Customer Service was good, but the large cone for 8$ was not as huge as the cone was hyped up to be. It was good. But not a “wow I never tasted anything like it type moment”.

Love this place! Such a fun Rainbow cone, but also have other flavors including berry sorbet!

All I liked was orange sorbet rest of the flavors were pretty average. Chocolate was the worst of them all.

All of their mobile/remote locations have great tasting original rainbow cone. You can get the rainbow or any of the flavors individually.

This is CLASSIC summer. Navy Pier, ice cream, on the boardwalk.I got Cookies and Creme in a cone, which was SO good! They only have a few flavors and its a bit pricey. You have to wait in line awhile, but you have to expect that for Navy Pier. Great view while youre waiting though!

Had a rainbow cone years ago when I visited Chicago. I remembered how amazing the flavors were separately or eaten together and made it a point to get another on this trip too. If youre a sweets person, I encourage trying one if you get the chance.

The ice cream is excellent, and the prices not bad considering the location. I just wish the cone was a little bit bigger.

The google listing says they are open until midnight, so we showed up at 11:15. The staff was closing up early. I suggested they change their hours online and was told “Navy pier closes at 10, tell navy pier to change the hours.”

I had to give mines up to my youngest granddaughter.

05/18/21: Yay for a Rainbow Cone!!! I was super excited to try this ice cream out. Luckily I had some time after lunch to grab a rainbow cone. I lured some of my coworkers and client to get some ice cream as well.

Rainbow cone feels less like a secret now that its at navy pier, but good for them! All of the flavors stacked up compliment each other nicely, with just enough flavor for each to stand out but not overwhelm. A quintessential Chicago summer treat.

The original rainbow cone is one of a very few reasons to go to Navy Pier. The combination of flavors on one cone may sound daunting but its the perfect amount for one person and the flavors go great together. Plus the value is totally reasonable unlike most things on the pier. So walk down the Pier and get yours today.

I love rich flavors in an ice cream. Unfortunately this time I couldnt taste anything than sugar. I didnt get any chocolate flavor. We were 4 people tp get the ice cream and no one liked it. It is also pricey for the serving size. The staff were very friendly and working hard. They were the only thing that compensated for this experience.

A rainbow cone is a happy thing

A small stand outdoors, right on the boardwalk, this spot sells delicious ice cream, just as tasty as the original rainbow cone. They do accept credit and are very quick to serve you so there is usually no line. You can take your ice cream and walk around, enjoy the view of the city.

I really like ice cream with different flavors and this one is really good. Their original location is really far from me, so this is a much better location. The ice cream comes in cup or cone. The location is open during warmer seasons.

Went to the original near evergreen/Beverly and got a pint for $11 since the large cone is nearly $5 and the quart is $6 I figured I might as well get a pint for the week for a few more dollars. I dont think Id come back except to try the ice cream roll cake they have. But the ice cream was like any other that you can get at a local grocery store for cheaper. Didnt like the long wait in line either.
