Great service and quality products, but a 2.5x markup over MSRP is absurd. Please get wholesale accounts.

Im going to start this review by saying that i am not a bot, i just have no desire to go back in to have the problem fixed because it would be a waste of my time. People should know the quality of the toys you carry are sad. I went in a couple weeks ago and the sales rep greeted me and i went to shopping. I asked the sales rep a couple questions about the lubes and you could tell that she had no idea what she was talking about and just told me what I wanted to hear to buy it. So i just got a simple vibe that i felt was a little over priced but hey Im all about supporting local businesses. Well within a couple days it died. I called the store and spoke to the rep and she told me to change the batteries and try a couple different things that might fix it. So i did all the things she recommend and still was a no go. I called back and asked about maybe exchanging it and the sales rep informed me that there was zero returns or exchanges, I explained I still had the receipt and simply just wanted to swop it out and she went full rude on me. So here i am leaving this review because I seen on a previous review you claimed to 100% fix the problem and Im sorry that is not the case in my situation. Ill stick to online shopping from now on.

I loved it from the get-go, since I tried to find it for the first time at night, with my boyfriend, and it was in this HELLA SHADY run down mechanic shop complex. I like my sex shops seedy ;-) Was surprised to find the interior to be actually a nicely run, clean, organized shop. I felt quite safe and comfortable perusing the isles.I liked that ALL of the lubes were out as samples, and the actual product for sale was neatly and cleanly stashed behind the counter. No worries about your bottle ever having been handled by someone else.I was thoroughly tickled to find a wide variety of plus size naughty girl gear/clothes. This is my demographic, and it is usually ignored at sex-shops. How refreshing to see that this store owner thinks big girls can be sexy and play dress-up too!Really, a nice variety of every toy, lube, accessory, video, clothes you could want. Reasonable prices. Cashier was not creepy :-) Quite happy with this place.

This place is awesome!! They are always so helpful and make you feel comfortable when purchasing toys. Highly recommend going here especially if you have any questions.

I walked into the store where two workers were, not once was I greeted or even acknowledged . As I walk around the store looking, no one approached me to even ask if I needed help looking for a certain item .As they laugh amongst themselves I walked straight outWorst service ever !

Boyfriend went in yesterday, he had a terrible experience what he bought was found online for $12 and was sold to him for 27.95. Sold him live he did not need for another $17, cashier said that was the cheapest one they had. Annoyed and out $50 not worth imo

I only gave 1 star, because your sales person was very nice and helpful. But the quality of your products is non existant. 2 uses of the new compact vibrator I purchase and the button on the top literally broke into two pieces. Useless waste of nearly $60. I would not recommend anyone to waste their money at your store.

No regular size dildos.. all the lingerie was for plus size girls.. no petite things whatsoever. Friendly service at least. Big toy selection but get more normal TOYS

Its the biggest and only full Adult store in Chico Area, from toys, to movies to much more. if you havent been in check what are you waiting for.
