I absolutely love Costco. So many ever changing options. And great place to get gifts also. And the hot food is such a great way to finish the trip. No one wants to cook after shopping.

Costco is great for bulk items. Don’t buy to many perishables or else they go to waste.They put in a self checkout and it doesn’t help the lines go down.I never want boxes because I have to break them down the put them in my recycle.I like the heat and eat meals. Chicken Alfredo with broccoli florets is the best.Today the line was very short.

I love Costco from the first day I shopped there. After I break down the meat I buy I am able to have enough to share and still have plenty. I love their special deals, and I wish they would bring back the hot bread and butter pickles, that was a super deal. Costco dont need a comment they stand on there own and Im happy to get to play my part by shopping . Thanks Costco

Its Costco, so you know what youre going to get, right? But this one delivers. Free samples (at least on the weekends), huge selection, good prices, and high-quality prepared food. Like, amazing. If you could buy smaller quantities once in awhile, five stars. No reason not to shop here if you are buying for multiple people.

Great service here! Definitely my favorite Costco to go to. The staff are all super friendly and helpful, food is ready in a timely manner, and there’s a fantastic atmosphere.

This standard Costco is like any other locations, but the checkout counters here were really fast and efficient. Within minutes of getting in line, they zipped us through within seconds and we were out of there. Social distancing is taken seriously here, even in the restroom there are partitions. It was a good shopping experience.

Awesome store, great values on just about everything. All employees are friendly and polite. I recommend Costco to all, get yourself a membership card cant go wrong. 👍

Went to get gas at Costco. They dont take MasterCard. No sign. Youre just stuck there trying to figure out why your valid card was rejected. Jerkwad design at its finest.

Normally Chico Costco customer service is good, however, that wasnt the case yesterday. The store was not very busy, and lines were short. Although he didnt ask if Id found everything I needed, I told the checkout clerk that I was unable to locate the Kirkland brand facial tissues in their usual place or anywhere else. To which he responded, okay. I then asked if someone could bring some up for me and he seemed irritated, but called someone over. The second man was gone maybe 30 seconds (not long enough to walk to the back) and came back to say he didnt see them, so hed assume they were all out. The lack of effort and dismissive attitude towards me was surprising.

What can I say? Im glad we have a Costco in Chico - Great Company, great employees and a fun way to spend an hour roaming around with my wife.

Its Costco, always know I can find certain things there, and it keeps my kid in blueberries and bananas.

It was understandably busy for a Saturday afternoon. We used the self-checkout for the first time at Costco, and the attendant ( cant remember his name) was extremely helpful and pleasant with a smile. He was swamped and still had a good attitude.

Got there ordered my pizza and it was ready in less than five minutes.Man who is running that kitchen...Great job.😊😁

A standard Costco, prices seem to adopt to the city, less expensive than Costcos in Southern California. Great selection and fast check out, clean bathrooms, etc. Free water 💧 to refill your bottles.

Get the box of king crab legs, 10lbs of the largest legs youll find, sweet succulent meat, a must have for crustacean lovers, Costco still never disappoints, just make sure you can spend what you have, buying in bulk is best, but is a larger up front expense.

Great employees and almost always have what I need. Except clausthauler n/a beer. They carried it one year around the holidays.

If you have a large family or even just room for larger products and multi packs then Costco is your best go to store for household needs. The prices are always better than any other store we shop at. The products are all good or better quality and they never seem to be out of stock like most others seem to be when we shop for certain items. And last the Premium club card makes shopping there even better because you get rewards that make the cost of membership 0.00 after just a few trips. You cant go wrong with a Costco membership if you shop for supplies at home or for work and we think the staff at our local store are fantastic, respectful, and helpful.

Was traveling through town and got a screw in my tire today. Came by Costco Chico to get it checked. I know they are busy today, because of the holiday. Scott in the tire center went above and beyond to help me out and get back on the road. Costco Chico Rocks.

Its a really good store. I feel like there is little to complain about when it come to any Costco. I do have my gripes about the constant swapping of products throughout the store, both in location their location and availability, but overall its leagues ahead of other grocery stores.Ranking of Departments:The Best: Customer Service, followed by:1. Its Costco, its what you expect. Bulk shopping destination. If youre not in a car though be aware that bike parking is tricky. There is a huge rack to the left of the entrance but the uprights are too close together for any sort of nonstandard bicycle like a cargo bike. Youll have to lock at either end provided theyre free.

Very disappointed in the hearing aid department. I had an evening appointment several weeks in advance. Only when we arrived for our scheduled appointment. The woman who was supposed to give my elderly mom a hearing tests. Let us know she would not be able to see my mom due to allergies to my moms perfume. After driving my mom who can barely walk after knee surgery and driving from another town to get there after working all day!! Whatever happened to great Customer Service!! Must also be a thing of the past!! And now they’re expecting us to hand over 2000 for hearing aids!! Really!! I mean really!!! Get real people!! If you have perfume allergies “ Don’t work with people “ And warn people ahead of time! Before they go through all the trouble of getting there!! Common courtesy has gone out the window for sure.

I asked a gentleman for a certain product and waited for him to notify me about the product. Instead of returning back he just left me there. His customer service was not the best, however Tom from the electronics was able to help me. Tom was able to find the item I was looking for and offered me great customer service. 5 stars for Tom! Another Costco, another huge Warehouse,.. another lot of people! But everything youd expect from a huge Wholesale store. As usual, there is a good selection and an ample amount of employees to help! I do like this Costco better than the Redding one. Nice having the gas station there even though it was relatively crowded but what isnt on a Sunday at times!

I got the membership meanly because I live so close to it and gas. First impression staff for membership were not to customer service oriented printer was done and they directed me to download the app witch I dont want to do. They seem undisturbed by this I came back next day to ask if they printer was good now and they also were bother by my request I try to get gas and there was no one to help I finally was too upset and asked for the manager. Manager was very professional and assured me that he would call me when the printer was ready and he offer to meet me at the gas pump to help me himself. Luckily the staff for the gas station reaperared. Sure enoght manager did called few days later as he promised. They should train the membership staff on customer service. I was about to cancel the membership for the way they dismissed me paying $125.00 they should be a little more hospitable. Thank you to the manager 😊

Not visually-impaired customer friendly. One of the clerks rudely told my mother she could not buy two toilet paper packages, stating to her “did you not see the sign?!” Such a poor choice of words, considering my mother is permanently visually impaired. Hope Costco improves in this aspect to ensure respectful, courteous and considerate customer service is shown to all customers. No matter their race or disability. **UPDATE: The “limit” signage has been updated with font that is bigger. Added a star. Customer service was greatly improved, the checker and bagger who helped me Friday morning were kind, respectful, and courteous. Added a star. There is no Braille signage as of yet.

Where are the organic onions and potatoes? Watermelons cantaloupes its season!! I dont eat pesticides theyre starting to slack and but now I have already different sources...by the time they remember me I wont need them eventually

The Invicta watch part of this purchase turned out to be the display model in the showcase. I called the store a few minutes after leaving because the inside of the box the watch came in was very dirty with small traces of apparently food inside. The admin person said to come in and they may be able to find another box but may not find one as the boxes are specific to each watch purchased. I was able to get it working so now i may return to the store to see about a new box instead of this creepy dirty one.

They check your I.D. and give you a handwritten temporary membership/pass for your current visit.-Go get your alcohol, present the pass to the cashier, and thats it.This Chico location is consistently clean even before the pandemic and is well stocked. They are mindful of whats popular and trendy so you can generally find something that is useful for your household.

Its not a store... its an experience. Best annual subscription I have except for AAA and Amazon. Its enormous but the customer service is excellent and feels local. Somehow, even on crowded days, the check out lines move quickly.

One of the cleanest Costcos Ive been to. Always enjoy browsing the aisles. Heres to hoping samples come back some day!

Shopping for childrens pajamas and soft blankets for foster children. Alma not only helped me find all sizes, got me in the right direction for soft blankets and found me a bigger cart when adding a rug to purchase. What an asset to the company! At this busy time, customer service exceeded my expectations. Thanks again, Alma and Costco for having what I needed. Many more children will be warm and cozy this year.

Havent been to Costco for a while since its a 25 mile round trip. HOWEVER, its worth the drive for the products and pricing. They seem to have a polite group of employees and thats always a plus. I did notice that mask wearing was followed by a vast majority of people. There is always someone that doesnt seem to have their priorities straight and refuses to help protect others and their self.

The parking lot is horrible and lots of cars trying to get in and out. They need to fix the traffic flow. People trying to only get gas crossing paths with people shopping. No quick in and out here. The one thing goes is there a 3 gas pumps per queue.
