Absolutely an awful experience.It was my first move...Didn’t even think to check the “cargo” section for a stain/ spill. IT SHOULD BE EXPECTED for vehicles to be clean prior to handing over the keys.My personal property would’ve been massively stained if I hadn’t placed MY PERSONAL rug over the unknown spill.When returned and giving our complaint, instead of them being apologetic and RECOGNIZING THAT THEY FORGOT TO INSPECT AND CLEAN THEIR VEHICLE prior to handing over the keys, we got charged for it!!!We are very upset. To all my friends and family- I WILL CONTINUE TO SHARE THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!For those reading this— BEWARE BECAUSE YOU’LL GET CHARGED AT THE END FOR FEES ONE WAY OR ANOTHER!That wasn’t even our fee to pay or CLEAN!Hope not ALL LOCATIONS are like this...

I made a reservation earlier in the week for a small storage unit and received a text with reservation number. I selected the move in date for today. I wasnt allowed to pay online. I had to show up on move in date and pay.I arrived and the worker there was looking for my reservation and couldnt find it. She assumed I was renting a truck. After I told her I was renting a storage unit, she still couldnt find my reservation even after showing her my phone with reservation number. She then said she will have to start a new order and needed my license and two peoples phone numbers as emergency contacts. Funny, I didnt have to provide any of that info online. Then she stated there was an extra 10 dollar monthly charge to have access to the storage unit for 24 hours. THATS IT! I LEFT. There was no extra charge mentioned online. Also, there is insurance charge online added automatically online. I plan on donating my little bit of sBottom line, is that storage us a scam with extra charges added that were never mentioned online. I tried to do my transaction online to save on administrative feez that were mentioned over the phone and to also get a cheaper deal online rather than showinng up without a reservation and getting the full pricetuff. Its only stuff anyway.

Since new management has moved in Nhora (New manager) has been amazing running the store and training staff! The service is quick and friendly, everyone tries to make the experience as enjoyable as possible. The store is always clean and open on time, they sell a variety of moving appliances and always try to make any appointment or reservation as convenient for your schedule as they can. Over all this location has had amazing improvement since the new manager has taken over. I highly recommend giving it a try and keeping an open mind! Remember to always be respectful and be patient! Sometimes the system runs a little slow but it’s not the employees fault! Have a great day!

I recently got a hitch fixed and rented a 5x8 trailer to move from Chicago to Calgary, Canada. Quinn and Maria were extremely helping with the entire process. The move as is was stressful, but they made the logistics seamless.Highly recommend Uhaul Midway for any moving needs!

Went there to fill a propane tank. My tank was old and already expired. I got a new one from them. Propane gas station is open 7 days a week. Nice people an good sevice.

The staff at this location are extremely helpful and professional! I drove at least 30mins from where I live and passed numerous locations to return and do business at this location. From the manager on down to the associates, everyone is nice!

This place is the best place in town to rent a truck from. the staff is super friendly and nice. no matter the issue they always attempt to resolve it for you and not act like you are bothering them. the only place ill rent a moving truck from!!

This is like a scammer company. Agree to verbally agreements but they continue to not hold their word. I recommend everyone who actually get in contact with these people and their customer service to record the conversations.

Maria Mendez is a horrible employee. I have always rented from this U-Haul because of the kindness of the employees but after meeting Maria I will no longer be using this location. She is rude and lazy, she obviously does not know what she is doing and needs more training. I recommend not coming to this location if you are looking for good customer service.

U-Haul traffic that arranges the country wide one way moves messed up my order and we had to scramble to get an auto transport hitch. Michelle (the manager at this location) was just absolutely amazing and was on the phone for over an hour sorting the mess out until we were all set. She made my day. Great staff. She was very friendly to all customers that came by while i was waiting.

Michelle the worst worker or manager I seen does not know why she doing argued with me the whole time refused to give a receipt. Worst experience of my life. Does not know how to talk or to deal with people. I will never rent u haul again. Worst customer service I ever seen I expected so much better from U HAUL.She does not deal with other races well she was very rude and racist towards Spanish and whites. Very nasty angry.

Rented the cheapest truck at $19.99. I only went 6 miles round trip at 99 cents per mile. Somehow my total was $43. No receipt was provided, even when I called to dispute the charges and requested one. I was told I would be transferred to someone who could help. Sat on hold for an hour before giving up.

We had reserved a 5x8 trailer with a scheduled pick up at an alternate UHaul location. That location had rented our trailer to another person and when they realized the error, a phone call was placed (not sure where) and we were sent up the road to locate the alternate facility. When we arrived, there was no notice that we were on our way and no online reservation for the trailer we needed - which they did not have available. The gentlemen working that date took the time to find us a trailer close to our sons apartment and did an online reservation so we would have a trailer waiting for us when we arrived. Since we were moving our sons furniture to another state and not having a trailer was not an option, we are so appreciative that these gentlemen cared and took the time to address our concerns and needs. We were honestly at a loss on what we were going to do, we are so thankful for the service at this location.

Tried to charge me for a month of free storage. Explained the situation 7 times. 7 times. Each time with the assurance that it was going to be taken care of by their manager or whoever was in charge. I come in to take my stuff out early and they still havent fixed it. They still havent returned the calls or have the manager fix the issue but they still send delinquent notices.Absolute garbage location, find another option it will save you time and money in the end.

Horrible customer service. They rescheduled me 3 different times on different days for a hitch installment. Waste of people one and gas.Their dispatch department will assure you of certain things and when you get there they tell you otherwise. On top of that their location is empty.

Called to make a reservation for a 15ft truck and checked in online immediately. I was told I would be called back in less than an hour to confirm my reservation. About 3 hours later I was called back, almost half an hour past my scheduled pickup time. I was then told they had no trucks available only a cargo van which is too small for what I needed and there was no trucks anywhere else. Wasted my entire morning and didn’t care at all about helping me.

I stopped in to ask a question and it seemed like the worker was rushed and did not want to help me. They were not rude but, it seemed like there were definitely other duties that were a priority to them. From what I learned, the place looked ok but, I probably will rent somewhere else with better customer service.

This location is supposed to be open at 7 am & they are not even open. I waited 1 hour and no one has even showed to open the doors. I was not the only customer waiting. There was a lady coming from the side door I assumed she was a worker.Worst service i have ever experienced!Also visited another location on 47th they were not even able to give me prices!!
