If you are looking to get what you pay for look for services elsewhere. My girlfriend came in here to get a facial, cupping, and her brows sugar waxed. Like she has many times in the past, but the woman she was working with had no idea what she was doing. Said her hair is too coarse for sugaring. And proceeded to instead botch her brows by way of tweezer. All this and then she had the nerve to make it out like my girlfriend was making comments to make her uncomfortable. When in reality she just wanted the services she paid $200 for. So hope you enjoy that employee pushing away your clients. Cause Im sure this will be the first of many.

Lena Rose beauty is such a special oasis in our neighborhood. Their Laurel facials are amazing. My mom and I both walked out with skin that glows. They go above and beyond to curate products that are fun, safe, beautiful, and effective. A perfect place to buy a gift or just pamper yourself. I’ve learned so much about Green Beauty from the owner and know that my beauty regime will forever be changed for the better.

I had my first pedicure from Lena Rose today and WOW! Where has this place been all my life?! I loved the calming but bright space and the featured products are all non-toxic. I’ve tried several natural deodorants with varying success so picked up a new brand here that I’m excited to try! I love the sustainable mindset. Oh, and the pedicure? Best I’ve had in Chicago!! Not only is Jenny so lovely to talk to but she gives one incredible foot massage! I look forward to joining the membership and hope to be back very soon!!

I’ve received facial service from Emily and mani pedi from Jenny. Both were the best I’ve ever gotten from anywhere else. Love that they use green products and all pricing were inclusive of taxes and gratuity. Both Jenny and Emily were extremely meticulous throughout the process. The environment in the store is calm and relaxing. Highly recommended!

I had such a delightful experience. Jenny gave me a fantastic pedicure that included a foot massage. She uses a bunch of homemade products that smell fantastic and she has lots of great non-toxic, eco products in stock. Shes really conscious about keeping everything clean and making it very comfortable despite the current Covid situation. Shes also lovely to talk to. I highly recommend.

I am so glad I found Lena Rose. I haven’t had a pedicure in years because I couldn’t find a spa that used products that align with my values. I had a pedicure with Jenny, the owner. It was amazing. And the facility is so clean and pretty. I highly recommend that everyone tries this place. The pricing is all inclusive so you don’t have to figure out a tip at the end of your service. And they sell a a variety of products as well. They are currently (as of Sept 2020) only seeing one client at a time during covid. They can’t do any facials yet because of the mask requirements, but I will absolutely be back for a facial once they start those services again.

A lovely place to get pampered. Ive been here for facials (pre-COVID), manicures, and pedicures. Everything is lovely from start to finish. The space is great, they put a lot of thought into the aesthetics and the vibe. Recently came in for a pedicure with a hot stone massage and reflexology and I feel like I have brand new feet. Im so glad they moved from their previous location. Theyre a great addition to the Rockwell neighborhood!

I have had two facials with Gabi and I am so happy with how my skin is looking after just a few months of incorporating facials and healthy products. All of the staff at Lena Rose are super friendly & knowledgable and make you feel relaxed & right at home as soon as you walk in. In April I went for a pedicure and it was truly amazing! I felt like I needed a day off, but after the pedi which had an amazing foot and leg massage with it, I was revitalized. I really needed the pampering with the pandemic and all still raging and Jenny works so hard and does everything herself. Kudos to her for keeping the amazing business alive during the pandemic! She even hand delivered gel mani removal kits to clients when they had the city was in lockdown last year!!! GO.

Holy guacamole! This was the BEST pedicure Ive ever had in my life! Super soothing experience with scents, and massage, and I popped for the hot stone--a must as it gets colder. This was such a great self-care treat for me. Ill definitely be back!

This area of Rockwell is such a gem, loved how easy it was to get there and I am glad I had a chance to explore this cute neighborhood. Once inside, it was even more aesthetically pleasing!! I absolutely loved how much attention has gone into this calming environment. I felt at ease immediately and felt so relaxed. Martas space embodied hygge - cozy, comfortable, intimate, welcoming, and personal. She made me feel at home, took her time, explained each step of the process, and was gentle and deliberate with everything she did. The products smelled exactly like their ingredients - no chemicals to be found here. The variety of fruit, floral, and plant extracts left my face feeling so amazing.

Lena Rose is my absolute favorite spa in the city. The staff is so friendly and amazing at what they do. Marta is my go to for facials/body treatments. Angie and Mallory are the best at nails. My nails don’t take to no chip well and with them, the polish always lasts so much longer than when I go anywhere else! I always walk out of there feeling zen and pampered. Not to mention they take such care in curating only the best, vegan, clean beauty products. I can feel good about what is going on my skin and know that I’m not being exposed to toxins. Definitely check them out!!!

I go to yoga a few doors down from Lena Rose, so I walk by it regularly. I decided to treat myself for a friends wedding and have my make up done. I do not wear make up daily (rarely do I wear it at all), and Rayna was incredibly patient and understanding. She took time to talk with me first, learning about my preferences, what I was hoping for, and made it clear that I was welcome to share with her anything I wanted changed. She was incredibly kind, and the product they use is all natural. Do be completely honest, I didnt think it would make that much of a difference, but it feels so much lighter and cleaner - my face doesnt feel like its caked in clay. Rayna was a joy, and the location is great. I will definitely be going back in the future. Thank you!!

Love that this place uses less toxic and more environmentally-friendly products. However, my no-chip manicure is chipping already on day 10 and each time I have gone to Rosie for nails, she has made my cuticles bleed. Not really worth the price.

Their new location on Rockwell is gorgeous! I saw Marta, who gave me a relaxing and effective facial. I love their natural product philosophy and was very happy with the service.

I was really looking forward to getting a facial based on so many rave reviews. I was extremely disappointed. The staff was not friendly or professional at all. The facial itself was expensive ($225) and not worth the money. It was truly the worst facial I have ever received. Her technique/facial strokes were sloppy and products were on my lips, eyebrows, etc. I left wondering if she was even licensed. The room was bright, you could hear the music from the nail tech area, and it was not relaxing. You are much better off going to Credo or the Peninsula - both which offer cleaner products for facials and are similar in price.

Ive been going here for facials for 2 years now, and finally tried a body treatment at the new Lincoln Square location on Rockwell yesterday. So glad I did!! Oh my goodness! The Moon Cycle body treatment with Marta was fantastic! Ive been so stressed, and she took great care. The treatment was so great & rso elaxing.I rarely treat myself, and so glad I just did it! Ill be back, for sure.

Best nail salon and beauty boutique in Chicago! Jenny and her crew are awesome! As women, we harm ourselves with a lot of the chemicals and ingredients that are in our beauty products. Went to Lena Rose for a facial a few weeks ago, after not having one for a good 5 years. It was heaven! So relaxing, and I loved that Marta mixed specific treatments for my skin, which was super happy and clear afterward!I also got a mani/pedi a few days later, and had another great experience. Mallory was very precise and gave me a beautiful no-chip mani! Will definitely be back!

Ive had both a pedicure and facial at Lena Rose. Absolutely loved both! The staff is small and it feels intimate at the salon. Their all natural products are fantastic, with a focus on products from small businesses only. Highly recommend a visit!
