There was no one in sight when I arrived, so there was a delay on being served. The ice cream was great, though.

Customer service is lacking and are always out of 4 or 5 flavors

Had a resses layerd Sunda it was very good. Its been along time since Ive been to baskin robbins. I remember there being a larger selection of flavors and also a large variety of toppings. They didnt seem to have much of either. What I ordered was correct and quick.

Over 30 minutes for 3 sandwiches. By the time I was able to eat mine, it was cold. Never saw someone move so slow in my life.

The gentleman working at 6 PM on 6/22/20 was very professional! He changed his gloves between serving each customer and made sure to wash his hands! It was really nice to see this during the pandemic!

Sorry fans, I was highly dissatisfied. Ive had better milkshakes at burger King! I ordered a extra chocolate, in a vanilla ice cream shake, I love the taste of chocolate. So I wait, then he brings it out, no whipped cream. What??? Then I wait again for whipped cream, the guy says extra chocolate with whipped cream, I take first taste, hmm, I take second taste, Im like it doesnt taste like chocolate, I tried it again, a few more times. No I still dont taste the chocolate, let alone EXTRA chocolate! And the price - outrageous - $7, Im like what? I know, I know, its hand packed, real cream, top quality, but really, wheres the taste?

At $7 for a large milkshake its a darn shame when you buy four and theyre extremely liquefied! Unbelievable on top of that we waited for almost 10 minutes for service with nobody else in line, not sure why they put so much milk and less ice cream in these milkshakes however I think Im going to stick to Cold Stone from now on! At least the service is better.

Ordered a 2 scoop sundae and got 2 scoops that were about the size of a golf ball. Guy said we use kid scoops now for sundaes. Last one Ill get.

The room temperature was warm and muggy. The tables, chairs, and floor were dirty. The Ice cream was good.

This is a great place to bring your family or meet your friends . The have a subway inside as well . This is also in the same parking lot as Reilly grocery store.Fun place for a quick break
