This places suck, the first time I went in there a lady help me out. I went back to return because I got some earings and they were to big and they were screw ons.They didnt have anything in stock and they didnt have anything that I was looking for. The lady who refund me my money was with an attitude problem, I ask to speak with the manager he gave me a hard time and was very unprofessional.I wouldnt do business with them ever again!

Horrible customer service rude ladies and i went to spend 5k to 6k for me and my husband to get 4 things but i guess they did not want money wee waited 1 1/2 till my husband said screw this place we left.

I was disappointed with their prices. The place that is two doors down they sell gold and for the same product those of charity increased the high price by up to 30%. The gold repair charge $ 24 and at the winged location only $ 6. What a difference no?
