This place use to be great, I remember coming here with my father years ago to buy stereo gear and have repairs done. There new management is ruining the business, they stop fixing TVS, it takes for ever to get anything done, the prices are all gone up sky high and they tell you when you get there is cash only then you have to go to the bank and pay ATM charges, they say their credit machine was looted! A YEAR AGO! Its too bad no one else does repairs any more, cause this business is dying, if you bring your stuff here dont be too surprised if you come to pick it up and the place is locked up!

I brought in some older JBL speakers here to have them repaired after years of use. They did an excellent job of making them perform and look like new again. They also charged a fair price for the service. Ill definitely look them up again if I ever need anything fixed again.

This place is very UNPROFESSIONAL. They dont even deserve one star. I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE EVER COMES HERE FOR WORK ON ANY ELECTRONICS. Especially Laptops!!!!! They give you back damaged material that was not damaged before. The front desk staff is very rude and lie and do not have knowledge of ELECTRONICS and shouldnt be working there in the first place! And they over charge for sloppy work. And you cannot speak to the technician who works on your property because the lady at the front desk says you cant. but she isnt equipped with the knowledge to work at a electronic shop of any kind. Took my jbl active speaker there for repair claimed they put a new amp in it charged me $350 it didnt play 30 days before it went out again they dont really fix your equipment they think all their customers are stupid they lie they dont honor warranties they should be ran out of business. In my opinion thieves with a license.

Its a shame that a business thats been around so long hasnt cleaned up its act. This could be so much more than a dirty, dusty clutter filled accident waiting to happen. Its full of both vintage wonders and wonder trash. Its really hard to see the true gems for the garbage. The owner would rather nickel and dime patrons and refuse credit cards for larger purchases because cash doesnt have to be recorded. Ask him about something you want to purchase and he goes to eBay for pricing even though his stuff is all but forgotten about, caked with dust, scratches and disregard. Avoid like the plague...

I had my speaker repaired by this place when I picked it up it worked at the time I took it back to my Business and within 30 days the speaker stopped working so I contacted them and let them know that the speaker wasnt working anymore I had a warranty on parts and labor I spent about $600 just to get the speaker repaired once I contacted them and let them know I wasnt working anymore they asked me to bring it to you so I took to speak it into them then they contacted me and told me that I went into the back of the speaker re-wired to speaker and resolve the speaker back thats why wasnt working I was playing tomorrow I had a warrant that made no sense for me to do that I dont even want to get into the back of this week is been a suggested that one of my employees went into the back of the speaker and rewired it is solid back that blew the app out and they wasnt going to honor the warranty or the parts never did I see the receipt for brand-new amp that they claim that they put in I went back-and-forth with them and they kept accusing me of a rewiring that speaker that made no sense then I send my wife to pick the speaker to speaker Weighting approximately over 50 pounds they gave my wife the speaker and told her they wasnt going to help her take it out so they left her to carry a speaker over 50 pounds to put into the car herself I wrote the Better Business Bureau I spoke to the owner several times and he kept accusing me of rewiring a speaker and refuse to honor the warranty parts and labor this was the worst experience that I have ever had dealing with a business I would never recommend this business to anyone Im a business owner and at my business customers Service always comes first thats how we keep our doors open I would never treat a customer the way I was treated and I would never accuse a customer something like that and still to this day they have not repaired my speaker so as a customer Im out of $600 for what I give this place on a scale from 1 to 10 a 0

This is absolutely THE WORST place to take ANY equipment for repair. Poor inventory of parts and gets most parts off Ebay and the mark up is insane. Technicians(if you want to call them that) could not even align a receiver correctly. As for service desk people, most are ok but one Hispanic female has a truly bad attitude towards people in general. For basic parts they MIGHT have what you want but dont go in there expecting it to be in stock or if it IS in stock expect it to be a value at all. Total shyster operation. Go ANYWHERE but to Martroy.

Never again will I come to martroy, after repairing my amplifer for over a year its still not fixed correctly on top of that they keep blaming me saying my speakers are faulty. The manager has a horrible attitude(miserable woman)and very unprofessional. I dont understand how this place is still in business, stay away from martroy electronics on kedize .

Just wanted people to know how happy i am with matroy electronis services. i been in the biz for yrs and havent used there services in sometime now.and recently had some issues with my cerwin vega speaks n could not find any one that could help .but matroy resolved my warranty issues.n repaired n returned in 1 week got to love that thanks matroy u guys rock.

This place is terrible, Dropped off a studio monitor to be repaired and they gave it back to me cracked and broken. When brought to their attention they said thats how i brought it in. It also took them 3 weeks before they actually took a look at my product. Terrible service, Expensive repairs, dont go Here!!!
