Lots of Expired Products on Shelves.I shop at this Walgreens frequently as it’s a convenient location for me to go to. However, the store doesn’t check the products on their shelves as a LOT of the food products they are selling on their shelves have EXPIRED MONTHS AGO.For example, I visited the store 2 days ago to pick up Cheez-It and Edy’s ice cream only to find out that ALL of the Cheez-It they have on their shelves have expired two months ago in December 2020 and yet the store is still selling the product on their shelves. Same goes for Edy’s cream with expiration dates that have expired months ago!!
Whenever you need help in finding the right vitamins or medicine that suits your needs, you need to visit this drug store! Their customer service is also outstanding! I will surely recommend this drug store to all my relatives and friends!

The pharmacy has incorrectly filled my prescription multiple times, and still can’t seem to add a note for the future to ensure it’s done correctly. Nancy, thankfully has been helpful in reconciling this each time to get it corrected, but still it shouldn’t regularly take 45 minutes to pick up a prescription that says ready for pickup.
This rating is wholly reflective of the pharmacy department. I have never experienced customer service this poor. The head or managing pharmacist should be fired. It’s typical to wait in excess of 20 minutes in a line that’s 6-7 people deep. The pharmacy never calls to let you know if, or when, a prescription is ready. Because of this, I decided to call this morning to check on my prescription status. I was on hold for 45 minutes (!) before finally giving up. I called my doctors office and had my prescription switched to CVS. The horrendous customer service is likely due to limited resources, and, for that, I feel bad for those who work there - I am sure they are on the receiving end of a lot of angry customers. However, fire whoever is managing this pharmacy. He/she is literally failing at their job.
I live three blocks from this Walgreens. Ive been customer for nine years. Service at the pharmacy has never been worse. In the past 6-8 months, I have never seen two registers open. Anyone who waits for a prescription knows that the person in front of you may have 10 minutes of questions. Walgreens needs to provide two pharmacy techs. Its ridiculous. Im a nerd, I time everything and graph it. Average time from stepping in line to saying hello to the cashier is more than 14 minutes. When Im buying monthly meds that cost more than $450, I deserve better. Do does everyone else.
The Walgreens store is great, the Pharmacy is horrendous. Long wait times, completely inadequate pharmacists, the pharm techs are. Good but especially the woman pharmacist is terrible.They outright lie about contacting doctors, forget about filling scripts even if you handed yours in and are waiting at the store for it to be filled.The only reason I go there is because its close for me.
Incompetent pharmacy staff - line is often 8 people deep and a 45 min wait. One person only working with a window with 4 registers.
Do not have prescriptions sent here. Left a patient script on there voicemail got a call saying it was never called in by the patient upon me calling them to find out what happened THEY HAD THE NERVE TO SAY THERE IS NO VOICEMAIL FROM ME, Ridiculous
The store have really good sale items most of the time.
Horribly rude staff with the exception of one lady. The average wait time is 5x longer than it should be. Usually 5 people working and unless you yell at them for attention no one will even walk up to the counter to ask you what you need.
Had to stop using this pharmacy due to repeated incidents of unacceptably poor service spanning ≈2yrs. Dont go to this pharmacy if you value you and your loved ones health (or time). Inaction or errors by pharmacy staff consistently results in delayed Rxs that are only eventually filled after customer footwork. No follow-through, exceptionally rude pharmacist, and pharmacy staff who take zero accountability for their errors and inaction. Example: I was recently told by a pharmacy tech (while there to clean up one of *their* mistakes) to hurry up with the call I was making to my doctor (again, to correct the pharmacys mistake) because the pharmacy was closing soon, even though the pharmacy was open for another 25 mins. Dont know if Walgreens tracks their stores reviews (they should), but its incomprehensible to me that they havent done some major cleanup at this pharmacy considering how far back the reviews for this location are consistently negative.

Awful experience at the pharmacy. I waited almost 2 hours to have a prescription sent over (which I called it in on Saturday), then waited in line for 15 minutes. Finally my order was ready, but the pharmacist couldnt read my prescription card correctly, its the same card for my medical insurance. He said it paid $51 & I would owe $78, aburbed! I walked 5 blocks down to CVS, where I usually fill it (Walgreens is closer, so I visited them out of convenience) The pharmisct & staff were excellent! They had no issues reading my insurance card.. minutes & $4.34 later I was on my way home! I will NEVER stand foot in the dirty, loud & deshevled ceiling construction at the Walgreens store on Walton/State. Not to mention the rude staff at the pharmacy.
Wait time at pharmacy is ridiculous. Pharmacists are incompetent human beings.

Worst Experience in the pharmacy everytime i visted.They take 20 mins to find out, if some medicine is out of stock, and also for RX, they take 50 mins to deliver one 5$ medicine if you pay by insurance

Told itd be a 15-20 minute wait max for a prescription. It took 45. Though this time did allow me to visit the dirty restrooms that lacked hand towels or dryers.

Absolutely terrible experiences dealing with the pharmacy and staff. No regard for customer service. I refuse to go there and the store is across the street (for pharmacy needs).
