I have a very hard time finding clothes in chico that fit well and are a good price. I am a tall and rather thin women and finding clothes is usually very difficult. Clothing Revival not only has clothes that are my size but they are often name brand and a great price. I especially love their work out leggings section. They also have everything pretty well sized and organized so things are easy to find. My fiance has also found both shirts and pants he can wear too! Also, I was very impressed with their variation of styles! Its not just some girly store, Im positive that anyone could find something here. Personally, I was stoked about the anime shirts I found!Was going to do 4 stars just because of the payback from bringing in clothes but honestly I wouldnt have gotten money for them otherwise, so I think its worth it! 5 stars!

I normally have a great experience here but today not so much. I went in around 1 PM yesterday and the lady working at the register wasnt the friendliest. When I approached the counter to check out she ignored me and used her phone for 2-3 minutes. And when she finally did assist me i got the feeling she didnt like that i was interrupting her phone time... Like I said, normally a great place to shop but that customer service was pretty disappointing

Lots of used clothing items. 1 star short because of the inequality of mens to womens clothing availability.

Love the store but super frustrated the fitting rooms are still closed and all sales are final. I feel that if they dont want to implement a cleaning procedure to open the fitting rooms they should at least allow returns.

I find some clothes too expensive. The fact that its used and not brand new should make the clothing less expensive. It doesnt make sense. The workers dont even look through all the clothes. They tend to not buy anything off customers. And if they do its for a low cost. I have sold brand new clothes and shoes and only received $20. Its not worth it. Try another store or find somewhere else to go sell your clothes because this store wont help much if your trying to make extra cash. Not worth it. The employees here are also not polite. They need to manage this place better.

Dont bother. Their buying criteria makes no sense. I have brought in gently used brand name clothing and theyll pass over it or offer an insultingly low amount. This place is a mess and a waste of time.

I love this place, its where I shop for most of my clothes. Its kind of like a treasure hunt every time, but Ive never come away from this place without a purchase. And theyve got good deals through FiveStars as well.

Its not about the clothes at this store or any store its about customer service and satisfaction, I recieved neither . I Was not greated nor looked at when my husband and I walked in. We walked around for almost 15min and not one of the three young ladys working asked if we need anything or any help. Then we when we left still not one of them said good bye! Are you SERIOUS!TERRIBLE!!!!!!

Pricey for used clothing. Clean, neat store with trendy styles. But for the prices I can shop at the mall for new clothing.

Very picky and they dont know much about fashion. Many clothes I took in were brand new with tags! Kinda expensive stuff I buy down in Southern California. They took shirts that were cheap, they just dont know much about mens clothing. So just take your cheap Vans shirts and your other cheap stuff lol. They didnt buy my A Bathing Ape shirt. Thats about a $150 shirt. But like I said, dont take expensive clothing there because they have no idea what it is? They need to study fashion

Went in with tons of high end today lol out of all they picked an all white pair of super star adidas worn once, a 2 year old sweater dress from Nordstrom with tags and a brand new pair of 7for all mankind with tags... for 15. Walking around looks like slim dated pickings like a super discount buckle. Kept everything and put it back in my closet lol. I’ll wear it 😂.

I brought in a lot of summer clothing nikes and sumer purses and they only took one shirt and said that i holes in the rest of it. These clothes were all like new and in great condition. Their system is weird

These people are amateurish when it comes to fashion. I brought in a bunch of very nice armani exchange shirts that were gently used and a pair of never worn new balance running shoes..they offered me some small price on the shoes I think it was 4 dollars? And the shoes were still in season and cost me around $80..but they passed on all of the armani exchange shirts. That was a couple of years ago. I looked around and just saw a lot of mark echo crap for men and left...and have never been back..I dont know what the girls name was that waited on me but she looked like she either hated life her job or maybe both. Sorry but this is a 1 star operation

I have gone to sell clothing here twice and it has never worked out. The first time I went in, I brought a few items and was shocked by the small ammount of money offered, not to mention the employee was late. The second time I went into the store, I brought a bag of clothes with lower expectations, with the thought that it would be nice to have a little extra cash. Apparently everything I brought in were summer clothes, so they wouldnt take it. There were two sweaters, a knit dress, and a pair of pants in the bag so it makes me think taht an employee looked at a few things and labeled it as summer. not shopping, nor trying to sell here ever again and neither should you.

Dont try to sell your clothes here, they will only give you a small amount of money. They offered me three dollars for a pair of shoes.

Well Im sitting in front of the store right now at 10:12 and they were suppose to open at 10:00 am and still nobody.

They are super picky and dont seem to care about brands. Out of 2 full garbage bags including brand new recently bought dresses, they picked out 5 things...including a knit scarf... In July. Their buying criteria dont really seem to make sense.

I highly doubt any of these girls know what high end brands are. Brought a bag full of brand new clothes ive never worn. There was many different brands in there and cute heels never worn before. So outta all the nice clothes they wanted to give me $2 for a forever 21 romper. This place is a joke. They have ripped and dirty sandals on the shelves but cant take new clothes or shoes. Someone I know took worn out washed hats with grease stains and they still took them . It makes me wonder if they even look through anything. Someone really needs to take action and manage this place the right way! Not to mention at the entrance they had a fake LV purse.lol

Felt they were really too picky. Brought in a really nice pair of red light heals that were never even worn but the heals were too short whatever that means.

Horrible I just went in the store with my Mom and there were 15 min until it closed and my mom was buying clothes and when we went to go pay they gave us they nasty looks and when we were walking out they followed us and when we were out she locked the door
