to hold and not very functional (knife didnt cut the biscuit well). actual biscuit was good, but not mind blowing. nice casual atmosphere and staff. worth checking out if in the area.

Sausage was terrible. Far too much ginger and was way too thick. Felt like I was eating a hamburger; the texture was also gritty which was gross. Whatever the weird cheese stuff in it was far too salty as well. Also tried this pop tart thing that was bland and cold. The only thing that was good was their coffee.

Bang Bang is one of my favorite places to duck into early on a Saturday morning to fuel up on some delicious biscuits and coffee before heading out for the rest of the day. It’s a charming little shop with a warm, welcoming staff. Seating can be limited during busy hours but get there early and you’ll never have an issue. There’s a variety of biscuit dishes to try- I like the Bacon and the Farmer’s the best! Typically I grab a slice or two of pie to go for dessert after dinner and it’s always wonderful! Showing up with a whole Bang Bang pie at a friend’s house or potluck event will earn you major points too.

Unreal good pie and biscuit sandwiches. Dont sleep on the candied bacon options or anything with collard greens. They even make their own hot sauce. Review №49

Very tasty biscuit and gravy with the works. Biscuit was fresh and moist, and gravy seasoned nicely with a touch of spice kick. Sausage was slightly on the salty side. Portion was deceptively sized just about right - served stacked in a shallow bowl, the heaviness of the food and depth offsets the small appearance and I wound up comfortably full.Wife had sausage biscuit with egg and orange ginger jam. Not bad, but not as well balanced. Jam had a bit of bitter pith in some bites, and didnt totally fit the sausage and cheese. Gravy biscuit was better.Decor is a nice rustic and repurposed chic. Communal seating area was less intimate, but at least provided extra seating and no worse than having a bunch of cramped two-top tables.
