Love the vibe of this place so much. Good to chat with someone else and get work done. More chill hip hop played instead of the typical acoustic coffee shop music. There’s retro video games and VHS tapes to watch. I’m definitely coming back!

All the baristas are awesome! They always have smiles on their faces (even at 7am) and greet everyone with kindness. Lets not forget the dope atmosphere there either! The nostalgia is real here! Lastly, the quality of their coffee is stellar! If it weren’t for living 20 mins away, they would be my everyday, morning stop!

I tried their white chocolate red raspberry iced latte. It was pretty sweet but tasty. I subbed oat milk which is probably a dollar or so extra but the drink was good over $9 for a 12 oz.!!! I would return but would just stick with regular coffee or cold brew. That was way too much for that drink.

I have been meaning to give these guys a review. They just have a great concept and great customer service. Im glad they havegood quality non dairy creamer its pretty healthy. Go check out some of the cool artwork too.

Solid neighborhood spot that delivers tea and coffee drinks DONE RIGHT. Every time. Favorite drink here is the matcha latte (not a sweetened pre-mix...phew!) whisked and poured over ice w/non-dairy milk. Bring your card because they do not accept cash.

Nice little coffee shop to pop into on a cold day. All of our beverages were very tasty. Our server didnt say a word, so cant really comment on his demeanor. Comfy inside to hang for a little bit.

This place is a much needed oasis on a street with no coffee shops. It’s cute and sunny, and the people are nice. They have good coffee and they also have pastries and now SANDWICHES! I love a coffee shop that serves real food. Bonus- you are also allowed to dine in now! Check them out.

I love this café :-). Reasonable prices with generously portioned drinks. Chill staff, that seem to know and have a relationship with their regulars. Delicious subs. Mario kart 64. Fast wifi. Patio. Open late?What else can one ask from a café?

This place is subtlety tucked away next to Aeslin, but I recommend stopping in it every time. Everyone that works there is so nice- this is the nicest coffee staff Ive ever experienced. Very helpful and patient, and everyone looks like they are really enjoying what they do.Keep up the great work!

Weird place, weird vibes. Im surprised this place is still open to be honest. From time to time, out of convenience, I have been forced to go here. The inside of it looks like a childrens doctors office. Friendly staff, but coffee is mediocre for the price.

There are some very unique drinks here that other places do not have and are worth trying out. I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and the family atmosphere. Everything you see inside was in good quality and affordably priced. Highly recommended!

Very cool place. The baristas were speedy and friendly. I ordered a large cold brew, and I was not expecting a 20 oz glass. So, yay, coffee!I also liked the decor. There are interesting pieces of art all along the walls, and comfy couches and seats. Also...SNES and N64 games!

Hidden gem tucked in along Chicago ave. Coffee was great, (I had regular drip), and the sub we ordered was downright outstanding (the hoagie). Cool interior with plenty of seating, and they had a bunch of vintage video game machines set up to play with disinfectant nearby... Not sure what the 1 star reviews are talking about, I guess if you walked in there with a defensive posture youre already looking for something to complain about, its not starbucks, this place has its own Identity. Highly recommend this spot for a bite and coffee.

80s/early 90s themed coffee shop with great coffee.

This is my neighborhood coffee shop and I couldnt be luckier. Really down to earth, exceptionally nice people, simple food and drinks made perfectly every time.

This place is the bomb.

Near my house, very chill place with great coffee and fast service. Try the seasonal drinks, they are on a board by the register. Those flavors are great if you want to try something different!

Staff is really courteous, and pretty ambience. They have outdoor seating too to enjoy the weather. And of course quite affordable.

They have the best coffee available and even some fresh baked goods as well. The ambiance of this shop was so relaxing, and the staffs are highly capable.

Fabulous coffee, cool vibe. First time I came was last year and Im super glad to see these guys are still in business even after coronavirus. Cool art on display (with a fun backstory about their art roots on their website). Will definitely come back when I come to visit Chicago again!

Super hip neighborhood coffee shop w/ great coffee and an even better vibe. Every time you walk into this joint you feel like you’ve been going there for years. It’s almost as if you already have handshakes with everyone that works there. The owner is usually working and can tell he genuinely cares about his shop. Good tunes, good coffee, nice back patio, and even a Super Nintendo to get your Super Mario Bros fix. A+

Gem of a coffee shop! Tasty caffeine (Dark Matter!) yummy food and snacks (weekend breakfast tacos from Amanecer!), lovely ambience (hip hop instrumentals) and terrific location. They also have treats for pups and sell reusable coffee mugs and tumblers. I always look forward to dropping in 😄

Love this coffee shop!! The baristas are some of the best and the coffee is excellent. A few weeks ago, they gave out free Topo Chico with a coffee purchase. They truly are the best.

Was using the Yo Yo Laundry across the street and went there whilst the wash cycle was doing its thing.I had a cappuccino with almond milk and without exaggeration was the best coffee Ive tasted in YEARS..The gentleman who created this was so nice and I had to share my enthusiasm for his skills.Sadly Im not local to his shop so will have only the memory of today..If youre in the area do yourself a favor and stop in.Great decor too.

Not a very well-run coffee shop. The owner doesnt seem like he knows what hes doing. The baristas are friendly enough but often times there arent enough people working to deal with customers. There are so many coffee shops to choose from, why pick this one that often is experiencing weird issues

When this shop first opened in the neighborhood my husband and I were very excited. However; the owner likes to close whenever he chooses and without warning. The hours have changed a number of time and the guys that work here arent the friendliest. The coffee is black matter, which is a let down on its own. Often times, baristas are working solo and tend to run out of stock on condiments. Overall, I wouldnt recommend spending your money here when there are a number of nearby shops with better coffee and customer service.

Excellent drip coffee and perfect place to spend some time. My son and I went here and he was able to play with a little lego table.

We came in to get coffee and pastry. Apparently there is a code to getting non-obnoxious service and getting the right order. We didnt know it. The barista clearly didnt want us there. Perhaps it was our children bringing the hipster vibe down. I can handle that if the coffee is amazing. But it is not- not to mention I got vanilla in my latte that i didnt want and didnt realize was in there until I was a block down the road. I will say, however- the pastry was delicious. But not worth it.

Great coffee and great vibe. The Wifi is top notch and the large tables are good for getting work done. It is less crowded than the coffee shops up in Wicker Park. My only complaint is the music is loud sometimes, it can make it hard to concentrate.

Nice/Hipster coffee shop... Liked my coffee, was conveniently (warm) located on our way. The barista was helpful and hones, open to answer all my questions. All the seats were taken my people “studying” (maybe they were, who knows) so... but whatever, not a big deal.Recommended if you happen to be nearby but would not deviate too much from my route tbh.

This is our favorite coffee shop.. (me and my fiance). The coffee is always amazing, and so is the staff. Seating is comfortable, the art work is cool, and its never too busy.

Pretty decent chai latte. Wall art currently are old windows with a gorilla, CTA train maps & a samurai. 4-window piece in the back features a whale of some sort. Pretty dope. Patronize the smaller joints & support local.

The vibe is cool and the place is really light and airy, the coffee was a bit weak for my liking but definitely on the good side - light years better than Starbucks.
