We had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. It was easy to set up and then close out when we were done. The rates were reasonable when compared with other options in the area. It was very easy to get in and out of the unit. The staff we worked with were very helpful. I recommend Extra Space Storage and would use them again in the future.

I wanted to take a little time out of my day to come on here and mention on of your employees named Jasmine, I had gone to look at some spaced there on Saturday and not only was she the only one there but also was very helpful to me and to another gentleman. She was courteous, but she also took the time to answer any questions that I had. I have been to other storages trying to a good location but jasmine was helpful and thanks to her I will be getting a space soon

Excellent facility. Bright and clean. You can drive up to each floor or take the elevator. It’s open seven days a week vs others that are closed on Sundays. Tony was great. Walked me to the unit to check it out first, provided regular and internet pricing and set me up w/a unit quickly.

Clean indoor facility. Good security measures. Was able to fit my 1bd+office 2ba in a 15x5 along with a lot of clutter. Easily able to drive a 10ft uhaul up to the third floor and they have dollys available for easy moving. Best price I came across in the area for the size. My only complaint is the gate code is super long and impossible (for me) to remember.

Highly recommend! Signing up and renting experience was pleasant, professional and seamless! Building is clean and well kept. Just moved in so will have to see how the ongoing experience will be for the next months. But anticipate it being trouble free.

We have had nothing but a great experience with the storage company. Location is awesome and very clean. They really care and have always been so helpful. Customer Service is a 10 star service especially Jasmine who helped us resolve some issues we had with our locker.

WATER DAMAGE - Never even called TERRIBLE SERVICE - I used this place for years when it was Life Storage never had an issue. This new company did construction, WATER RAINED DOWN on my stuff for who knows how long - weeks - it totally dried ruining my stuff. THEY NEVER CALLED - but they tried to put plastic above. WHY why would they not call me? Tony Chenoweth the manager wont answer my many calls. So - beware - your stuff just isnt safe here despite all their claims. ESS - customer service tip - Just call the customer to tell them instead of trying to hide it and letting everything get moldy. See the pics for yourself. Had to write this, because they dont care and dont answer my calls. Very disappointed and do not recommend.

I have used a few different Extra Space locations over the past few years. This one is by far the worst location.Unless you have an SUV or high clearance vehicle then you can expect to get the bottom of your car scraped due to the angle of the street entry and exit ramps.Secondly, during the recent construction no consideration was given to cover the cages to avoid any damages to stored property. This has resulted in everything in the unit has been covered in fine construction dust.Said construction has also severely limit any access to the units.

I have been using this Extra space storage Location since 2018 and my belongs are safe its been great here. Always get clear precise alerts of any emergency that tenants dont understand from store manger tony. Yes I highly recommend this storage facility location to anyone that is looking for storage space ask for tony or Jasmine. Thank you for the great experience

I have stored here for years. Second floor. Can park on that floor, and there are carts available. They’re doing work now to keep the concrete flooring strong. My key wouldn’t work today and gentlemen working was very nice to come to my unit and check it, then swapped me for a new key. Thank you! The only suggestion I have for them is to keep an area for Salvation Army donations. :-)

I have used Extra Space at this location on a couple of occasions. Secure, clean indoor spaces, but THE SERVICE. Time and again has staff provided exceptional follow-up and assistance. HIGHLY recommended! I could tell a couple of great stories about them but if youre looking for nice convenience storage service leave it to them to let the service speak for itself.

Jasmine the manager here is the best customer service person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I had so many issues with moving and changing accounts that she made simple and easy for me. I went from so stressed to so relieved the repeat times I came to her with ridiculous problems over the couple years I’ve been with them (not extra space’s fault, issues of my own). I wish every place I had a bill with or had to deal with had someone like Jasmine to handle the problem and give solutions as well she did. Thank you Jasmine!!!

This is THE BEST storage facility in the city of Chicago. It is neat, clean, safe and best of all the staff is AMAZING. I strongly recommend them I know. Over the years I have used several different storage locations around the city and none of them - not on even comes close.

Tony in the office was amazing. I was in an emergency situation needing to find a space and transfer all of our sound equipment for 3 bands into a space within a few hours. Tony took care of us and made sure we got the perfect storage locker for us and even did all the contracts online from my phone as I was loading gear. Highly recommend this place.

Their services at the time of using their service space was great and gave me a good sense of how a successful business can be ran. They knew exactly were to put thier effort and did it with a smile very unique at the particular time I needed it.

Im a Streets and Sanitation worker that works the West Loop area. Finding facilities to use is a task for us, seeing that we work outside. The staff at Extra Storage on Harrison and Jefferson are awesome!! They always allow me to use their facilities, which are always spotless! Tony, Lily, and Jasmine rock! Always, and I mean always courteous, friendly, and accommodating! Just all around great people!!

I need a storage unit at the last minute and cannot say enough things about how easy and seamless manager Jasmine made my experience. Moving is always a stressful time and my experience at Extra Space Storage made my life significantly easier. I have rented multiple units at this location over the past several years and they have been great. The facility is clean, it’s temperature/climate controlled, and most importantly, they have drive-up ramps for all three levels which makes it very easy to load and unload from vehicles no matter where your locker is located in the facility...They have an elevator, but I’ve never had to use it because they have drive-up access to all levels. Additionally, the staff has always been helpful and professional when I’ve needed to interact with them.

Manager Lily is the best. She was very instrumental in helping me choose the perfect unit for my needs and every time that I visit the facility she is always super welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend Lily and this storage location. Top notch! ⭐️⭐️✨✨

Easy and smooth process to rent a storage unit. Was done within 15 mins which included a stroll through the clean and warm facility. I love that there is vehicle access to every floor with a large entrance. I know the movers are going to love that!! Lastly, the customer service was fantastic! I was immediately greeted when I walked in and Lily was so accommodating, to include giving me the best offer available because she knew I was looking for great quality at a reasonable price!
