Great place to go on the internet, socialize and buy great coffee.

I love the smell of coffee—the morning. You will know the difference between fresh and just put on vs. something from the other day after you go so often. I am a big Starbucks fan. The people here are friendly and had happy, and a great way to start the day. Like most places, you will need to speak up, or they will not hear you properly.

It was nice to get back to my spot I had a good meeting and it wasnt that busy still just yet.

The drinks are good and staff are friendly

This is a place my husband and i come to to relax and write or just spend time with each other. It was his first time having a cranberry bliss bar. He loved it. The baristas were super friendly and always smiling . Will definitely come back and spend time here when we can.

The best Starbucks coffee shop here in Chico. Staff are very friendly, empathetic, open-minded, and nonjudgmental. I like the spaciousness of this particular shop, as well as how close it is to other businesses and the university. The downtown location makes it both convenient and modern. I deeply appreciate the socially progressive ambience of the environment. Staff are very LGBT-friendly, so that is a MAJOR PLUS. This is now my officially favorite Starbucks in Chico! Keep up with the awesome work!

I hate the way everyone is taken ahead of walk ins. Online orders seem to take precedent over people who are actually there and waiting. I understand orders are printed in the order they arrive, but people who walk in have already waited in line and should in a different queue.

Drink wasnt sweet enough but good service.

Nice staff - but they are soooooo slow 100% of time. Consistently it take forever to get a drink (I order from here multiple times a week). Mobile order in advance is the way to go!

Awesome hangout spot

Its literally Starbucks. Employees are happy, drinks are consistent, prices are standard (unless its one in a Vegas casino, in which case its WAY over priced!--but only in the kind of way everything in Vegas is). Starbucks has built itself on consistency and standards, and this one is typical of the franchise. However, its MY Starbucks, so I like it a little more than the others.My signature drink is a venti Americano with an extra shot. As is normal, it tastes great!

Do not come here if you are looking to work on your computer. All things being equal, this is a nice, new Starbucks--lots of seating, good light, and a fresh vibe. I WANTED to like this place, but 90% of the time when I go to a Starbucks, its because I need to work, and ALL the electrical outlets are covered. Theres not a single one for customer use, which pissed me off. Ill be taking my business to a coffee shop that is more welcoming.

Super nice interior especially after the remodel awhile back. They are really good with mobile orders too. Generally they get it done before the apps estimate. The workers there are all also just all around nice people and the atmosphere is really nice as well. Never had a problem here

Great coffee, great atmosphere, awesome place to sit back and get some work done. My only complaint is that there NO OUTLETS anywhere. So either have your device fully charged before you come or being a batter pack.

I love coffee but seems to me Starbucks only has one type... dark roast. What happened to light and medium roasts beans? Darker beans have a stronger flavor not more caffeine. I would like to see more or a variety of coffee baked beans.

Starbucks never disappoints. Only wish they had more options under $5 for those times you need your fix but trying to stretch that budget or when you need a place to study with your friends.

The staff is very friendly. Food and drinks good. But it needs to be cleaned more frequently. Im here quite often and the trash can is overflowing, tables, floors and windows are very dirty.

Recently remodeled. Even though this location is not that busy, it always seems to take too long to get a coffee.Outside tables and chairs have been permanently removed. So much for bringing a dog, relaxing outside, and people watching. The new Chico Coffee Co. will be getting our business from now on.

Just your average Starbucks with lots of college girls and pretty much everything you would expect. Including people who dress way too nice to just go work on something in a coffee shop.

Love it here... One of the many I town but this one is the prime one i attend a lot to get cold and hot beverages. They too have food as well with a drive thru

I love this Starbucks downtown, I go to all the time. Is very expensive just like Starbucks are, but its my only Vice so I think its worth it. One time I left my wallet there, and the staff rocked. They put it in there safe, and gave it back to me next time we came in. Thank you Jade for looking out for your girl mica.

Java chip frappacino with vanilla cream very well done. Brought my own (peets) mug no problem getting it served in that.

Im not one to write many reviews, but Im getting very frustrated with this store downtown. When I put a mobile order in 20 minutes before I come into the shop, and its not ready, its quite irritating. This has happened numerous times, but I guess today was the last straw for me.Today, I ordered a Venti Iced White Mocha & a bagel, from the mobile app, while I was pumping gas, I stopped at not 1, but 2 more stores before I headed to Starbucks. Finally made my way there, and unlike all of the other stores in chico, they do not display the mobile order drinks. So, I proceeded to ask for my order but couldnt get either girls attention, I know they saw me too. I waited several minutes until another person came over, and asked for hers (quite rudely). I guess that got their attention.So, I finally get my drink... But no bagel. I asked about it, and was told the other girl should be taking care of it, but not once did she ask. So the other one comes over, and I asked her about it, turns out it was next to my drink behind the counter the whole time.Lets fast forward to when I left, got to work. I opened my bagel, but no cream cheese. Awesome. I took a sip of my drink. Holy hell was that sweet. There was no espresso in it! (Second time thats happened to me at this store)Moral of the story, never coming to this one again, but A+ to all the other stores in Chico!

A huge Starbucks. The layout is quite welcoming and provides a place where you actually want to be. A stool seating section is there, along with all the typical seating sections in others coffee shops. Didnt order anything but from what I saw staff was friendly.

Very unfriendly staff who made cutting remarks about me taking my 2 year old in to use the restroom ( she had just drank to much of the drink purchased at the Starbucks in Target and the store I was in next door didnt have a restroom) wudnt come here again unless I absolutely had too

Nearly always get catcalled by someone as I walk in, and its always crowded. But, its very cozy, and the baristas are very attentive.
