Ive tried calling this location and HQ about the status of my Merchandise Certificate that I received when making a gift purchase. Im not able to actually get connected to this store for further assistance. When calling HQ Im told to call the store directly. They have no information available regarding the merchandise certificate they printed out with my name on it from Mason, OH (Their customer service HQ). If any Macys employees are reading this please call me.... Ive done my job and returned my items, and youve yet to do your part and pay me my refund, or allow me to use this Merchandise Certificate to purchase items that I am owed.Dont let them print out a certificate of merchandise for you or you wont see your money again.
