This is one of the BEST STORE in the fleet! Linda is the best. She deals with disgruntled customers with wonderful professionalism. The works are helpful and hands-on. Always eager to explain and give the customers professional customer service.

EVERYONE including the lady manager are extremely rude and have zero empathy!! If you want a good deal whether you’re selling, getting a loan or buying I HIGHLY suggest NOT to come here but rather get more for your money at the location on 47th and Kedzie! The guy manager there is AWESOME as well as all of his employees!! This location on 63rd and Kedzie is TRASH!! I’ve been a long-time customer in here and every year they are getting even worse and worse, now it’s to the point where it seems like they have zero integrity for what they do and for who they take care of!! I should have checked the ratings before going. I took a ring that costed me around $800 and was trying to get $200-$300 but the kid seemed new at this. He asked me like 3 times if I had the ring there before, I told him no. He offered me $75 and I was like what? The manager just stepped in, didnt say hi or nothing just started giving the kid instructions and asked again if I had it there before, again I said no, then without looking at me, she just tells the kid tell him the most I can do is $95 and walks away. The kid looks at me and says sooo, I was like I heard what she said thanks but no thanks. As a former manager that deals with customers Im a bit disappointed how she acted.

I was on the lookout for a good bargain on a TV and video game system bundle was greeted with great service and shown around to different tv options and video game inputs it wasn’t long before they started to get busy and the overwhelming smell of weed and must came with the crowd about 3 minutes in one of their “customers” started yelling and getting very violent towards one of the females at this location. There is no security guard at this location I give the staff the 5 stars but the company -5 for not providing a safe work environment for the staff or customers this experience cost a sale I ended up leaving unfortunately I won’t be returning to any southside locations.

Absolutely ridiculous, Im giving this location not even 1 star. the customer service is very poor an the pawn broker was very rude too me she spoke too me in a hostile tone, all because I asked if they had a HDMI CORD. Now you would think if they wanted your business theyll do whats necessary instead I was turned away, I dont recommend anyone whos in a tight jam an in need for cash to visit this location.

I came to this place just to pawn my xbox with a cuple of games dident get much but it was fine.when i came to get my xbox and games out they say i never gave them the games and they had to run back the camera in the store to see. i had to keep cailing they keep saying the same thing they never checked smh never again.

They only help themselves more than others

I wouldve given it 5 stars when I came here to buy some DVDs but the cashier lady gave me a hassle because my ID was expired, Ive gone to the cash America on 47th and kedzie and they never required ID to purchase movies.The lady eventually talked to her manager and they allowed me to buy some movies, but that was a ridiculous experience. 😐🔫

I got a loan on my 3 stone diamond ring when i picked it up and brought it home i noticed a faded spot on my ring.im going to see if i can sue them because i dont think that is right to to that to peoples jewelry
