Overhyped place.I was trying to study but loud music and bad WiFi wasn’t helping me.Also I bought this green smoothie which was tasted like 1 whole avocado and 20 ml orange juice.2/5

The interior is certainly ~aesthetic~ and would make a cute place to grab a coffee and chill; however, the selection and purpose of the “market” doesn’t win me over. I feel that the cafe has reasonably priced drinks and that the food selection is very health/organic oriented, but the quality of the food and the actual taste made me sad to have spent even the few dollars that I did. The store itself is catered towards a niche group that, though I technically am the target group, did not feel comfortable for me. Great selection of mid to higher end foods such as wines and select snacks, but there wasn’t anything to draw me back to shopping there again. Overall, store is functional and clean with nice items being sold, but doesn’t replace any of my favorite local joints also nearby or provide a super delicious item for me to rave about. Customer service was standard, the workers are a bit quiet which is nice, but my experience also felt like asking any question was a bother for the cashier (not the same person who made my food or any other food).

Great happy hour deal! $3 for a pint of beer. Patio space is a little tight but overall nice. Cookies were good. Cute atmosphere inside. Patio is dog-friendly. Would come back! Really can’t beat a $3 pint or $5 pour of wine.

Love the coffee and dig the vibe. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. Love the Mindys take home bake your own cookies.

I really like this place and its offerings! Super cute inside. The only thing is that, every time I’ve been there, it seems they’re doing that thing where they have each employee doing the job of three people and it just makes the whole experience of being there feel stressful. I really hope they can start staffing correctly, cause that’s just too much on my nervous system to keep coming back to. But I would like to if they can figure that out!

Love everything all the unique food items at this store. I really hate that the staff is slow when processing/making orders. They fail to announce what is in the order that way you can distinguish if they gave you the proper order.

Super cool spot. Lots of healthy small brands that Ive never seen before and I am a huge foodie. Great selection of craft sodas, wine, herbal beverages and they even have a cbd distillate in their spirits section!

Awesome selection for healthy, light meals. Nice to be able to stop somewhere for a delicious to-go sandwich and yogurt.

Horrible service. Overpriced, never going back. Person at the front could not have been more rude to a potential customer. Not giving this place my business when there are many other options down the street.

Stopped in for a quick dinner before a show at Second City. Pre-packed dinners hit the spot. I got a Thai-style tofu, vege, and rice dish and my wife got a mini-charcuterie box. Both were good. This definitely was a good way to have a nice dinner in 25 minutes!

Wonderful store that has all sorts of gourmet treats, bagels, donuts, great coffee, and a small boutique section with meats, cheeses, wine, beer imports and other unique delicacies. Plenty of space to sit indoors and an outdoor patio as well. Id recommend popping in to see what they have to offer!

A great selection of groceries, some great finds for those with dietary restrictions. A ton of dairy free ice cream! Basic produce, great, beer and wine selection. They have liquor too. They also have a cafe with great food options to have made for you on request. Grab some food and booze there and enjoy it on their patio

The ambiance is what drew me in- I was disappointed almost immediately. Condescending service, bad wifi, all topped with a pretty little pretentious bow. Again I ask, why do people who get annoyed with basic questions work in service? Always a confusion to me. The woman literally shrugged her shoulders when I asked her for a suggestion. And social distancing must not matter? Since the woman who took my order literally just pulled out a seat across from me for a lady to sit and eat in, literally less than two feet from my face. Seems like the perfect spot for a yuppy in Old Town. Will not be back. Good job at ruining the impression of a place in less than five minutes.

Experience: made an online order, through a system that messed up 3 times trying to take basic information. An hour before my order was ready, an employee told me there would be some substitutions, sure.I pick up my order, half of it is missing, one sub, and I was told Id get a refund. I saw on here this is a typical problem here before coming, so I wasnt too concerned. But still, either increase your stock of items, or decrease the threshold of your online ordering system. It clearly is an issue to many people on here, regardless of the source.I just got my refund, and the refund they processed was $10 short. I used a welcome $10 off code they present, so I guess that just goes away with a refund, even though the order without that stuff was still valid. (Update, they did correct the refund, and I reflected the rating to reflect this.)Store: Interesting concept with nicer versions of quick grab foods and sit down foods too. Nice concept.Maybe come to this place without using their online system and just pick from in stock items. Otherwise its a less modestly priced waste of time.

A very cute small grocery store/ coffee shop. A lot of good heathy snack options, plenty of vegan and vegetarian options. There are nice tables and chairs inside the store and a small patio as well.

Such a let down.. multiple times recently I get home to find out that everything I ordered from the counter isn’t in my bag. Such a simple job that I guess I need to start checking from now on (if I decide to go back.)

Seriously the best! Always clean. Friendly staff. Fully stocked. It is my favorite for ordering gifts for friends.

They should have these places all over the country they have every thing food beer wine cigarettes everything and the environment was top notch if I lived here i would be here every day

What an awesome little market! The coffee is local and on point! The quick breakfast food I didn’t get to try but looked promising. The additional local treasures are a clear reflection of the commitment to the community. Loved my quick stop here! Get the agave latte with oat milk and I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Skip this place. Overpriced coffee and groceries that you can get for much cheaper (and higher quality) nearby. The last time I went and got whole bean coffee and was assured it was fresh. It turned out to be even more stale than others I have found on grocwry shelves! Poor form and wont be going back.

Went here for the first time this morning and unfortunately had a terrible customer service experience :( The main guy at the front was so friendly and helpful, but the rest of the staff looked extremely unhappy to be there and acted bothered by all encounters. My food order was forgotten and when I asked when I could expect it to be ready (after waiting about 15-20 min) the woman responded with extreme attitude, asked me what I ordered, and told her fellow employees (with enough volume for me to hear) that I wanted to change my order... after they’re the ones that forgot to make it? Very unfortunate experience and will not be returning.

This place is literally so CUTE, and the staff is always so nice and helpful. Great coffee, cafe food, and gifting selections. Definitely check them out!

I have to say I am very disappointed at my experience at this location. The customer service (outside of the man working the register and man working the toaster on this Sunday) was atrocious. Not only was half of my order forgotten, once I asked about it there was total attitude and disregard and they acted as if I had done something wrong. And there was no offer to reimburse me or anything of the sort. The majority of employees here looked and acted as if they hated their respective jobs to be honest.Highly recommend avoiding this place and I will make sure to pass this message along to all of my friends in buildings in the area to ensure they do not go as well.

This new location is beautiful! Definitely will be coming here for drinks (coffee/cocktails/smoothies). I only knock off one star because the food we got was just so-so. I got a pre-prepared salmon box, which was nearly flavorless. My friend ordered a stir fry, which was a little tastier. We also got a few snack type items, and I noticed that these items were significantly pricier than the exact same product sold at Whole Foods right down the road. Come here for the ambiance and the drinks!

Past employee here, unfortunately this company is currently lying to their employees and customers and saying the fridges don’t work in their grab and go section. An employee in their commissary(kitchen) has gotten Covid, which could take 2 weeks for symptoms to even start up. A LOT of items that get sent out to every single store from commissary could had been touched and contaminated during the time he did not know he had Covid. Unfortunately the company has chosen to lie to their employees and guests and put their health in danger to continue to make revenue. During my time working here, we were given MRS MEYERS MULTI PURPOSE SPRAY to sanitize the store for about a week. Also, I have reached out to HR and have not heard back. I have provided photographical proof that CORPORATE walks around the store without masks, ALL THE TIME, & so does the owner, With NO regard to anyone’s health. The fact that current employees reached out to me for help to get their voices heard should also scream VOLUMES to the HR department. The employees don’t feel like they can reach out to anyone with these concerns.If you care for your health, I would avoid these stores for a little while.

The neighborhood needed this! Great spot with good food, drinks, and groceries. Id love to come work here more but the music is way too loud.

Foxtrot: coffee shop meets grab and go meets wine & gift shop meets cafe- I love this concept! Sadly, I have had issues both times Ive been. The first time it was busy and after waiting 25 min I checked on my order and it was somehow overlooked. I tried again today. No line yet my latte was not ready after nearly 15 minutes. When I asked the barista, she had no idea what I was talking about, yet its on my receipt. She re-made it quickly. The ginger Buddah bowl is delicious with a generous portion of avocado but the added chicken is like plain boiled chicken youd never eat at home. Pass on that.
