This is honestly the best bike shop I have ever been too! They really want to help and have fair prices. The staff is amazing, they treat you like a friend and dont intimate or embarrass you for not knowing everything about bikes like some places do. They have my continued business, its the best bike shop!

This bike shop is amazing !! They were super helpful and knowledgeable ! They were able to quickly diagnose our needed repair and supply the parts. However, one past wasnt in stock, they quickly called a nearby shop, found the part, and sent us there. This business has awesome staff, awesome bikes for sale, and excellent repair staff/facility. That they would find a part for us somewhere else shows their PROFESSIONALISM !

Everyone is incredibly friendly. The options range from quality low end single gear all the way to high-end down hill trail bikes. All bike shops offer bikes, but some sell you on the experience. This is one of them that goes above and beyond.

Two years ago My GT Giant Hybrid that’s 20 yrs old and has been stolen twice was repaired by Greenline ...Dex was so great, he picked up my bike for me and after his team cleaned her up, the bike was delivered back home! And now after the 2nd swipe it’s been serviced! Can’t wait to see her!

Great customer service and the bike was fixed very quickly. Would recommend to anyone who wants to get their bike looked at or fixed. If youre planning on getting a tune-up I would recommend going during the week rather than weekend.

Truly GREAT customer service from friendly and knowledgeable staff. The staff are great people that are all true bicycle enthusiasts (fanatics?). There is no request to large or small, and you get service with a smile and then some! If cycling is your lifestyle or just an occasional sideshow, you cant find a better shop to help you out.Kids, Townie, Trendy, Mountain, Road bikes are all welcomed and sold/serviced here.

Routine maintenance on two 30 year old Stump Jumpers - more than fair price, great work, friendly staff. Got a follow up call a week later to make sure I was satisfied - bikes are running like new! Highly recommend.

I bought a bike from SoCal and didn’t want to go through the hassle of assembling it myself. I talked to John and dropped it off on Monday. They got to it on Thursday. I picked the bike up and brought it home. I set the seat height and tried taking off for a test ride. Something was rubbing on the rear tire. Wasn’t sure if it was the brake or the fender and there was a screw missing attaching the fender and rack to the rear of the bike. I called John and he said bring it back in the morning and we’ll take care of it while you wait. I showed up at the shop at 10 this morning. Dax ended up working on my bike. He took care of the missing screw. Then he checked every screw and connection on the bike. He rechecked the front and rear brakes. He checked the alignment of the handlebars. He reset the seat height to match my body style. He rechecked the derailer and the shifter front and rear. While still in the shop he got on the bike and rolled forward and backward to check for the rub I was experiencing previously. I took the bike out of the shop and rode down the sidewalk and into the parking lot and everything worked just like I expected it should. Dax gave me a gift certificate to compensate for my extra trip to the shop to get it right. They were so thoughtful and very helpful. It was partly my fault. I should have taken the bike for a test drive before I took it home to begin with. I just expected that the tech who put it together would have taken it for a test drive himself. Overall these guys are awesome! Dax was awesome! I couldn’t ask for a more attentive more professional technician who truly cares about his customers. My first contact in the company was John and he was awesome as well. If you need to get your bike worked on or looking to make a purchase...give these guys a chance to earn your business

It doesnt matter what bike I bring them, a cruiser or a full suspension mountain bike, they know how to fix it. And it doesnt matter who is working, everybody is nice and helpful. Even the prices are reasonable. Greenline is by far my favorite shop in Chico.

This is hand down the only place in Chico you should buy a bike. The most honest bike shop by far, and the owner Dax is just an all around great person. I have been a customer for over a decade starting when they were located in Oroville. Great service from start to finish, and they stand behind everything they sell. Highly recommended!!

Pretty Amazing staff, i dropped off a couple of trike tires & hubs, they were rebuilding the building and very busy but agreed to lace up new rims for me . i figured it would take weeks ! TWO days later they were done ! Yeah, go there if you want real service .

First off, Im biased because a buddy just started working there, but I sincerely believe I would have rated 5 stars anyway.The smells of tires and oils when I first entered took me wayyyy back to when I was a youngster in Stockton and would go into Wrights Mower & Bike and get bike parts. Heaven!Nick worked on my Fox fork until it felt buttery smooth, and Dax and the crew took time to chat with me, even though they were busy. Lots of stuff to look at, and dog friendly! I bought lots of swag to take back home, and I cant wait to hit the trails with my old and improved fork!Thanks, guys, keep up the bike enthusiasm- its catching!

They got the work on my bike done quickly but always check had a tune up and rubber changed on tubeless tire system but was still missing a gear on my shifts they fixed it after I found it they did a great job on my breaks however my rear tire is still leaking though I only got three miles on it so Im holding judgement on that still thats why the 4 star and not 5
