The WORST priced gas station in the city, often 50cents/gallon more than any other station! Fill up anywhere else besides this place. Total rip off and should go out of business.

The service from the gas station is outstanding. I am well satisfied with the quality of service they provide. I am satisfied with the service fee and consider them to be amongst the best in the market.

The worst gas station ever, I asked to use the restroom, they said we dont have, and my cousins they were using it!!!!

Young Hispanic girl with bluish hair very rude! Over charging people for items then gets an attitude when asked about the pricing! Whoever is hiring these people need to make sure they work on their customer service! I’d like to be contacted by the owners of this establishment to go further into detail! I’m also a resident in the Pilsen neighborhood and I’m on the residents committee her behavior was totally unprofessional and unacceptable. That employee was wearing no name tag and also felt the need to use profane language in this establishment!

They over charged me for water. I forgot my wallet. I called and went back asking for help. They did nothing and didnt care. Very disappointed I live in the neighborhood. My family, neighbors and myself will no longer be giving this gas station any business as they lack morals and do not care about the community they live in.

Shell staff were completely unhelpful in resolving lost property at their location. A wallet was either stolen by their staff or by another customer after being left on the checkout counter

Great gas station to fill up 1 gal of gas for mopeds, not recommended for late fill ups

I filled up today to test my theory... I put 2 gallons in my car 2019 Acura RDX. The pump did not actually give me any gas... though I was charged for the two gallons 0 was given. I called over 40 times to get this resolved and they hang up on me. I have video evidence and I am sending this in to corporate for help. I took the nozzle out and pulled the trigger no gas came out and I kept getting charged. I’m also contacting the BBB.

Very expensive for gas (close to 90/94) and no washroom.

Late evening 9:30 pm, but station was well lite and I felt safe enough even though I rushed to funish.

Cashier wasnt, helpful with using Kroger points, we were not able to use them. Their prices were a whole dollar more for gas, than all of the other gas stations, that were minutes down the road. Seemed like price gouging.
