I purchased a 3 seat-cushion swing at the end of the season. Used it about 2 months then stored it away in my basement. Brought it out to use for the summer and the canvas seat ripped. The company was hard to contact. I would leave a message. Then they would call back when I could not get to the phone. When I finally was able to speak to a PERSON, ( in todays market, who does not have a customer service department where a human answers the phone to help customers), I was told a replacement item is not available. So the swing is of no use to me. I have a frame with no seat! I would give 1/2 a star if that was an option! Customer service is lousy and the product quality is inferior, not worth what you pay.

Bought the Adelaide 4 piece seatting .the hardware was all over the box had to set up 10 cups to put the hardware in.bolts leave no room for error no xtra.the glider assembly is too short from the sides of the chair to get the bolts in.poorly machined .poor designed just awful.paid 400 for this garbage.no customer service Im out 400 but Ill bet they are just fine

My family member gifted me an Instant-Up Gazebo a few days ago. When I unboxed it to set up there was a defective section at the top of the frame. I dont recommend buying their products. Very poor quality.

We had a missing part on our patio chair. Called and sent an email, never heard back from them. All you get is an answering machine when you call.

Purchased a patio table and chairs. Table arrived with no hardware, screws, caps, washers etc. Multiple calls to them and email but no response. I would pass on this place if youre thinking about purchasing from them.

Purchased a outdoor patio from this company. The tempered glass exploded, cut several people and damaged my new deck. The claims dept informed me that their Glass top tables have no warranty. So they denied my claim. Do not purchase this companys products!
