I really wish that Id asked her name, because the young lady that helped me was just extremely helpful, with a wonderful energy. She helped me find products that have been perfect for me and I wouldve been lost without her guidance. Loving it so far - I wish they had conditioner in larger bottles.

WOWZA!!! The service here is super nice. Went in looking for bath bombs and the lady gave me EXACTLY what I was looking for. Not from Chicago, but will definitely be coming back for more goodies. ♥️♥️

Visited on 29 December 2017, and Ive been trying since then to find a place to post about the great service I received from a sales attendant named Monica. Couldnt find anywhere or anyone to write to, so I figured my best bet is here. Monica was so cheerful, great at explaining, and not at all pushy about selling. I couldnt buy on-the-spot since I couldnt take the products in my carry-on on the plane, but I definitely ordered her recommendations online right after. If anyone working at / visiting that branch sees this, please help me tell Monica that I think shes great. If youre interested in finding out whats good for your skin type and tone, look for her!

It looks like someone stole literally just one product from the window (presumably last night?)

Within 10 seconds of entering after sharing that I had never been in the store before, one of the employees put lotion on my hand when I held it out (as she instructed me to do), but then proceeded to take my hand and rub/massage it without asking me first...? She did it for like a full 30 seconds despite me gently trying to pull my hand away. I know theyre trying to create a pampered experience but I felt incredibly uncomfortable and left quickly. I dont think its appropriate to touch a customers body like that without asking for consent. So... I guess be ready for some aggressive and invasive sales tactics.

I came here cause I knew it was my girlfriends favorite store and her birthday was coming up. Im no expert but this place made Bath and Body Works look like the dollar store of the skin industry. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable, especially one employee in particular named Janel. She helped me pick out the perfect gift for my girl. Great experience, my girlfriend loved her gift!

Went to State and Madison, there was a $5.00 set, we asked the sales person if it was $5.00,, she told us it was $5.00. Got to register there was a blond haired lady, told the cashier that is not $5.00. Do not sell it for $5. I did not sell it to the other customers so I am not selling it to them. Which let us know others thought it was $5. Bad Customer service experience. Will never go back!

This store has items that you can’t buy anywhere else. The body scrubs are wonderful, the body washes leave my skin feeling moisturized, and the staff is very helpful/knowledgeable. If you enjoy feeling pampered stop at this store!!!

The employee that helped me was very knowledgable about their products and their clientele. She really impressed me and helped me a lot! Also the cashier was very nice and even noticed my birthday was recently. Great customer service, Ill definitely be back.

Products are really nice and work well. Employees are nice, but man the sales tactics are pushy. I was trying to check out and leave and they were still trying to sell me stuff. I might consider buying online next time.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Body Shop. Every employee conducts themselves like a proprietor and knows every product and makes you feel welcome and guides you to the appropriate product(s). Great for gifts as well.

They are all helpful and polite, but a few employees out of the lot really insist on helping even when my body language - and verbal language is showing that I would like to be left alone to browse.Im a rather nonconfrontational person, and most of the employees are great, but there are a few where I feel like I need to just flat-out ask them to leave me alone... and that makes me less likely to return.

I will NEVER visit this location again. They were supposed to open at 11 today and i stood outside for half an hour and still nothing. I saw employees in the store and they acted like I wasn’t there. It’s rude and I plan to inform the district manager. I guess Ulta will get my money now.

I had a bad experience there.They doesnt listen properly and shouted on me while doing billing.And they indirectly teased me because one of them serviced me lasttime about products I bought one of them. I couldnt able to buy another because of my budget.for that they didnt treated me well.I felt so embarrassed.

Staff doesnt do what there policies state!! Returns without a receipt should get a customer 50% of the value on a gift card or exchange but staff refused a return and insisted only exchange was possible!!!

Staff would not let me look! Acted like I was gonna steal! I live where we dont have this store. I gave up & left!

Had to explain a refund to.a manager twice because I was overcharged and since they didnt have what I wanted told me to do the refund at the other store ....and this is my favorite store
