I do like to shop at big lots. But I will never order on line again. I ordered mattress and box springs on the 11th on line. They didnt take the money out of my account didnt even hit my account until the 20th

Love the new store. They have amazing employees that are honest and down right good people. My husband left his cell phone there and they made sure he got it back.

With the affordable furniture and house hold needs I love to shop here at Big Lots.

They recently moved everything around and I love it! Its so easy to find things now and window shopping is a pleasure now.

They have changed the whole store around. Lots of furniture. Not sure if I like it. I just needed to run I and pick up a few items. We will see.

Good selection and prices. The young male cashier didnt bother to even ask if I wanted my glass when and breakable dishes wrapped he just started putting everything carelessly in a bag.... maybe hes young but cashiers should take care of customers purchased items. Train your staff better ?

Nothing special, its a Big Lots where you find almost everything with medium to lower quality items for everyday and some seasonal needs.

Hit or miss for specific items, but usually a fun shopping experience.

Big Lots always has great items available. It is a one stop shop for the majority of your housing needs. The customer service is nice too.

I like this store. However, I found the non-stop Xmas music to be very annoying. I also was annoyed by the volume of Xmas merchandise so soon before that holiday. Then I spotted the aisle with a motherboard of Black Lab themed items. There is just one problem with that... I am Jewish. Not one pertained to Chanukah. Even those that did not specifically say Christmas were in prominent Xmas colors of red and green or just red. It was VERY frustrating.

Store was dirty and disorganized. Staff was unfriendly.

Store smells funny and the moved everything around making it much more inconvenient. Boo, boo I say!

I was shocked to find the variety of organic items here. My girlfriend loves to shop, let me tell you this is one of the better places to be drug into. The furniture they have in the middle of the store is a dream to us guys. She can shop her little heart out while I relax

They are very different from other stores that sell name brands. The price of the item may surprise you, they are less than the other stores.

I can find quality things, even organic for incredible prices. Cannot do ALL my shopping in one trip here, no fresh produce or meat etc. but they have great deals on boxed/shelved foods, I even get baby food here. My favorite things in no particular order are: womans sports bras and socks, cleaning supplies, baby food, tooth brushes, bottled water, high thread count sheets, decorative throw pillows. Staff is always helpful and friendly. They do need some better shopping carts.

I usually shop at Target for most things, but Big Lots is a great place to stop by first just to see if you can find what you need for a lower price. The prices and staff are great, but the general layout and display of merchandise leaves much to be desired. But, if you set the aesthetic aside for a moment, you are sure to find a good deal!

Found the style of cotton bath rug I had been looking for, & it was only $10! How great is that! Plus they had the shower curtain & a towel set to match!! I just updated our whole bathroom in one stop!!

The manager Jeff was extremely helpful and one of the nicest guys there. He went above and beyond to help me with returns and to find the right items. Thanks to him and his generosity I’ll most definitely be back. What an asset to Big Lots!

Big lots has almost every everyday need. I lived across the street from the La Riviera Drive location of in Sacramento. I was there weekly. Great store.

My wife and I both love this place. Great deals on items for the dogs. The toy sales during Christmas are fantastic! We even buy extra to donate in Orland, our hometown. My mom worked here for almost 15 years, so weve been shopping here since it was McFugals. We also have been very pleased with the furniture. Our Simmons couch has held up for years, even with three young kids!Will always hit this place up for good deals!

Came in to find a birthday gift, which we were able to do quite easily. We were also able to find some snacks and drinks to bring golfing with us. The staff was doing a wonderful job of trying to catch some birds who had wandered in, attempting to get them out of the store with bird food, rather than use traps.

Im sure anyone who has been to Big Lots knows they have lots of stuff. Mostly cheap furniture and other dry goods but no worse than any other store that sells this stuff. Prices seem low but really not as most things are cheaply made. But, that being said, if you need an inexpensive entertainment center, they by ave em.

Nice cashiers and manager. Always helpful and willing to deal with you when it comes to the last item on the shelf. They are great in regards to store returns and gives their personal opinions on beds and couches. I bought two beds here and never felt pressured like most stores. I had an issue with delivery and called customer support and they actually apologized and refunded my $150 delivery fee and made the guys come back to collect my old mattress and box spring for Free! My new bed is super comfortable memory foam (a queen sized walnut creek) and doesnt have any weird factory smell like some complain about on their site.

Big lots always has great holiday gift sets, and other misc things, its always fun to see what items they have and they always have low prices! :) One of my favorite things, I bought my dining room table from there and it was a low price ($299) and it looks AMAZING in my house, and it was actually raining when I purchased the item and (kinda funny) my car was just barely to small for it to fit and the guy working in the stock room brought it out, and tried everything he could to make it fit but it didnt soooooo, he stood out in the rain with me waiting for 15 minutes or so for my spouse to bring the other car.. So basically, they have great and friendly customer service :)

Found everything I needed and more! I found elusive disinfectant wipes, paper towels and toilet paper! Along with a host of other things from storage bins, to deodorant to dog toys!

I wish there was a wider selection of things. I feel like the prices have done up, and sometimes they are a little unfair on what theyre asking for on certain items. Really good prices on furniture though.

What happened to Big Lots? Inventory was low, prices high, store was disorganized and dirty. They should look at Dollar General as a business model. One more reason why shopping online is so attractive.

I was shopping for Halloween decorations and they had unique items that you cant find anywhere else. The prices are also cheaper than other stores like home Depot and spirit.
