I don’t have a local comic book shop in Redding, CA and was desperately trying to find someplace to get my hands on a new DC Horror release. I emailed Collector’s Ink and got a reply right away that they would be able to help me. I called and spoke with Michelle who got me set up with ordering the entire series so that I can come and grab them when released. Excellent customer service and I can’t wait to go check out the store in person. Thanks Michelle!

This is a very nice comic book and gaming store, very friendly and helpful staff.Only problem that I could see is that their items where not priced, and I felt silly asking, how much is this.And for the people who enjoy funko pops, they had a very large selection.

The staff really know what they’re talking about and everyone is super friendly! Including some of the regular customers I’ve encountered. They’re willing to help with anything or help you get your hands on pretty much anything you’re looking for! They have a huuuuuge inventory of just about everything you might want, I love just browsing around the store because there are so many hidden treasures to be found here.

Great little store! Everyone is very helpful and the selection is great. Ive purchased everything from new issues to back issues to trade paper backs to D&D minis from here. When then was a trade I was looking for that they didnt have, they ordered it for me. First class customer service every visit.

Polite staff but they seemed overwhelmed and didnt really know what was going on.Very cramped and disorganized. Too much stuff in such a tiny building. Back issue setup way too confusing and double and triple stacked on top of each other. Lots of projects on going and in the way of browsing.. Better off ordering online.

I LOVE going to Collectors Ink, they have all sorts of fun stuff to check out and to do. What makes it so much more worth while is that they treat my kids like their own. I know I will make sure my kids will continue to support this store when they get older.

Love this place and cant say enough good things about this business and its owners. Extremely friendly atmosphere and they will bend over backwards for their customers. I get all my comics here and love to come here on Saturdays and play X-wing. A very welcoming atmosphere for someone like me who is brand new to table top gaming.

The woman I spoke to, whom Im presuming is the owner, is so nice, so knowledgeable and so accessible...Im hooked. The store is organised to an terrific extreme, options are exceptional. If you pass this place up, your missing out.

This is the best comic store in Chico 10/10. Its friendly as can be, and if they dont have something you want, they can order it for you at no extra cost. They have a rewards program unlike anywhere Ive been in town. They also offer a bunch of events and group table top game days.

They have a mind-boggling selection and even more inventory not even in the floor. Basically, if you want it, they probably have it or will happily get it for you

I enjoy stopping by comic and card shops as often as possible. This one is definitely more comic oriented which wasnt a problem. The staff was friendly and made sure any and all questions I had were asked and they seemed very knowledgeable on older comic books as well.

I absolutely adore this place. They always have great suggestions if youre not sure what to get, but you have an idea of what youd like to read. I picked up some comics that were long forgotten for a nice price.

I am absolutely astounded by the work that has been put into a store like this. Being an owner myself of Chico iStore, I realize how hard it is to keep up on inventory, employees, and keeping records of it all!!! I would have to say of all the comics book/card game stores, this is absolutely the best in town and an absolute gem. What makes it a gem? Family owned, tremendous hard work (imagine adding 100+ books to your inventory daily and making sure no one steals anything), and best part is, beyond A+ customer service! Especially to the Lady that runs the store, she is VERY sweet and bends over backwards to try and help you find what you need.

Ive been to other comics stores and none have been so knowledgeable AND friendly like this one has. Family owned staff that are courteous and eager to help. Tons of comics in stock and other merchandise other stores just dont carry. I highly recommend this shop.

Their inventory is great and they have knowledgable staff. Prices seem a tad high on some things but fair for what they are. my only complaint is while I understand they want to preserve the condition of their comics they always re-lecture customers on how to hold their comics and it feels belittling.

A cozy little place that does what it can to accommodate all tastes. Mother and son with a handful of helpers, all friendly and helpful. Jason is one cool knowledgeable dude.

None of them compare to this shop.Hands down my favorite place to be besides my house.Friendly, knowledgeable staff that will go out of their way to help you(family owned and staffed at that, so they work their butts off to be that good). Their space is a little small but their selection is huge and if for some reason they dont have it, they WILL get it.

Im giving this place 3 stars because I like the cozy feeling of the place and if you need someone to suggest products to you, the owner will certainly do so.However, dont fall for the this is only 5% of our stock that shell tell you. This may or may not be true, but I ordered a comic and paid upfront for it - thinking it wasnt a big deal to wait (even though I knew I could buy from Amazon at the same price and have it within a week). I called back a month later, and she said -some explanation I dont care about - the order had been lost and she was just placing it then. I have now waited another month and havent heard anything from her.Whether she is trying to take my money or simply has a terrible system, I really dont care to have to deal with her most certainly forthcoming apologies. I just want my money (and time) back.Could have had my business, but I dont want to feel like Im walking into a used car lot just to buy some comics. If you decide to go here, just do NOT order anything from them and dont let her talk you into anything you dont want. Other than that, shes a good salesperson.
