Great customer service; staff is really friendly.Good selection of natural juices to select from, their antigripal (anti-flu) juice made with pineapple, strawberry and ginger is delicious.They have paletas (pop cicles), ice cream, snacks and their tortas are really good.

Its a chill place. Staff do wear masks when talking to customers. But they as well lower it when talking to each other (staff member). The food is not so bad.

Staff is never attentive, I usually walk in and no one is out in front. Staff NEVER wears masks, they just have them under their chin which is totally inconsiderate being they are in a lower-income neighborhood with limited resources. This pandemic is real and I hope this place starts improving their habits for the safety of the community.

I Love love love this place the food although fast food is very good but Everyone goes for the desserts... The Funnel cake Sunday is to die for... The restaurant is Mexican based but good for Everyone.. Great place

Never ordering again!!!! They messed up my uber eats order how hard can it be? They charged me 30 dollars for yogurts that where very bland. They first said they didnt have what I originally ordered.... I called back and they said they did but by that time it was too late the uber driver was already at my door.

Great staff. I always come in for the same juice and they always make it for me although its not on the menu. Must try: carrot, pineapple, oranges, and mango! Absolutely delicious. Prices are fair considering everything is made fresh

Food and ice cream are good but the customer service here is absolutely terrible (one of the worst Ive seen)and waiting time is long. Any of the new Michoacanas in the neighborhood are just as good but with much better customer service. Dont waist your money here.

First time trying this place and my experience was not great. I got 11 paletas, 4 water based and 7 milk based. They have a sign that says Buy 10, get 1 free hence I got the 11 BUT the lady charged me as if I had ordered 10 milk paletas (milk ones cost more obviously) and my credit card was charged an extra 80cents on top of what the receipt said. So much for the free paleta! I paid for my free paleta and since their price sign is not really complete, I dont know if I ended up paying more. I didnt realize all of this because I was in a hurry when I went & just did a quick run as I was in the neighborhood but never again will I be buying from them. My bad for not checking my receipts but shame on them for purposely scamming people. The paletas were at least good but Check Your Receipts!!

I really love this place, few years ago I had the sundae funnel cake it was sooo good. 2 weeks ago I had the nachos with the meat avocado, sour cream and a single scoop of cookies n cream ice cream, it was delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Horrible had the yogurt natural and it tasted like the vanilla yogurt you get at walmart or any other store, the ice cream was soo hard that even the workers complained about it and the paletas had some freezer burn

Good selection of ice cream flavors. Only issue is that their yogurt is not like the other Mexican paleterias. The one this one sells is just like a yogurt you would buy at any store. Not as yummy.

Place is very good but short lady with the glasses is the worst. She’s rude and has the ugliest face on. Idk how people hire people like this, reasons like this is why people lose customers.

I had gone to this ice cream shop. Their was only two girl serving customers. They took about 30 minutes per guest. I ordered three raspados 1 Tamarindo, 1 Guayaba, and 1 Fresa. The worst part was when they served them to me and they looked disgusting. The girl didn’t know how to make them.

Not your typical ice cream shop, besides an extensive menu for ice cream, snacks, fruit cocktails etc. They offer a large menu for lunch or even dinner. Flautas, tortas, pambazos, paninis, hamburgers, cheeseburgers, fries, wraps, tamales, champurrado and they are really good! The tortas are delicious! Try the Cubana or Hawaiian! The price size ratio is very decent and the staff is very attentive. A must visit paleteria y neveria for a tasty snack or a casual merienda.

Don’t even bother getting the yogurt because SPOILER, it’s the YOPLAIT NATURAL VANILLA FLAVOR, they lied and said it was natural, I’ve been to places where they make the yogurt themselves and it’s delicous but not this place!! I could have gone to the store and made it myself if I had known that! And the fresas con crema tastes AWFUL, I don’t think they know the definition of fresas con crema which is self explanatory through the name! Also, the customer service was nonexistent and the ladies were RUDE and NOT HELPFUL! I understand that there is a line of people waiting but this IS part of your job and the representation of the business partly depends on you!!!

They make the best tortas I’ve ever had. Everything they make is so delicious. Great ice cream and fresas con crema. My family and I go at least once a week. So much better than La Michoacána

Worst customer service. I ask a worker to clean the table where we wanted to sit. We were there for about 30 minutes nobody cleaned anything. Prices dont match what they have in display (they have a tiny pink posted saying prices changes on a screen TV of 37 almost impossible to see)

Used to come here all the time but the customer service is HORRIBLE & they are inconsistent with their servings. Asked the lady for some napkins after spending $30.00 and she gave me ONE napkin (not even exaggerating). Just go to Razpachos on 55th and Pulaski. BEST ice cream in town!!!
