This place is great! Make it your regular coffee stop. They have loyal customers for a reason! The staff was super friendly and helpful, our drinks came out quick and everything was beautiful! Really enjoyed our stop here!

Wanted good coffee and since I saw the good reviews at this place that is near where I live, decided to give it a try. The place has outdoor seating and inside there is room for 4 people at a time, there was a line outside and since the weather was nice we waited. The menu is posted outside so you can be ready when you come in, also the menu is posted inside so you can recall easier. The service was fast and the payment is cashless, a tap away to pay and the Mocha and the chocolate donut were ready for me fast enough.As for the coffee, it is strong and good, the chocolate glazed donut was ok, I liked the glazed donut instead, it is on preference.Overall, nice place to stop by and get your Coffee Fix and if you feel like walking, the 606 park is close by.

We had a wonderful time for breakfast at this coffee shop! The raisin French toasts with banana slices, fresh berries, and pecans were delicious! We also liked the atmosphere at this typical American diner, which reminded us of a scene from a 1960s film. Since we were there, the friendly waitress suggested we try a trendy cinnamon roll.

Ive lived nearby for a while, but because I dont drink coffee, I havent visited for myself (Ill get coffee for guests when they visit). That changed today when I was craving a donut. The donuts were delicious (yes I got two), and the iced tea was just what I needed on a Monday morning. The whole experience was just lovely and I fear for the future of my pocketbook now that I know what Ive been missing.

Not the friendliest of spots, but definitely some high quality coffee. When I was there, the dining area was closed, and it was just take away. They had a good setup for covid - ordering through a window with some outdoor seating options. Great spot in a convenient location with other great vibe spots nearby.

Were regulars in coffee shops, and this place had the best coffee wed ever had! The food was delicious for lunch but a little limited for breakfast, but the staff was extremely sweet, they know how to shake the avocado, and it was a divine tomato oven-roasted! Congratulations to all, and we hope to see you again soon!

This is my favorite coffee shop! The staff is great and the drinks are amazing. I love flavored lattes but most coffee shops make them extremely sweet. This coffee shop puts the perfect amount of flavor in so that you can definitely taste the flavor but it’s not overly sweet. I work long hours during the week so I always look forward to the weekend when I can go grab a latte. The iced vanilla latte is my favorite!

Its a place where you can relax and clear your mind of your home issues or other things that concern your mind. I typically go to study at a coffee shop because it is a nice place to be alone where you can not be interrupted by someone. And best of all, because their employees really give you space. And often they give you free cakes to research well, which I think is sweet thanks to you.

I went to this famous coffee shop after class. As I enter the place, I saw how clean and tidy it was. It had plenty of designs and styles that could capture my heart. Everything was perfect and amazing. Perhaps, the crews were nice and polite. They served me with their excellent tastes of coffees and pastries. There’s nothing I could ask for more. Friendly baristas and great coffee. I tried the black currant cold brew, which comes with oat milk. It was smooth and refreshing. The flavor was subtle and unique!

As an avid Lynchian, I was overjoyed to see a Twin Peaks themed coffee shop. Was finally able to visit after they had a little fire damage. Coffee was Damn Fine and I had mine like midnight on a moonless night which was delicious. Was sad to see cherry pie wasnt on the menu but perhaps next time. Keep it going guys!

Even better than Starbucks is this coffee shop! They have wonderful coffee varieties and amazing food at an affordable price. Their employees were super friendly and accommodating. I would like them to open a second place even closer to me so that I can visit and have their best coffee every day before I go to work!

This morning, we had an early emergency meeting and since this coffee shop sits next to our workplace, we held our meeting here. Aside from its best tasting and aromatic coffee, this coffee shop also offers meals. We ordered their salads and bowls. We had Coconut Kale Salad, Tuna Poke Bowl, and Chicken Pesto Panini. They are all the best! Try them now!

This place is a hidden gem if you ask me. Its pretty secluded/tucked away. Ive walked past his place a few times before realizing it was even there. It is a minimalist coffee lounge, and I think that is perfect. It is a nice quiet atmosphere and definitely caters to a college ambience, of students typing away on their laptops.I ordered the bourbon vanilla latte, hot. And it was quite tasty. The soothing warmth of each sip, felt nice. It wasnt too hot and it wasnt too sweet. As an advent coffee drinker, this was one of the best coffees Ive had in a long time.

My favorite dependable neighborhood coffee spot. We helped get each other through the early stages of a pandemic. It comes with a touch of weird and a friendly staff, and you can upgrade to regular-status to access a nice package of inside jokes.

Wish I could give this place less stars but at least they knew how to make wifi work. Came in randomly when we were in the area one day because of the high rating and went to order. We are two very shy people and have both worked in the resturant/ wait staff industry so we understand bad days. But this was beyond that. The woman behind the counter seemed more interested in her book than speaking to us (even when we mhm slightly she took our order like she was doing us a favor). One black coffee, one chai tea.Worst choice ever. The black coffee was burned and the tea was more sugar and sprinkled cinnamon than anything else. I know Im spoiled when it comes to chai tea( hello mom & all of India) but this was truly one of the world cups Ive ever tasted. I couldnt even bring myself to finish it.Will not be returning but wish them the best.

The best coffee in this region of Humboldt Park. There is little seating and the hours are not ideal. (Though this might just be a COVID restriction, so I wont judge harshly).

Damn fine has pretty good espresso. Its definitely not too impressive... Their pastries are good. However their turmeric lattes and Chai teas use syrup, which I do not enjoy. It is a good addition in the neighborhood. The music is awesome And the staff are super friendly!

One of my favorite local coffee shops, and they really did a great job filling a big coffee void in the west Logan Square neighborhood. They will feature a new roaster weekly/monthly, and serve Halfwit as their house blend (Wormhole cafe).

Had a great first time at Damn Fine! The staff are incredibly friendly, and I had their delicious Sunstone Black tea, with free refills. A great, cozy place to chill or get some work done. I will be coming back soon!

Pretty good coffee but if you want to help the real locals you should order a coffee and then walk two stores down and get some baked goods from La Estrella, a great Mexican bakery.

Awesome coffee, tons of natural light, reliable internet, not super crowded, the staff are insanely friendly and relaxed (theres one barista - Jeff? - who makes you feel like youre stepping into a friends house every time), and this is the only coffee shop I dont wear headphones in (excellent music going on). 12/10 would recommend to pretty much anyone

Damn Fine Coffee Bar is the perfect neighborhood coffee shop. I live two blocks away, and any coffee shop right in the hood would be nice, but Damn Fine really lives up to their name. The coffee is AMAZING! super well balanced, robust, flavorful, and perfect in the morning.The Staff is super nice, the decor is clean and cool. I wouldnt think it to be the best coffee shop to work on your laptop all day as the seating area isnt very large, but for stoping in on a walk, emergency ran out of coffee in the morning, or getting a great Iced coffee in the evening--Damn Fine is the Spot!

Prices are very reasonable and staff is knowledgeable and kind. That being said, its kind of sterile. Hard, uncomfortable seating and very quiet. For those reasons, its a good place to post up and get some work done (free wifi) but it doesnt welcome conversation or social meet ups. Selection 5/5, coffee itself 3/5, and they carry a fair selection of pastries including vegan.

Strong with a slightly sweet flavor.

I really love coming here. Its a great local coffee shop and they have HalfWit Coffee, which is my personal favorite Chicago coffee roasters.

They gave me the best espresso Ive ever had, and they didnt even spit in it (unlike some other places which will remain nameless).

One of the best coffees I have had in the world. Ronitado is rediculously good. Its one of the most memorable cups I have ever had. I am comparing my experience from countries around the world that are known for their coffee. These guys know whats up and have the technique to create the perfect consistency.

The name says it all. The small coffee shop is a good place to pop-in for a quick cup or to grab a seat and work for a bit. In the morning, they offer fresh pastries from a bakery in Pilsen.

There is only one type of drip coffee served (I think it must be a light to medium roast) and it is typically sour and acidic. The service is below average. The baristas don’t seem like they care or want to be there. The ambiance could be better but the the music is often too low so you can hear everyone’s conversations. For all of these reasons it is not a great place to work. And with acidic coffee that is on the pricey side, I typically avoid this coffee shop. It’s a shame since I live so close by. With that said, I hope things improve. Here’s a thought: maintain a standard full bodied coffee at a good price point so people can rely on a familiar cup of joe at a familiar spot; and, maintain some basic best practices for service. Best wishes to your establishment.

Great spot for actually good coffee from Chicago (and a rotating menu of guest beans), as well as awesome vegan donuts from Bad Day Donuts and pastries from Pleasant House. Simple yet sophisticated, but not in a condescending way.
